They even have a rare butter coffee bean available. It would make a great gift that anyone would appreciate.

My husband brought me a souvenir from Iwamizawa. It's Brazil Tomio Fukuda D.O.T, with a cute cat illustration on the packaging. I tried it on a day off. The staff recommended Brazil to me, saying, "Your partner prefers a bit of bitterness, how about this bean?" It's a fragrant coffee that suits my taste. It has a strong bitterness and roast, with a good balance of aroma and richness. The sweetness is also rich. And the aftertaste is refreshing! Mild F is a coffee that my husband likes, with a prominent acidity. But the acidity is mild. I still prefer Brazil. Next time, I will blend these two and enjoy the taste.
