I originally came to the shop next door to eat soft serve ice cream, but they had just finished serving lunch, so I hurriedly came to this shop. There was a small eat-in space at the back of the shop. The soft serve ice cream had a very refreshing taste and was delicious. The cone had a maple scent and was very tasty. I felt like I had eaten this cone somewhere before! I had already eaten hormone hot pot for lunch and was full, so I didn't pay attention to the bread and cream puffs sold in the shop. Thank you for the meal!

There is a bakery with a flag in a residential area on Shinsakae-dori. Nearby, there are Italian restaurants and a popular soba shop on the street. The building is cute, the interior of the shop is cute, and the bread is cute. I want a small drawer furniture like that. The size is reasonable, and the quality of the bread is soft and sweet. There is a wonderful garden in the back! Lunch and soft serve ice cream look delicious too. I look forward to enjoying them at home. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Cute restaurant, great for weekday lunches. Gratin bread set for 1100 yen with mini dessert and drink included. The bread is delicious, the gratin is also tasty. Happy that it comes with a mini dessert. The pudding is firm, which I like. The parfait is not as voluminous as before, and it no longer comes with fresh fruit. The pudding parfait is also gone. Instead of a parfait, it's more like a sundae with soft serve ice cream, whipped cream, nuts, and cornflakes. Hmm, for this content, 880 yen for a sundae seems a bit expensive. Bought a few types of bread, they have a variety so I'll come back to buy bread again next time. Had a relaxing time. Thank you for the meal.

In a residential area in Ebetsu, there is a bakery with a wide variety of breads! The breads are lined up, and towards the back, there is a café space. They sell sets of bread from the previous day at a discounted price, such as the "Fun Set" (250 yen), Gobo Salad Bread (150 yen), Wiener Roll (100 yen), and Shrimp Salt Bread (90 yen). I bought them all and they were delicious! The breads were fluffy, soft, and chewy. The Gobo Salad had a mild mayonnaise flavor, the Wiener Roll had a generous amount of sausage, and the Shrimp Salt Bread had crispy shrimp in every bite! The "Fun Set" includes Croissant, Bean Bread, Butter Bread, and Fromage Cream Cheese - all very tasty despite being from the previous day. There are still many other breads I want to try, and I also want to try their soft serve ice cream and use the café space. I look forward to visiting "Maruri" again! Thank you for the delicious food♪

It's a very cute shop. I had Maruri's lunch set with gratin and dessert included. The bread and gratin were delicious, and the cute dessert was a nice touch. I stayed for a while and ended up ordering a parfait as well. The pudding parfait, which I love, was as delicious as I expected. The dishes were also cute, and the shop had a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

Surprisingly, after leaving the soba restaurant, we stumbled upon a bakery with an interesting storefront. We decided to check it out and found a variety of bread displayed inside. However, there were no allergy labels, so we had to ask the staff for details. After getting some information, we bought different types of bread including edamame cheese, bean paste bun, cheese bread, lemon cream bun, apple bun, and pineapple bun. The edamame cheese bread was delicious with a chewy texture and a nice blend of edamame and cheese flavors. The lemon cream bun was slightly tangy but mostly sweet, while the apple and pineapple buns had a similar taste profile. The bean paste bun had white bean paste inside and was a hit with my daughter. The cheese bread was saved for breakfast. Overall, we highly recommend the edamame cheese bread and would definitely go back for more.

I think Ebetsu City is a town with many bakeries compared to its population, on the contrary, Tomakomai City feels like there are few bakeries. As a self-proclaimed bread enthusiast, I often wander around Ebetsu City, but it seems that many bakeries close unexpectedly or have irregular opening hours. Even though it was right in the middle of their business hours, the first and second places I visited were closed, so I ended up at the third place, "Maru Libre Bread Cafe." It is located a little outside the city center, and it seems like they moved here from another location. The store is a neatly built wooden house. The entrance is narrow and the interior is long, with a cafe space at the back. I purchased the "Basil Salt Bread @90" and the "Bacon Cheese (forgot the name)" and enjoyed them in the car. The basil-flavored salt bread had a good balance of aroma and saltiness, with a decent crust and a soft crumb. I am interested in trying other flavors of salt bread as well. The bacon cheese bread had an oily, pizza-like finish, which is not my favorite type of bread personally. It was disappointing that there were no hard bread options available. Thank you for the meal.

On a certain weekend, during a busy period in Sapporo, I made a slight detour after work to visit a relatively new bread cafe located in Ebetsu City. The parking lot in front of the store can fit about 4 cars. The cafe and bakery are beautifully set up on the first floor of a newly built house, with bread displayed along the walls towards the back. There is also a cafe space at the back, but it was still closed as of mid-June. When I visited in the late afternoon, there were only a few bread left on the shelves, so I chose a couple that caught my eye. The cream puffs (130 yen) had an old-fashioned choux pastry with a custard cream inside that was not too sweet, but rather rich and flavorful. The bean bread (130 yen) had a soft and elastic texture, with plenty of sweet beans including adzuki beans that made it very enjoyable. The bean bread with black sesame seeds (150 yen) was filled with a generous amount of sweet red bean paste, which I found to be a bit too sweet for my liking. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing of the items. I look forward to visiting again when they have more products available. Thank you for the delicious treats!

This is a place in Ebetsu City, located along Shinsakae Street in Shinsakae 5-chome. For the exact location, please check the map on Tabelog as usual. I had been curious about a bakery that had moved from Route 12 to a residential area, so I visited the shop before going to the "soba" restaurant across the street. I parked in front of the shop, entered, and saw that they had a variety of soft breads, similar to before. I purchased a croissant and a cheese camembert with wings, which seemed like a good accompaniment for alcohol. Back at home, I first tried the croissant. It was not very crispy on the outside and lacked buttery flavor, but it was easy to eat. Next, I tried the cheese camembert with wings. The burnt cheese on top was fragrant, and the soft bread inside was very tender. The cheese had a slight sweetness, making it more like a cheese bread that children would enjoy rather than a mature cheese bread. This shop also sells soft serve ice cream, which is one of my favorites, so I would like to visit again in warmer weather to try it.

Today is the last day of my two-day weekend! After leaving a delicious soba restaurant with my wife, she pointed out a bakery on the right and a pizza place next to it. We decided to check it out and ended up at a gourmet street in Ebetsu City. The bakery we visited had a cute exterior and a wide variety of bread. The prices were surprisingly affordable and the bread was delicious. I bought a bread for less than 200 yen including tax. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and a nice way to end our weekend.

Bakery Maruri, which was located along Route 12, has relocated and reopened near Saracen's Wheat. When I arrived at the store around 10:00, the parking lot in front of the store was full, and there were also a few cars parked on the road. Upon entering the store, the first thing I noticed was the checkout area, where there were customers waiting and blocking the entrance to the store. An elderly lady who came in after me didn't seem to mind and just walked right in. I waited for a few customers to leave before entering. The store was still crowded even after that. It seemed smaller compared to the previous location. I had to look for the trays to put the bread on, which were located at the back of the store. I had to navigate through customers paying and buying bread to secure a tray. By the time I started choosing my bread, the number of customers had decreased and the selection of bread was a bit limited. Just then, freshly baked "French Bread with Black Sesame" and "French Bread with Black Pepper Bacon" were displayed. The "French Bread with Black Sesame" made a crackling sound when touched, so I decided to buy it. I picked up the "French Bread with Black Sesame" and "French Bread with Black Pepper Bacon" and lined up for the checkout. There were two customers in front of me and no one behind me. The café space at the back of the entrance is scheduled to open in March next year. Coffee Marble (180 yen) is a delicious fluffy bread with layers of coffee-flavored dough. The Croissant (130 yen) I bought this time had a crispy surface, unlike the moist one I bought at the previous location, and it was delicious. The Mini Cheese Bread (140 yen) is a bread with cheese kneaded into it, giving it a delicious flavor with a hint of saltiness. The French Bread with Black Pepper Bacon (140 yen) has a crispy surface with a satisfying texture, and the spiciness of the black pepper adds to its deliciousness. The French Bread with Black Sesame (220 yen) was a delicious French bread with a fragrant black sesame flavor.

This bakery offers soft and fluffy bread that is a hit every time. They have a variety of delicious options like curry bread, onion mayo apple custard bread, and cinnamon potato bread. If you prefer soft bread, this is the place for you as they do not have any hard bread options.
