It's a place that you wouldn't notice unless it's featured on a TV show. But it was crowded because it was a hot day. The food was really delicious, but the portion was a bit too much for me. I wouldn't mind paying more if they could put two different kinds in a single cup.

Hokkaido Wanderlust Trip 1: Found a hidden gem gelato shop under the embankment of Ishikari River in Tobetsu Town. Ate oily miso ramen and came here for something refreshing. Ordered a single scoop of Hokkaido Hascup gelato for ¥450 at the vending machine and told the staff "Hascup in a cup!" The vivid red, rich Hascup flavor with a sweet and sour taste is irresistible. This gelato with such a rich Hascup flavor might only be available at this shop.

Beloved Smiling Hippo Noodle Factory & Mandegan Udon Shop. I saw a gelato shop on Mandegan's Instagram that they were following. The gelato looked colorful and unique fruits were on the menu. I ordered gelato as a gift for my friends because it looked so delicious in the photos and videos. My friends loved the gelato. I was even more enamored with the gelato shop. When I finally visited, the companion I brought with me ate too much and felt sick, so we had to pass on the gelato. We then headed back towards Royce's factory from Hippo Noodle Factory, following the navigation towards a big river. We ended up on a strange route that seemed like we were going to descend from the embankment. Is there even a road to descend from an embankment? The grass was thick, and from a distance, we couldn't see such a road, but as we got closer, we realized it might be a gravel path or a wild animal trail leading to a building or nothing at all. We parked the car randomly, leaving the sick companion inside, and found our way to the entrance of the building. Surprisingly, the interior was stylish and welcoming. The handmade menu on sticky notes listed various flavors like Blood Orange Marble, Milk with Blueberry Sauce, Matcha, and Lychee. It was hard to choose just one flavor, but I finally settled on a refreshing Calamansi and a rich Mango-Banana combination. We bought the tickets and headed back to the car to eat. The tropical fruit gelato was sticky and delicious, while the Calamansi was refreshingly sour. I wish Hagen-Dazs would make these flavors. The hidden flavor in the gelato was intriguing. I thought it might be cinnamon, but who knows? The flow from Hippo Noodle Factory to Futomito Iron Plate in Futo-Mito has become a must-visit when in Sapporo. It's worth spending a whole day there, even though it might disrupt your schedule.

Twenty Three Thirty Two is a gelato shop in Tobetsu. I chose a triple scoop from the ticket machine with flavors of chocolate, blood orange blackcurrant, and black currant. Each scoop was delicious and satisfying. On rainy days, the path from the parking lot to the shop can be slippery, so be careful. I enjoyed the flavors very much and will definitely visit again.

I ordered a double scoop of Marble Blueberry Milk and Yotsuba Milk. I ate it outside slowly. It was a weekday, so there weren't many customers, and I was able to relax. It's located off a busy road, so it's quiet with only the sound of the wind. It was nice to be able to enjoy delicious gelato.

・Gelato Sweet Summer & Chocolate Double 550 yen (tax included) There were also other flavors that caught my eye, such as Caramel Popcorn, Earl Grey & Milk, and Blood Orange. However, I chose these two. The refreshing sweetness of the sweet summer brings a hint of bitterness, while the rich but not too sweet chocolate is just perfect. It really captures the essence of chocolate. By the way, I enjoyed these flavors in a stylish interior this time.

I got to know this shop last year through a friend and had been planning to visit when I was nearby. It would have been difficult to find without Google. I cautiously approached and finally found the shop. At the shop, you pay at the ticket machine and purchase gelato. The photo shows a double scoop of apricot and blood orange for 550 yen. The cone is an additional 50 yen, and pistachio is also 50 yen extra, so make sure to buy a separate 50 yen ticket if you want it. I think this shop ranks quite high among gelato shops. It was delicious, so I plan to come back again this summer.

On my day off, I went to the ice cream specialty shop called "Twenty-Three Thirty-Two". The ticket machine and menu were nice, and the interior of the shop was lovely! I shared the flavors "Four-Leaf Milk", "Forest Nuts", and "Black Honey Kinako" with someone, but all the flavors were delicious, so I decided to visit again! After eating delicious gelato, I went to the Tobetsu Fureai Warehouse.

I went to the store just before closing time on Sunday. It was not crowded. It's a popular store with limited parking, so there can be a wait to enter when the parking lot is full. It seems to have become even more popular since being featured on a TV program. They have a wide variety of gelato flavors, including daily specials. I ordered the "Amber" flavor, which is said to be white chocolate and milk. It was very creamy and delicious. You purchase your order from a ticket machine and then place your order at the showcase. A single scoop costs 400 yen, a double scoop costs 500 yen, and you can enjoy cones and toppings for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed on the premises. This is just my personal diary, so my evaluation may not be reliable.

There's a gelato shop tucked away in a slightly hard-to-find spot. It would be easier to spot if there were flags or something at the turn. They offer a variety of gelato flavors, making it hard to choose. I was intrigued by the blueberry and milk mojito flavors. The blueberry flavor was rich and seemed like it would go well with milk. I wonder if this place is actually a restaurant or a café? The outside of the shop looks like a field or a garden, surrounded by nature, making it feel like time moves slowly there.

The day before, I watched "Discover! Takatoshi Land" on UHB and the next day, I visited the shop. Perhaps due to the influence of TV, there was a line outside the shop. There are about 12 flavors of gelato to choose from. I chose the double scoop gelato for 500 yen (tax included): Mojito & pear, and Forest nuts & grapefruit. I chose Forest nuts & grapefruit. Forest nuts included almond praline, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, cashews, and pistachios, a nut festival indeed. The menu description of "full of fragrance" was accurate. The grapefruit had a sherbet-like texture, and the unique bitterness of grapefruit was well expressed. You can also eat in, but I chose to sit on a bench outside and enjoy the gelato while looking at the garden. (Despite it being October, the temperature was around 30°C, feeling like summer.)

This gelato shop is like a hidden gem where you can enjoy your treat indoors or in the garden, creating a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. One surprising and delicious experience was sprinkling rock salt on ripe tomatoes, highlighting their sweetness. The corn gelato tasted like a rich corn soup, which was addictive. The blueberry milk, raspberry, matcha, and hojicha milk flavors were all rich but had a refreshing aftertaste. I highly recommend trying them all. I can't wait to go back and taste more flavors at this gelato shop that left me wanting more.

When I headed in this direction and searched for an ice cream shop, I found it on the navigation. Following the directions, I found a pink flag on a road with nothing else, and a small path led to the shop. There are three parking lots available, with space for more than 10 cars. The interior of the shop is a calm space, with a lovely garden where you can enjoy your ice cream on sunny days! The service was a bit inexperienced, but with a little more effort on smiling, it could improve (lol). The taste was neither amazing nor disappointing, just a safe quality. I recommend it for a date!

Twenty-three Thirty-two. It is located near the Ishikari River in Tobetsu-cho. Even locals may not know it. As instructed, drive forward and you will see a pink flag. There is parking for about 4 cars. You can choose from single 400, double 500, triple 590, etc. The Blueberry Coffee Jade (Gooseberry, Kiwi, Yogurt) is delicious. You can enjoy it inside the shop or outside. It was very delicious. I will visit again.

On a day off, I visited a gelato shop recommended by my friend through LINE. Following the navigation, I found a hidden shop in a renovated old house surrounded by gardening. Inside, the atmosphere was calm with an eat-in space. I chose a triple scoop with interesting flavors like Blood Orange, Matcha, and Apple Mint with Milk and Chocolate Chips. The Blood Orange gelato was more like a sorbet with a refreshing citrus taste, while the Matcha gelato had a rich and distinct matcha flavor. The Apple Mint added a refreshing touch to the Milk and Chocolate Chips gelato. Overall, the gelato was delicious and worth trying. This place in Tobetsu Town may go unnoticed, but I would definitely come back to try more flavors.

While browsing Instagram, I came across a new gelato shop called "TaiBi"! I immediately contacted my friend Wu-ta and we decided to head there. However, when I followed Google's directions, it led me to a different location and I couldn't find it. Thanks to the official Instagram account, I was able to finally arrive. I ordered the Triple Select, but I was so indecisive because everything looked delicious. I was curious about the items marked with a star, and it turns out they use ingredients grown on site. The flavors I tried were: "Marble" (Milk x Strawberry Sauce) - the strawberry sauce had a natural sweetness and fruitiness that complemented the creamy milk ice cream. "Jade" (Gooseberry x Kiwi x Yogurt) - the smooth gelato was so thick that it was hard to scoop up the large pieces of kiwi. The gooseberry added a tangy flavor. "Yang Guifei" (Lychee) - this one tasted exactly like lychee, with a generous portion. I also tried a sample of Haskap which was rich and sweet with minimal acidity. Even though there was no wait, the shop was constantly busy with customers, making me think that Poroco would enjoy this place. I didn't try the ice cream sandwich with cookies, but it looked tempting. I definitely want to visit this place again in the future. I'm so glad I got to go this time! Thank you, Wu-ta!

Located in Roy's Town, this place offers a countryside setting with a variety of flavors. I visited before noon and found it quite busy with 4 groups of customers ahead of me and 4 groups behind me. They offer 12 flavors including fruits like haskap, kiwi, orange, grapefruit, lychee, as well as salted caramel, matcha, refreshing (apple mint x milk x chocolate chip), and jade (gooseberry x kiwi x yogurt). I chose the combination of Rikyu and lychee blood orange, as well as refreshing Rikyu and Yotsuba milk. The servings were generous, although the presentation seemed a bit unrefined, maybe due to lack of experience. Personally, I found all the flavors to be on the sweeter side. The garden outside had benches scattered around, creating a lovely mini garden atmosphere.

A cute little shop nestled in a wheat field typical of Hokkaido! Both the exterior and interior of the shop are adorable. Choose from a variety of strawberries, and they are delicious! There is also a picturesque photo spot in the garden. Definitely worth a visit this summer!
