I went with a friend. You choose two types of broth, then start cooking and it's all-you-can-eat. We started with the basic set of meat and vegetables. After finishing that, you can order more. The meat is relatively delicious. I chose the all-you-can-drink option for drinks, specifically beer. It wasn't good, you could tell by the foam. The taste was mediocre. Also, the staff seemed inexperienced and made several mistakes, which was not ideal. If you're just there to eat without drinking alcohol, it might be okay.

Perfect for those who want to eat a lot from lunchtime. You can eat until your stomach explodes.

There was a place called tanto tanto. The sign had changed when I visited, so I called at 6:30 and was told they were full until 9. I hesitated but decided to wait as I wanted to try the food. The adult all-you-can-eat menu is around 2600 yen for 2 hours. There is also a drink all-you-can option, which might be worth it if you can have 3 or more drinks. You choose 2 types of broth at the beginning. I chose collagen with ginger and plain hot water. The collagen with ginger was quite salty, maybe a bit too much. The plain hot water was sweeter. My friend said the kombu broth was the best among the 4 choices. We ordered various items like pork belly, shoulder loin, and loin meat, as well as vegetables and side dishes. The croquette and cucumber were good, but the pickled vegetables were too salty. For dessert, we had almond jelly and parfait. The almond jelly was recommended. We couldn't order from the salad and rice categories as we had already ordered too much. Adding alcohol all-you-can-drink would cost around 3500 yen. It's a good option for a small party, just be careful not to overdrink if you want to get your money's worth.

This is a Shiretoko red pork shabu-shabu restaurant that opened in the location where Tanto Tanto used to be. It is operated by the Active Company group, which also runs Chobizou and Yonchome Sakaba, so it seems like a replacement of the previous restaurant. The interior is stylish, similar to Tanto Tanto, making it suitable for dates or girls' nights out. There is a counter, but it's not recommended for solo dining.
[About the Menu]
The main offering for dinner is all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu. The lunch menu includes set meals, rice bowls, udon sets, and dipping noodle sets. Prices are generally around 1000 yen, with unlimited rice and miso soup. I ordered the Shiretoko red pork and seasonal vegetable steamed meal, limited to 15 servings per day. It is described as female-friendly and has a modest portion size. The vegetables are plentiful, and steaming the dish makes it very healthy. The refreshing grated ponzu sauce pairs well with it. The meal comes with small side dishes, pickled plum, dried young sardines, pickles, and pork miso soup, and I surprisingly got full towards the end. It's a bit pricey for over 1200 yen for lunch. It would be a better deal if they kept it under 1000 yen. Also, the service is polite but seems to miss important details. For example, although the miso soup and rice are unlimited, they didn't mention it when serving the dishes. It's those little gestures that can make a big difference in customer satisfaction. I later saw that dessert was included in the menu. Maybe they forgot because it was busy with group customers. Attention to these details is crucial, so I hope they improve on this in the future.

We heard that we could enjoy delicious pork shabu-shabu at "Buta no Hana" so we went there with our family. It is a buffet style where you can order at your table. The main dish is Tokachi pork shabu-shabu, but there are also plenty of side dishes available. It is more cost-effective to order the all-you-can-eat buffet rather than individual items. You first choose from two types of shabu-shabu sauce. The pork (belly, loin, and shoulder loin) is delicious and not too heavy even if you eat a lot. We ended up ordering more than we thought. Although there are various side dishes, the pork shabu-shabu is so delicious that we only ordered about 2-3 other items. The dessert menu (1 item per person) is also tasty. We sat near the entrance and the staff were energetic... but one of them had a really loud voice, which was a bit noisy.

Shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat. You can choose from two types of soup for shabu-shabu. I chose the limited-time soy milk and yuzu salt. Both were delicious. I want to try other flavors as well. There are also various side dishes such as fried chicken, salad, carpaccio, and desserts in the all-you-can-eat menu, and there is also an option for all-you-can-drink with or without alcohol for an additional fee, which is very reasonable. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great.

The food is delicious and the service from female staff in private rooms is good. However, I have noticed that sometimes it takes a while for them to come take our order. I hope they can improve on that.

It may be difficult to use a private room with 10 or more people. It might be better for small gatherings or girls' nights out. A private room can comfortably accommodate about 6 people. There are various all-you-can-eat menu options, which is good, but it was disappointing that they didn't come unless we confirmed. The service from the staff was a bit disappointing. Most importantly, the meat they use has changed from Sachiku Maio from Shari to Tokachi-no-Pork, which is unfortunate. I was looking forward to trying the local brand pork, Sachiku Maio, but if the brand of pork doesn't matter to you, it might still be good.

Four friends visited the restaurant together. There are multiple basic broths to choose from, so we selected two. You can also choose from three types of meat, but initially we received a set and then made additional orders. The shabu-shabu meat was delicious, but personally, I had an issue with the vegetables. They were thinly sliced leeks mixed with various vegetables, which I did not enjoy because I dislike leeks. Overall, the staff's attitude was not very good. And most importantly, the beer was terrible. I wish they only served lukewarm beer as dark beer (even though they don't have dark beer here).
