After finishing half, I had lunch at this restaurant. It was hot that day, so I quickly drank a glass of draft beer! I looked at the menu. There were the usual curry, udon, and soba noodles at the golf course, as well as local specialties. Oh, there's Genghis Khan... I had it the day before, so what caught my eye was "Nishiyama Ramen". It's not ramen, but refers to the noodles, Nishiyama Ramen. I heard that one-third of the ramen shops in Sapporo use this Nishiyama Ramen. Yes, this curly egg noodle goes well with Sapporo miso ramen. I ordered the miso ramen for 1,100 yen. It was incredibly delicious. Both the soup and noodles were outstanding. The restaurant was a bit chilly with the air conditioning on full blast. It was good that the game started after 7 o'clock, before the heat peaked. My score was the worst this season, the south course is indeed challenging and doing physical work the day before golf is not a good idea. Time for lunch now. I'm currently on a 2-game losing streak with ramen. Unlike the Fighters, I can't afford to lose three in a row. I ordered the miso ramen for a comeback. It arrived promptly with red miso on top. There's a generous amount of vegetables in it. While there's no standout chashu, there's minced meat hidden in the bowl. With the richness of lard and back fat, and the unbeatable team of Nishiyama Ramen, it's no surprise that the taste is delicious. However, the high fat content made it impossible for me to finish the soup. Thank you for the meal. At least stopping the ramen losing streak is good enough for now.

While waiting, I observed a lively joint party of two mainland guests with a large suitcase beside them, enjoying beer with big smiles on their faces. After about 10 minutes, the dishes were served. I started by removing the thin slices of chashu covering the entire bowl and dove into the noodles. The slightly chewy curly noodles could have been a bit firmer. The chashu was thin but packed with flavor. The soup had a mellow taste rather than a strong miso flavor, which I found to be a good balance. Itadakimasu. When showing the golf receipt, you can also enjoy the nearby authentic hot spring mall with a towel for 400 yen, which I recommend.

Hello~(^O^)／After playing golf today, I had katsu curry for lunch. It was already around 1 pm, so I was hungry and ordered the katsu curry. Since it was at a golf course, it cost 1480 or 1580 yen, I can't remember exactly. Last time I had the katsu spaghetti, so I decided to try something different this time. The katsu was crispy and delicious. The curry sauce was not very spicy, I wished it had more spiciness. It also lacked a bit of richness. Overall, it was decent. In terms of portion size, it was sufficient. The salad had a soy sauce dressing that was a bit too strong on the soy sauce flavor. I wanted more punch in everything. Well, it's a golf course restaurant so it's understandable, but compared to other golf courses, it's slightly below par. The katsu spaghetti I had last time was delicious, so I was a bit disappointed. However, the drinks were on double discount, so I tried the lemon squash for the first time in a while, and it was refreshing and tasty (^｡^) Next time, I'll try something different. Access from Sapporo and New Chitose Airport is good, so many golfers from inside and outside Hokkaido visit. At the Golf Idiot Club "Sapporo Kitahiroshima Golf Club" on May 18th, the weather was rainy with occasional clouds and strong winds. Despite the challenging weather conditions, the round of golf commenced. The course was wet and cold, requiring multiple layers of clothing to stay warm. The round was tough, with some good shots mixed in with struggles. Despite the challenging conditions, the group enjoyed a meal at the restaurant on the course, which offered a variety of dishes including curry, ramen, and set meals. One interesting dish was the curry-flavored soba with pork belly, which was worth trying. Overall, despite the tough round of golf, the group enjoyed the meal and the experience.
