The Shatoreze store at Aeon Yosaki is a very spacious place. You can see them making pies, and it feels more like a street shop than a regular tenant. I bought sesame miso sauce rice balls for a snack, and the miso flavor was very strong with a lot of sesame miso sauce. Because of that, I couldn't really taste the brown rice, but I enjoyed it while adding more sesame miso sauce. I wanted to put this sesame miso sauce on rice. Later, I missed lunch and ended up having these rice balls and the coarse-grained walnut soy sauce mochi that I bought together for my lunch. Shatoreze was a great find. Even if you forget your point card, they have the best service where they can look it up with your phone number! Thank you for the meal!

I stopped by again at Chateraise! The quality is great and the price is reasonable, it's delicious as always. The apple pie is always tasty. The staff still seemed a bit busy and rushed.

My wife and I visited Shatoreze in Yoichi-cho. My wife bought a lot of things. It's interesting to see if affordable local wine will be popular in the wine kingdom of Yoichi-cho. Congratulations on the opening! The lemon cake with a sunny fragrance costs 129 yen, the croissant with a buttery aroma costs 302 yen, and the mini madeleine costs 162 yen.
