I heard that there is a unique 3-kind mixed spice curry at Spice Curry Harmonia in Temma, where you can enjoy different flavors while mixing. Their most popular dish is the 3-kind mixed curry for 1,200 yen, and they also offer a 2-kind combination for 1,000 yen, as well as options to choose 1 or 2 curries from a selection. The restaurant is located in a small alley behind JR Temma Station, just a short walk from Ogimachi Subway Station. Nearby, you can find the Chinese restaurant Koryu Tenjinro and The Pasta and Grills. The restaurant is on the first floor of a multi-tenant building, decorated with colorful miscellaneous goods and original merchandise, creating a chaotic yet charming atmosphere typical of a spice curry restaurant. The interior is smaller than expected, with only 8 seats in total - 3 seats along the wall and 5 seats at the counter facing the kitchen, each separated by acrylic panels. I ordered the most popular dish, the ABC 3-kind mixed curry for 1,200 yen. The colorful presentation was impressive, with turmeric rice surrounded by basic curries A and B, Moroccan salad, red core radish, vegetable salad, and Sichuan-style minced meat curry C. The flavors of the curries were rich and unique, with each one offering a different taste experience. Curry A, made with minced meat and dried shrimp, had a strong umami flavor with a hint of shrimp aroma. Curry B, featuring black pork belly, had a sweet and sour taste with a tender texture. Curry C, the Sichuan-style minced meat curry, had a bold and spicy flavor with a numbing sensation from the Sichuan peppercorns. Each curry was delicious in its own way, and the combination of flavors was excellent.
