I checked the pre-opening date as well, but since it was already the grand opening, I visited Yakiniku no Tora. Next to the entrance, there are transparent mask cases, hand sanitizers, and temperature checks. After getting all of that done, I got a numbered ticket from the ticket machine and waited in the waiting area. When my number was called, I was escorted to a private seat for one person. The seat had a high divider that allowed me to enjoy my meal without worrying about others around me. I ordered the Niku Tora set meal for 1590 yen (tax included) using the touch panel. The set meal came with beef fat and a choice of whether I wanted it or not, free white cabbage kimchi, and a self-service soft drink bar for dining customers. The set meal arrived in less than 10 minutes, and it looked like there was a lot of meat! The meat was thick and had a good texture, giving a great yakiniku experience. The dipping sauce was slightly sweet, and there was only one type available, but there was a small packet of gochujang on the table. The meat in the set meal was more than enough, with at least 5 slices per type. The quality seemed to be on par with meat specialty shops that are a bit pricier than supermarkets. The rice was a bit soft, and if you want it cooked differently, you can pay extra for a larger portion. The set meal also came with green onions, wakame, and fried miso soup, a salad with sesame dressing, and white cabbage kimchi. Overall, it may seem a bit expensive at first, but it's a good deal compared to ordering meat dishes separately with rice. The restaurant used to be a buffet yakiniku restaurant operated by Rookie Farm, but now it focuses on semi-private rooms and reducing contact with others through the ordering system, looking ahead to the post-corona era. If they can maintain this level of meat quality, it would be a good choice for those who prioritize quality over quantity. If you prefer eating until you're full with thin slices of meat, you may want to try a table-order buffet yakiniku restaurant. The staff were helpful to elderly customers who were not familiar with the touch panel system, and the service was impressive. I didn't notice it, but they had rapid ventilation for about 3 and a half minutes. Overall, it was a comfortable experience for a solo female diner enjoying yakiniku. I even had some gum after the meal, which was a rare treat for me. Thank you for the meal.
