In June, in Sapporo. I have visited this place many times but haven't reviewed it yet. It's a bit pricey, but the quality of the products is top-notch. It's called Shinbina Ka @ Sapporo City area. The store is located inside CAPO in Ooyachi, right next to the produce section of Tokiko Store Ooyachi branch. It's a brave move to open a store there (laughs). The company behind it is Fresh Factory Co., Ltd., which originally opened a produce store "Fresh Factory" on the 1st floor of Maruyama Class, and a cafe "MARUYAMA La Fraise" on the 3rd floor. The second produce store, "Shinbina Ka," is a continuation of the concept. The main feature is the Hokkaido produce, but they also bring in products from Honshu, which you can't find in the nearby Tokiko Store. The prices are high, but the quality is almost always guaranteed. It's nice to see the high accuracy in the selection of products. They probably source in small batches directly from the producers, so the transportation costs must be high, but it's fun to shop while imagining the sourcing process. I always find it enjoyable to check out what they have in stock and wonder about the produce. This time, my wife went alone to buy, so I don't know the details of what she bought. Blueberries were on sale for clearance, apparently. They tasted great with yogurt. Green beans were delicious, especially when wrapped in meat. Buying produce while checking out the stories behind them is enjoyable. Next time, I want to go with my wife and carefully choose what to buy. A 120% revisit-worthy place. Thank you for the meal (^o^)丿

Maruyama Class operates a restaurant called "Maruyama Refrains" that uses fresh vegetables and fruits, and Fresh Factory also runs a produce store on the first floor. Recently, a new store called "Kokoromi Nagare" opened on the first floor of Ooyachi Capo1 on March 25, 2019. The store offers fresh vegetables and fruits just like Maruyama Class, although the prices are a bit higher. The quality of the produce here is very delicious. While I was unable to carry heavy groceries while out eating, I discovered bread from Kenko-sha called "Crunchy Maple Five-Grain Bread" and "Yomogi Red Bean Bun" in the store. The Crunchy Maple Five-Grain Bread had a nice crunchy texture, but I wish there were more grains mixed into the dough. The Yomogi Red Bean Bun had a green color and a pleasant scent of yomogi, but the texture of the dough was a bit disappointing, possibly due to the passage of time. I will definitely return to pick up some vegetables when I can carry them. Thank you for the meal.

There is a stylish vegetable and fruit shop that feels good in my heart. I am in Sapporo alone, and it's already time to go home, but I am making a last-ditch effort to stay. It seems like there are about 10 shops in this facility alone. I had planned to visit two shops and then head home, but my daughter wanted to take the kids to a park in Kōtoku. We played at the park, ate ramen and bought doughnuts. My daughter let me go at 1 pm as promised. I had planned to visit a few more shops before going home, but I ended up visiting about four more shops. I came back to the first shop, and there was a vegetable shop in a small facility. The shop had a stylish feel, and although the vegetables weren't particularly cheap, I couldn't resist buying two mushrooms that my husband and I both like. They also sold bread, which had a welfare bakery vibe, and I couldn't resist buying a baguette. It was a "herb garlic bread crumb bake" that was baked with olive oil. It was delicious, with the mushroom juice oozing out. It was a moment of happiness. The "snow under, nameko, and daikon" dish was as popular as "room, Y-shirt, and me," but it was undeniably delicious. The daikon wasn't spicy, and I don't eat mochi on New Year's, but the snow underneath was the original species of enoki mushrooms, and the nameko was nameko. Both were flawless and brought a moment of happiness. I wanted to eat it slowly with sake, but I couldn't stop myself. This mushroom soup is the real deal. I remembered the mushroom soup I had at the Mushroom Kingdom before and how good it was. The broth was rich and delicious.

When you take a peek, you may find some good things. I discovered some leftover discounted drinkable yogurt, which I love. It still had a thick, creamy texture, just like drinkable yogurt should be. I quickly gulped it down. Among many drinkable yogurts that taste similar to milk, this one felt like a traditional drinkable yogurt. It was a nice treat. Let's take our time and see what else is there.
