I have visited this restaurant before, probably as the second stop. Although I don't remember it at all, I decided to give it another try. The interior of the restaurant is quite spacious considering its appearance. It's convenient that you can make reservations online. The menu includes a variety of dishes like their recommended gyoza, as well as other typical izakaya dishes. This time, I ordered gyoza, garlic tempura, motsu-ni, and tsukune with all-you-can-drink option. The gyoza was delicious as expected, with large dumplings filled with juicy meat. They also brought a set of condiments so you can customize the flavor to your liking. I ended up sticking with the classic combination of vinegar and chili oil. Next time, I'll try a different combination. The other dishes were also tasty and generously portioned. The garlic tempura was garlicky, motsu-ni was plentiful, and the tsukune was large. The all-you-can-drink option costs 1,500 yen for 2 hours with last order 30 minutes before. It's not the cheapest option, but it's reasonable. The Jim Beam highball was advertised as extra fizzy, and it lived up to that promise with a strong carbonation. In a time where many highballs are lacking in fizz, this was a refreshing change. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the experience, and the strong carbonation made this restaurant a top choice for future visits. I would definitely come back for the gyoza. I arrived at the restaurant early, so it was not crowded and comfortable. I forgot to take photos, but the famous dumplings were really delicious. The other specialty, the sashimi platter, was all fresh and a good indicator of this restaurant's high cost-performance level. Apart from the cost-performance of the food, there is nothing particularly noteworthy, but it has become one of the stores I would like to use again.

Today, I went to the horse races with my friends for the first time in a long time. I won on a single horse. Thank you, horse! Then, we made a little detour. They have a cheap drinking set on Saturdays. First, beer, delicious chewy dumplings, and since we were full, we had white wine next. We enjoyed the horse races and had a delicious meal. On this day off, I finished at the beauty salon and arrived at the popular bar 036 where I had made a reservation (it's recommended to make a reservation as it's a popular spot)(they also have branches in Susukino and Nopporo with growing popularity). I used a coupon from Hot Pepper and ordered the usual 3-hour all-you-can-drink option. For the all-you-can-drink menu, I ordered a Premium Malt beer (which tasted even better as it was really hot that day!) The interior of the bar was great with the air conditioning working well. For food, I had the special fried chicken with oil-lin sauce (it went really well with the beer!), followed by a second and third glass of beer. Later, I noticed the recommended dishes on the whiteboard and tried the rare-style adult's fried horse mackerel for ¥858 (it had a nice rare texture and was delicious!). I also tried the grilled young corn from Hosokai Farm for ¥748 (it was really big and tasted great with the spicy miso sauce, a unique and satisfying seasonal flavor). I had more beer, shochu highball, lemon sour, and finished with a total of 6 glasses of beer in the 3-hour all-you-can-drink session. It was a great experience!

After taking a long-awaited afternoon off, I went window shopping and unexpectedly found a place that serves "senbero" (cheap drinks and snacks) starting from 3pm - what a great find! I started off with a cold beer in a frosted glass, which disappeared in no time, so I switched to a lemon sour. I ordered three gyoza and potato salad as snacks. The gyoza came with various condiments, and I particularly enjoyed eating them with yuzu pepper. The snacks were so delicious that I ended up ordering a ham cutlet as well. The thick-cut ham was crispy and tasty. As always, even though it was a senbero place, I ended up spending more than a thousand yen.

It's a weekday past 4 pm. They have a happy hour until 5 pm with 3 drinks for a good deal. You can even have beer, like a Premium Malt. The atmosphere is like a casual pub, with simple chairs and tables that also have storage space. The snacks are gyoza and smoked cheese, both with rich flavors and tasty. Besides the menu, there's also a fun instruction manual that even the young staff seemed chill about. It was cheap, delicious, and had a relaxed vibe. I'll definitely go back again! Day drinking in June 2022 (*´ω`)o∪ At a popular casual pub near the BEAMS store next to Exit 17 of Odori Station. No cover charge and no seat charge, open from 3 pm for early drinking! Limited time offer until 5 pm: 3 drinks for 1000 yen. Famous for their pan-fried dumplings with assorted small dishes. I couldn't even drink carbonated drinks because I was so full, so I opted for a healthy jasmine highball with tea. Assorted snacks included pickled daikon radish and cream cheese sauce with balsamic vinegar. The large pan-fried dumplings have a chewy skin and a filling with a strong chive flavor. They are seasoned with various spices, so I personally didn't feel the need for additional seasoning. Oh, I wanted to make it spicy! Premium beer is 290 yen anytime, and other alcoholic drinks are generally priced the same. However, the food is a bit pricey, so those who prefer drinking without eating can save money. First up is the famous Gyoza 036... Juicy wagyu beef and sea urchin sushi... Surprised to see five pieces! The sea urchin really stands out. Fried herb potatoes with Hokkaido potatoes... Goes perfectly with powdered cheese. Delicious five-ingredient yakisoba with thick sauce... The waitress said the portion was big, and she was right. Deep-fried chicken with oyster sauce. The chicken wings without bones were a bit salty in the second half.

Attended the HBC Hokkaido Cultural Institute. The guest this time was Hiroko Ogihara. The motto was "Reduce debt and increase cash!" After the class, went out drinking with a friend who eats little, starting at 3:45 PM on Saturday. When we arrived, there were a few empty tables, but by the time we left, it was almost full. We were seated at a 4-person table facing each other. We ordered the Senbero set for 1,000 yen each, which included 3 drinks, 3 gyoza, and one assorted appetizer. The gyoza had a strong flavor, so sauce wasn't necessary, but they provided condiments like chili oil and vinegar just in case. We also tried the recommended Nanohana sesame salad for 528 yen, which was mild and tasty. And the dried squid liver for 528 yen, which was sweet and luxurious. The second drink was also Premium Malt's. The third drink was a barley shochu called Tokujou Taimyou with water. We stayed for 2 hours and paid a total of 3,056 yen for both of us. So cheap!

The interior of the restaurant is simple, but I came here for cheap drinks, so I have no complaints. I order the 1000 yen set, which includes 3 drinks and 2 dishes. Isn't that amazing? The owner is very friendly, and if it wasn't 1000 yen, I would probably write a bad review. The beer is a bit warm, but it's poured normally, so it's fine. In April 2022, due to the pandemic, drinking parties have significantly decreased. I was invited to a "Tabelog" offline meeting for the first time by someone living in Okhotsk, who is my benefactor. It was a joy to receive an invitation after 3 years. I must attend despite the obstacles. People from Okhotsk have strong food preferences and live a "celebrity" lifestyle. On the other hand, I always struggle with financial difficulties. I had to choose a good restaurant for the occasion, based on my standards. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a night out in town. The "Senbero Set" for 1,000 yen was the reason I wanted to visit this restaurant. It includes 3 drinks and 2 snacks - thick fried tofu and their famous gyoza. The gyoza was seasoned perfectly, and I enjoyed it as is. The "Ironman of Okhotsk" prefers to hop between bars, so we only stayed for about 30 minutes. However, I found it interesting that this place could be explored thoroughly with Japanese sake based on the "Senbero Set." Before I knew it, my friend from Okhotsk settled the bill. I felt bad for not being able to host properly during our long-awaited reunion. It was a mix-up for me to end up having my guest pay for the bill.

Located in South 1 West 3, a bit closer to Odori than "Beams Sapporo", this izakaya is in the basement of a building. The "Senbero" deal from 15:00 to 17:00 is quite a steal! For 1,000 yen, you get 3 drinks, 3 pieces of the famous 036 gyoza, and one chef's choice appetizer. If you're a fan of sake, the 1,500 yen set "1500bero" is even better, with 2 appetizers included. It's really a great deal with 3 drinks included! Start with a "Premium Malt's Ale" before diving into the sake. Today's chef's choice appetizers were "beef tongue sashimi" and "potato salad". The beef tongue sashimi doesn't have a raw feel but is rare and has a good texture. The potato salad is a bit sweet but satisfying with spices on top. Next up are the popular gyoza. The gyoza comes with dipping sauces. The 036 gyoza is delicious even without any sauce, but trying it with the recommended vinegar and chili oil is also tasty! The second and third drinks are, of course, sake, with a wide variety to choose from. Starting with a dry one like "Hidakami Dry Honjozo" and then moving to a flavorful one like "Special Junmai Kitano Nishiki Maruta". The limited-time set until 17:00 is too good to pass up, and the staff's friendly service makes it a great atmosphere!

After finishing work, I went to Izakaya 036 alone. I ordered a Premium Malt as my first drink (the first sip after work is exceptional!). I always order the fresh lamb sashimi with wasabi, ponzu jelly, and scallions (delicious!). My second drink was another Premium Malt, followed by a highball. I also had the thick-cut ham cutlet (freshly fried and delicious!). My third drink was a lemon sour, and my fourth was another Premium Malt. After enjoying drinking alone at 036, I met up with my wife.

In the winter of 2022, I enjoyed a solo drink at a popular izakaya where you can choose from a variety of local sake for an additional fee. The friendly staff, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere make me want to visit this place again and again. I can't wait for the day when the COVID-19 pandemic is over and I can return to this place. The "senbero set" (includes choice of local sake and additional food item) costs 1500 yen plus a la carte items.

On this day off, I visited this place alone to have a drink. I ordered a 2-hour all-you-can-drink plan, starting with Premium Malt's. I also ordered raw lamb with wasabi (which I always order when I come to 036 because I love it!), Boss's boneless chicken wings (sweet and spicy, very delicious), and added some pork offal with ponzu sauce (great snack). I had 5 glasses of Premium Malt's and lemon sour. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied.

Great cost performance! It was my first visit and I noticed that there were many young customers, so the atmosphere inside was quite lively. The food is cheap and delicious! The quality is also quite good, especially the wide variety and affordability of local sake. It would be perfect if it was a bit quieter to enjoy drinking. I would definitely go again.

Great value izakaya located behind Sapporo Mitsukoshi, perfect for weekday evenings. I arrived just after 5 pm and it was almost full. The interior is clean, with a counter and table seating. As I was alone, I was seated at the counter. The variety of sake available is impressive, and all-you-can-drink for 2 hours at 2000 yen is a pleasant surprise. They even had my favorite sake, Tadagin, included in the deal, which is unbelievable considering back in Aomori, it's around 800 yen for a glass. The signature gyoza had a unique flavor and was delicious. The sashimi platter, with 7 types, was also a steal at 1000 yen. This place is a must-visit for great value when in Sapporo, and I will definitely be coming back.

I visited Sapporo on a weekday for a business trip. They offer all-you-can-drink sake, and I had sashimi, gyoza, and more until I was full. It's a great place for sake lovers. They also have a fantastic deal until 1800 where you can get 3 drinks of your choice, gyoza, and one other appetizer for 1000 yen. The staff were friendly and not too overbearing.

Arrived at 7:30 pm on Saturday. Reservation for 2 people. The restaurant was already fully booked with reservations. Located in a building on the B1F of a corner alley right by exit 17 of Odori Subway Station. The name of the restaurant "036" comes from where...? There were 4 staff members, all of them had a tough appearance but were polite and courteous. The drink option was 'All-you-can-drink with 30 selected local sake and draft beer' for 2000 yen. My companion who made the reservation was interested in the local sake. We used a coupon to extend the usual 2-hour limit to 3 hours! The beer served was Premium Malts. Shockingly, a single beer cost only 319 yen! The food we ordered included: - Assorted sashimi (550 yen x 2) with maguro, salmon, botanebi, tako, hotate, katsuo, and tai, all fresh and delicious at a very satisfying price! - Iburi-gakko & cream cheese (528 yen) which looked like a French dish with a good balance of cheese and iburi-gakko, and balsamic sauce that complemented the dish. - Beef tongue sashimi (638 yen) with a good texture even though it was not raw, and sesame oil and salt added a nice touch. - Specialty 036 gyoza (638 yen) with 5 pieces, already seasoned but extra condiments were provided for flavor variation. Delicious even on its own! - Rausu octopus legs (638 yen) which was a request from my companion who is currently into octopus, big and crunchy, very tasty! - Special fried chicken with oil sauce (638 yen) with a crispy exterior and juicy inside, delicious even without the sauce. - Garlic butter grilled edamame (528 yen) as the name suggests, rich and flavorful edamame that went well with beer! The total bill was around 4500 yen per person. With a 3-hour all-you-can-drink option and reasonably priced delicious food, this place is the best as an izakaya! Will definitely come back!
