⭐️ Sushi restaurant Kaneshiro in Kita-Shinchi gourmet district, where Chef Hirano trained. ⋆͛*͛ ͙͛⋆͛ᐝ·̩͙‎⋆ ・‎⋆ ・‎⋆ ・‎⋆~ Chef's choice course ~ 25 dishes in total including tomato and passion fruit salad, seared sea bream, octopus, grilled escolar, Tai ragi isobe maki, fresh bonito, whale meat, grilled sweetfish, raw needlefish, swordtip squid, steamed crab and conger eel, abalone with ginkgo nuts, sea urchin, white shrimp cucumber roll, edamame, shrimp tempura, marinated tuna, grilled conger eel, Gold Rush chilled soup. The sashimi of sea bream, octopus, and escolar served with freshly grated wasabi is incredibly delicious. The Tai ragi isobe maki is exceptionally tasty. The new dish, shinko, was a highlight. The grilled sweetfish was a delight. The fresh needlefish was a treat. The sea urchin, cucumber roll, steamed abalone, and perfectly cooked shrimp were all delicious. The finale, Gold Rush chilled soup, was outstanding. Thank you, Chef, for the wonderful meal!

It was a small restaurant with only 6 seats, and I was brought here by an acquaintance. The sea urchin was delicious. I wish the scallops were more grilled - they felt a bit lukewarm. The fatty tuna was very tasty! The dish with yam and plum was also delicious!

During one summer at Sushidokoro Kinjo in Kitashinchi. I can't find my notes on what I ate, but the sushi here was delicious. I remember the bonito dish with its special condiments that made it tasty, and the Hidamari sake was interesting. Apparently, the label on the back had a picture of sushi, and the sake was made by Hidamari Brewery for sushi restaurants. I tried it and it was really delicious. Every sushi topping was well-prepared and delicious, and they had a special way of preparing the conger eel, advising not to soak it in cold water as it would lose its umami. Personally, I feel that conger eel is better in Kyoto! Sorry, Osaka. But when it comes to sushi, Osaka has many delicious restaurants. However, mackerel sushi is definitely Kyoto's specialty. I've been to several places in both Kyoto and Osaka, and I can see the difference in each city's unique flavors and culture. Despite the difficulties caused by the coronavirus, I've been able to turn this year into a positive one. It was a delicious meal!

Located within walking distance from JR Kitashinchi Station and Oe Bridge Station. I have been curious about Sushi Hirano's third apprentice for some time, and I was finally able to visit. I hope Hirano-san recovers soon. The dishes I enjoyed were: assorted appetizers, passion fruit and tomato jelly, Shine Muscat grapes, edamame and clam salad, flounder sashimi, octopus marinated in bonito, grilled sardine wrapped in seaweed, egg tofu in softshell turtle broth, steamed sweetfish, abalone and small taro simmered, whale bacon, shishito pepper and salted kelp, corn soup, clam, salmon roe soy-marinated, hair crab, crab miso, sea urchin mini rice bowl, assorted sushi, fatty tuna, white snapper, horse mackerel, razor clam liver, spear squid, button shell, mantis shrimp marinated in kelp, sea urchin, medium fatty tuna, sea urchin from Tokushima Prefecture, minced fatty tuna with white soy sauce, mackerel, shrimp, glass shrimp, conger eel.

I love the calm atmosphere here, the delicious appetizers, the tasty sushi, and the excellent service. It's a genuine restaurant run by Master Hirano. They serve about 10 different appetizers before the sushi, which is a must-try. The white fish with karasumi and the semi-raw iidako appetizer were exceptional and perfectly seasonal. I might have never tried semi-raw iidako before! The sushi pieces are small and can be enjoyed like appetizers. It's truly a favorite restaurant of mine.

In the bustling street of Kitashinchi, there is a renowned sushi restaurant called "Hirano" with a friendly head chef and a cute female manager who make you feel right at home. From the amazing appetizers to the presentation of the sushi and the wide range of options, you'll be hooked by the incredible quality right from the start. The sushi looks sharp and elegant, but the flavors are surprisingly rich and deep, leaving a gentle lingering taste of paradise. Among the many sushi restaurants in Kitashinchi, this is a must-visit gem. I developed a strange illness where I couldn't enjoy sushi anymore, so I tried a "sushi detox," but I just couldn't resist the delicious sushi at "Kinjo," a favorite spot of mine. My girlfriend (just kidding) recommended this place, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with a loyal following. I usually frequent places like "Hisashi" in Shinsaibashi or "Fukusuke" in Tsuruhashi, but now I can't stop coming here. Today, I came with a friend who doesn't drink much, but somehow we ended up drinking a lot. I think we had about four cups of cold sake, and by the time the sushi came, we were already feeling the effects. The creativity in the dishes and the fact that everything is not just delicious but also special made this place stand out. I wanted something sweet, so I bought a choux cream from Poire to take home. Another great meal in my city, Kitashinchi. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The head chef here works quickly and I was overwhelmed watching him. His organization is outstanding and dishes come out one after another. Since it's run by a couple, I thought we might have to wait when it's full, but they serve dishes at a perfect pace according to each customer. The sushi was delicious and authentic Edo-style.

I went to Kaneshiro-san's place. It's a cozy sushi restaurant with delicious sushi and a clean interior, located on the first floor of the building on Kami-dori. The head chef used to work at Hirano-san's place. The sushi with seasoned rice is popular among women in Shinchi, and reservations are always full.

Under the title of "Post-Exam Fatigue Gathering," we had a sushi meal at a restaurant in Kitashinchi for various reasons. It was a small restaurant with only 8 seats at the counter that I had been curious about for a while. I started with a recommended sake and then left the rest to the chef's choice, making sure to mention my dislikes. It was around 6 pm on a weekday, and both seats next to us were occupied, so it seems like you need to make a reservation. The sushi was overall delicious, but I don't remember much about it!
