Amazing! You can enjoy a luxurious and tranquil private room lunch starting from 4,400 yen. I thought it would cost around 10,000 yen! ◆Kita Oji Gozen (Weekday Limited 4,400 yen, tax included 4,840 yen) includes: (Sashimi) Seasonal fish sashimi, (Meat) Wagyu beef, (Fried) Tempura, (Grilled) Grilled fish, (Stewed) Braised dish, (Rice) Rice, soup, and pickles. 【Limited Quantity】 Kita Oji Shiki’s Day Course (Weekday Limited 5,500 yen, tax included 6,050 yen) includes: (Appetizer) A five-item tiered box, (Soup) Seasonal soup, (Sashimi) Chef-selected fresh fish sashimi, (Wagyu) Roasted Wagyu beef, (Grilled) Seasonal grilled fish, (Rice) Takikomi rice, soup, and pickles (Dessert) Seasonal dessert. I got to enjoy the five-item tiered box with a bear decoration! At first, I thought there was one bear, but there were two! It was such a playful touch! You’ll understand what I mean once you try it! The roasted Wagyu beef was incredibly tender and delicious! I want to go back again! While enjoying the takikomi rice, soup, and pickles, a girl in a kimono came and said, “We will bring the dessert in about five minutes.” It was the first time in my life someone told me there was only five minutes left, but it didn’t bother me! I couldn’t help but chuckle. This restaurant, which was on one of the upper floors of the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building, has relocated to the second floor, along with the neighboring restaurant "Minokichi." Now there are two luxurious establishments next to each other! This place feels slightly more casual and is about half the price. It’s often used for matchmaking, engagement, celebrations, baby ceremonies, funerals, reunions, welcome and farewell parties, and more. All seating is in private rooms, with 19 rooms and 126 seats available (with sunken kotatsu and table chair options). Even though I arrived for lunch at 11:30, I was informed of the 14:00 closing time. Time really flew by while in the private room. It felt as though I was in a high-end ryokan!
