I visited during the day on a regular weekday. I arrived just before 11:30 and was seated right away. There were only 5 other customers. This is a fruit parlor called Tani Roku that was selected as one of the top 100 sweet shops. The interior has a bright and clean atmosphere with a counter seating for 9 and one table. I ordered the "Kiwi Shaved Ice for 700 yen." It was served in about 4 minutes. The ice was fluffy with a slightly crunchy texture, but it melted smoothly in the mouth. The kiwi sauce was very delicious, showcasing the strength of a fruit parlor. The flavor was vibrant with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. There was also a hidden scoop of vanilla ice cream at the base, adding a nice change in taste towards the end. The portion size was generous as well. Considering the taste and portion size, the cost performance was amazing. I regret not coming during the peach season, which is my favorite. Thank you for the meal!

My wife often goes to this recommended shop with our daughter and grandchildren. It is particularly famous for its shaved ice with plenty of fruits, which always has long lines in the summer. Today, I ordered French toast and iced coffee for lunch. The French toast here also comes with lots of fresh fruits on top. When you dip the cut French toast with fruits into the accompanying fruit sauce, it becomes very juicy and delicious.

Located about a 7-minute walk from Tanimachi Rokuchome Station, this cafe is run by a long-established fruit shop that has been in Osaka for 3 generations and 100 years. If you go before 5 pm on a weekday, the place is packed with students. I took a numbered ticket, waited for a while, and then entered. The fruit parfaits, which are generously made with fruits, are famous, but I chose a cake. I tried the Kiwi Cheesecake for 390 yen, which was served in about 3 minutes. I had never seen a combination of kiwi and cheesecake before, so I ordered it out of curiosity. The kiwi had a stronger taste than I expected and the overall flavor was rich. I also wanted to try the parfait, so I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

I visited the shop around 3 pm on a holiday and it was full with an 8-group wait. I waited for about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get in. I had a fig shaved ice. It had a fluffy ice with a refreshing and sweet fig sauce on top, and it was very delicious.

I visited Yamamoto Kudamono, a regular fruit shop. There is an L-shaped counter where you can eat sweets. Since it was full, I got a fruit sandwich to go. It was filled with plenty of whipped cream, but the sweetness was mild, enhancing the flavor of the fruits. Thank you for the meal.

I usually go to this restaurant where there is always a long line, but this time I went at an off-peak hour and it was raining, so I was able to get in without waiting. I ordered the French toast with lots of fruit. It came with two slices of bread. The fruits were so fresh and delicious, perfect for fruit lovers like me. The two types of sauces that came with the pancakes were also amazing. I devoured the two slices of bread in no time. Thank you for the meal.

It's located in a hard-to-reach place, but this fruit parlor is extremely popular. I gave up last time due to the long wait, but decided to visit this time since it was selected as one of the top 100 stores. It was a Sunday, so there was quite a wait. I had the caramel parfait with figs and Japanese pears. Surprisingly, it's quite cheap. Only 1,200 yen for this. With this price, I can't complain about the quality of the fruits served. The figs will probably get better as they ripen.

I arrived at the restaurant around 11:20 a.m. on Saturday. The waiting ticket showed an 82-minute wait. However, I managed to get in around 11:50 a.m. after waiting patiently, possibly due to some cancellations. I ate two servings of the Friendly Toast with lots of fruits and felt full. The fruits were delicious. Since the fruits were sweet, I recommend pairing the French toast with a sour sauce or drink.

Shortly before noon on a regular day, there were two groups of customers before us. The menu was extensive and we had a hard time deciding, but in the end, my friend chose shaved ice and I chose a parfait. The parfait had fruit jelly inside. Next time, I want to try the baked sweet potato cheesecake! Highly recommended for those who want to be comforted by delicious fruits!

Even though it's already September, the lingering summer heat is intense, and the fig shaved ice was delicious. It's a shop I've wanted to visit for years. I walked there from the station, sweating profusely. I heard they also opened a branch at Whity, so I definitely want to check it out. Some people were buying fruit sandwiches and fruit jellies to take home.

Visited around 2pm on a regular day and there were a few groups waiting. Opted for takeout and my order was ready in about 5 minutes. The interior was full, so it might have taken a bit longer for dine-in. Orders were taken through a tablet at the storefront. I ordered a mixed juice and also bought some summer orange marmalade as a souvenir. The mixed juice had ice added, so it may have been slightly diluted, but it was refreshing and delicious.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday around 5:30 pm. Since shaved ice was popular during this time, the eat-in option with last order at 6:30 pm was already sold out of ingredients. I opted for the Fruit Jelly for 470 yen to take out, and it was delicious with plenty of fruits, refreshing and tasty.

Juicy and tangy juice was great! Visited a shop in Osaka, located in Yotsubashi, for the first time. Arrived just before opening on a Saturday at 10 am and there were already 10 people waiting outside! The shop seemed to be a renovated fruit store, giving off a slightly strange atmosphere. I purchased a mixed juice, which was juicy and tangy, and really delicious! However, when I tried to make a reservation using the reservation machine in front of the shop, it showed a 50-minute wait time, even though there weren't many people inside yet. I ended up making a takeout reservation, but people who arrived after me were being seated quickly. I hope they can improve the accuracy of the reservation system a bit more!

I arrived at the shop at 4:20 p.m. on a regular day, got my ticket and was told the waiting time was about 50 minutes. Since it's a popular place, I was prepared for the crowd and waited while looking at the fruits displayed outside and checking the menu. A few customers left and the staff called out numbers in order. Surprisingly, two groups were absent and my number was called. In the end, I only waited for 10 minutes, lucky me. I saw that the peach shaved ice was limited in quantity on the menu. I asked the staff and they said they still had some left, so of course, I ordered the "Peach Shaved Ice with Chunky Sauce". It was served in less than 10 minutes. The color was truly peach, a light pink, with a peach fragrance. There were plenty of peaches in it, and the sauce was full of peach chunks. As I ate, vanilla ice cream came out from the middle. I enjoyed it until the last bite. Thank you for the delicious meal!♪♪

Access: 23rd August 2023. 7-minute walk from Exit 3 of Tanimachi Rokuchome Station on the subway Tanimachi Line. I saw this place on Tabelog and thought it looked delicious. When I arrived, I realized I had been here before and felt a sense of nostalgia. I got a numbered ticket from the ticket machine nearby and waited for about 20 minutes. Even when it was my turn, there was no call, so I entered the restaurant. There were empty seats inside, and after calling out, I finally got seated. I ordered a peach shaved ice for 1,100 yen and a mixed juice for 400 yen. The mixed juice was rich and delicious. The shaved ice was limited in quantity, with fruit pulp and compote, and even vanilla ice cream inside the ice. You could add extra sauce until the end, making it enjoyable and satisfying. Shaved ice really depends on the syrup. The service was not the best, as the staff were talking negatively about customers, but the taste was good. Thank you for the meal.

I found this shop wanting to try some delicious shaved ice amidst the recent shaved ice boom. I arrived 10 minutes before opening on a Sunday and I was already 8th in line! I got my ticket, registered my phone number, and waited. The estimated wait time was 66 minutes, but I was called in about 40 minutes. I ordered peach shaved ice (with chunky sauce), fruit mix shaved ice, and fruit-filled French toast (with banana and orange sauce). They all had a delicious taste that really brought out the sweetness and freshness of the fruits. The French toast was served with two types of sauce to dip, rather than poured over, and it was surprisingly tasty. I definitely want to come back for this again. Another thing that impressed me was how despite being so busy and crowded, all the staff were very friendly. I brought my 1 year and 3 months old child with me this time. My child happily devoured the fruits on top of the French toast. Bringing a young child to a restaurant can often be troublesome for both the customers and the staff, so I was careful. Even though we caused some inconvenience, the staff were so kind and accommodating. I felt both sorry and grateful. I definitely want to visit this shop again.

Evening visit, Peach Shaved Ice (with chunky sauce) for 1,100 yen. It contains plenty of fruit pulp and is delicious when combined with the sauce. You can also enjoy it partially with additional sauce. As you eat, you'll find vanilla ice cream inside the shaved ice. The combination of melted ice, vanilla ice cream, and peaches is excellent.

We took a number ticket and waited for 4 sets, then got in after 30 minutes. They had all the cheesecakes, but only one Shine Muscat fruit sandwich left (they will restock in the evening). We ordered a parfait for 1000 yen, a peach sauce shaved ice for 1100 yen, and a banana cheesecake set for 890 yen (with mixed juice). The shaved ice has ice cream inside. The bottom layer of the parfait is the fruit punch jelly sold in the shop. There are a few chairs for waiting in line.

In the era of Reiwa, the environment surrounding shaved ice has changed quite a bit, causing some confusion. With the need to make reservations via phone or online, sometimes months or weeks in advance, and the possibility of it being a members-only establishment, the process can be daunting. However, compared to that, receiving a numbered ticket during business hours and patiently waiting for your turn seems more manageable. I found myself waiting for nearly two hours in the scorching heat at a traditional fruit shop, a summer tradition. Finally, I was able to enjoy a limited quantity peach shaved ice with peach sauce. Despite the long wait, the ice was piled high and filled with chunky peach pieces, and the peach juice infused the ice perfectly. The ice was so satisfying that it quickly cooled me down. The peach sauce, made of 100% peach, was initially meant to be poured over the ice, but I enjoyed eating it as is, as I love peaches. This shaved ice experience was definitely worth the wait, and the price was surprisingly affordable at 1,100 yen with the sauce included. Nearby, there is a charming old-fashioned shopping street where you can truly experience the local lifestyle. It's quite classy, isn't it?

✔️French Toast with Mixed Fruits✔️I visited during a weekday afternoon. I arrived around 11 am and was able to be seated without waiting. The classic French toast was delicious as expected. Fresh fruits took the spotlight, with the French toast serving as a complement. I also tried the shaved ice, and it was delightful. The ice was filled with fruit pieces, making every bite enjoyable. Shaved ice is also a popular menu item at Yamaguchi Fruits.
