It seems that a few years have passed since the store opened, but I had no idea about it. I happened to come across it while searching for a yakiniku restaurant. I called without much prior knowledge and visited. I sat at the counter. The course with aged meat assortment starts from 5000 yen, and the counter-only omakase starts from 7000 yen. Since I was able to sit at the counter, I chose the omakase course. Wow, more and more marbled beef keeps coming out. This might be a good deal. I also ordered the marinated hormone with kelp separately. It was thin, not smelly, and full of flavor! Amazing! The simmered tripe and pickled vegetables assortment were also good. It's a high-end place, but the satisfaction level is high. So happy!

I had been hearing about this place for a while, but I couldn't afford it or didn't have my wallet with me. I had taken a break from my food blog activities for about a month and a half due to financial constraints, but finally had a little extra money to spare. I asked a friend if they wanted to go somewhere and they seemed indecisive at first. Eventually, we decided to make a reservation for the following day and surprisingly got a table at the restaurant. The variety of beers and sake was limited but still enjoyable, and the meat dishes were absolutely delicious. Even though the prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food, it was still a bit pricey. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely come back when I have the chance.

There was information that a new yakiniku restaurant opened in Abashiri, but the details were scarce and it took a while to confirm the location. I finally managed to confirm it, but my wife was not interested. I couldn't resist the temptation anymore, so I decided to go on the day when my wife was on a business trip. I called to make a reservation, but they were closed the next day. I made another call right away and changed the reservation to "I will go today." My wife was working late, so I prepared the side dishes and put them in the fridge to eat the next day. The restaurant has 6 counter seats and 8 table seats, and the interior is very nice with a bold smoke exhaust system that adds a touch of sophistication. The owners seem to be a married couple. They are facing challenges due to the current situation with COVID-19, but they are trying their best. The menu photos were allowed to be taken, indicating that they are open to support. I ordered four glasses of classic beer, as well as a glass of freshly squeezed red wine from Kirin Yama. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the food was delicious. The owner named the restaurant after their grandparents, which I found to be a nice touch. The appetizers included chikuwa with mayonnaise and miso, as well as tofu, both of which were delicious. The kimchi pickle was also tasty. I tried the beef intestines and they were flavorful with plenty of fat. The beef tongue was exquisite, and the lamb shoulder loin was good as well. The owners were very hospitable and even served dishes that we didn't order, encouraging us to try them. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to bringing my wife next time. I hope they consider offering a course that includes drinks for around 5000 yen. The restaurant is closed on Sundays, but they plan to try opening on Sundays in the future to determine their direction. It was a fantastic dining experience, and I look forward to trying their side dishes next time.
