This is a report on a popular restaurant called "Tsukemen Goshun" in Otofuke-cho, Hokkaido! I finally stopped by as I was always curious about it with the parking lot always full of cars. When I visited just before the opening time at 5:25 pm on a holiday, there was no line, but a few groups arrived just before opening, and after opening, about 6 people came in. By the time I left, the restaurant was full with one person waiting! It's quite popular! There were about 8 parking spaces, with 4 of them being diagonal. Inside the restaurant, there were about 10 counter seats, two tables for 4 people each, and two tables for 2 people each. The cold towels with a refreshing scent of fabric softener were nice! The tsukemen noodles took about 20 minutes to arrive because of the cooking time. The thick noodles looked like they were covered in a chashu blanket! The dipping sauce also looked rich and delicious! First, I tried the noodles on their own, and they had a rich wheat aroma and tasted delicious! The cooking was spot on too! When I dipped the thick noodles in the rich pork and seafood-based dipping sauce and tried it, it was incredibly delicious! The flavor was addictively good, and I couldn't stop eating! The low-temperature cooked huge pork shoulder chashu was moist, tender, and incredibly tasty! It was well-seasoned, had no unpleasant smell, and was so delicious even in its extra-large size! It was amazing! Sprinkling black pepper on top of the noodles dipped in the sauce made it the ultimate chashu! The compatibility with the noodles was outstanding, and it made me want to order some rice too! I asked the staff for a soup wari (soup refill) to finish, and a pot of soup was brought to me. I enjoyed it until the very end! It was deliciously finished in no time! They also offer ramen, Taiwanese maze-soba, and abura-soba, so there are various options to enjoy! It was a very delicious meal! Thank you very much.

A popular restaurant where people keep coming in! The delicious and photogenic tsukemen is 200 grams for 980 yen! They even provide paper aprons, which is a thoughtful gesture! The other menu items also looked delicious! If you are nearby, I highly recommend visiting this place!

At lunchtime, the parking lot is so popular that there is a line of people waiting for a spot. All the dishes look delicious, but I decided to try the top menu item, the tsukemen for 980 yen. The rich dipping sauce paired with the chewy thick noodles was incredibly delicious. What caught my eye the most was the overflowing chashu pork slices. Normally, chashu can be tough and chewy, but these were tender and easy to bite into, with a perfect seasoning. The side menu rice dishes also seemed popular, especially the hormone bowl. The staff were all very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you for the meal!

I had accumulated service vouchers, so I chose the Aburasoba with extra noodles, a small complimentary chashu, and a mini char siu rice bowl. The taste was reliably delicious, and I finished it all quickly as usual. I lined up as usual when the store opened, but when I left, there was still a line of cars waiting in the parking lot. The popularity of the restaurant remains unchanged.

I go there several times a month or else I get withdrawal symptoms from the taste. Before they open, the parking lot is always full so I go early and wait. The tsukemen is spicy, the tsukemen with soup is delicious, the tantanmen, the horumon ramen, the abura soba, the soupless tantanmen, and the Taiwan maze soba are all tasty! You can choose the noodle portion size from regular 200g, large 300g, or extra large. They also have char siu rice bowl, minced meat rice bowl, and horumon rice bowl which are all amazing. You can buy the daily special for only 50 yen. They also give you a small piece of char siu as a service for around 200 yen. My favorite is the soupless tantanmen, small service char siu, and the service bean sprout namul. The soupless tantanmen and Taiwan maze soba come with free rice, so you can enjoy it until the end. Leave a little bit of char siu and namul, mix it with the rice, and you will feel happy.

I used to have a favorite tsukemen restaurant in Sapporo, but it moved to Tokyo. I hadn't been able to go for tsukemen for a while, but the craving became too strong. So when I came to Obihiro, I knew I had to go to the reliable Goshun!! The richness and deliciousness were just as I remembered, it was amazing!! This is my number one tsukemen in Obihiro for sure!

What on earth is this⁈ It was my first visit. I've never encountered this ramen before. The customer chose the tsukemen because the shop's name is Tsukemen, but the Chuka Soba was the correct choice. For those who like sliced chashu, the tsukemen might be better. The chashu that usually comes with ramen was not the thick menma I expected, but thinly sliced chashu, haha! Amazing! Unbelievable volume. The regular chashu is 240 yen (which is already large slices), and the service chashu, which has increased in price twice in a short period, is 100 yen for small and 150 yen for large (110 yen to 130 yen). Still cheap! Probably the leftover scraps from making chashu, I chose the large without hesitation! Huge regret, sweat. What on earth is this... it seems to be around 500g. I thought it would be sliced or diced like chashu, but it was a chunk?! Dry and hard? Can I bite into it...? Huh? It's soft! Amazing! Incredibly soft and delicious! Low-temperature cooked chashu! This is truly unique and undoubtedly one-of-a-kind! I'm not a big fan of menma, and I don't have any particular preferences, but there is soft menma with the tip still attached, so there's nothing more to say. There is also free additional fish powder on the table. I take my hat off to this service spirit in the midst of rising raw material costs. If I were to deduct points, I would be cursed. Perhaps for the first time? Full marks! It was an amazing ramen experience.

Today's lunch was at Tsukemen Goharu. I've been here so many times. Today I had the spicy tsukemen and the hormone bowl. As usual, it was delicious. I'm happy to be a regular customer at this popular restaurant. The tsukemen, spicy ramen, oil ramen, tantanmen, all of them are delicious. Today I had the spicy tsukemen and the hormone bowl. Both were delicious as always. I wish this place was closer to where I live.

I always go to my favorite tsukemen restaurant Tokachi! It perfectly fits my taste! First, the tsukemen soup is thick and rich, but also has a sweetness that sets it apart from others. The noodles are chewy and medium thick. Lastly, the standard big chashu ramen is delicious with seasoned bamboo shoots. This time, I also ordered the butter chashu rice bowl.

Visited after 1 pm. About 70% of the seats were taken. Today I bought a ticket for the spicy version of tsukemen. It arrived in about 15 minutes. It looks spicy, but the taste is not actually that spicy. It seems like they just added spice to the regular tsukemen soup. Even though I don't like spicy food, it was totally fine for me. The chashu is thick and there are plenty of chunks in the soup, giving a satisfying texture. This ramen shop is not your typical tsukemen place, it has a unique flavor that I like. The staff also greets you properly, which is nice.

The Chashu ramen (870 yen) with an additional option of large Chashu (130 yen) is amazing. The amount of meat that comes with it is incredible, maybe around 450g. The low-temperature cooked Chashu perfectly matches the soup, which has a robust yet gentle flavor. The soup is rich and delicious, with a nice umami taste. I highly recommend the ramen over the tsukemen. The restaurant is always busy, so it's best to go on a relatively quiet weekday for a pleasant dining experience. I will definitely go back.

When I asked which shop is popular in Otoengi Town, I heard about Goshun-san, so I decided to give it a try. I arrived at the opening time of 11:00 on a holiday. The parking lot was almost full, but I managed to find a spot and entered the shop. I bought a meal ticket and was guided to my seat, which made the line a bit long. After sitting down, I listened to the explanation of the point card. The point card is valid for one year, and when you collect five stamps, you get one free meal. I thought it was a great service in a way. When the tsukemen arrived, I noticed the huge chashu (pork slices) and thick noodles. The noodles were straight and thick, with large menma (bamboo shoots) and really big slices of meat on top. The dipping sauce was a rich bonito-based broth that complemented the noodles well. I ordered the noodles in a large serving, which was 300 grams, but I felt like I could eat more. If you order an extra large serving, you can eat the amount of noodles you want. I will definitely go back to eat there again.

This is a must-visit restaurant when you go to Obihiro by car. I usually order the tsukemen, but this time I tried the soupless tantanmen! It comes with rice as a set. It has a lot of nuts and minced meat. I was impressed by the quality that doesn't seem like a tsukemen shop! When I tried the soupless version, I wanted to drink the soup, so I asked if I could get some soup on the side, and they kindly accommodated my request! I understand why this place is always crowded! The cheap price of 70 yen for extra chashu is also surprising. I hear that the hormone ramen is also popular! I will definitely go back again!

Today's lunch was at Tsukemen Goharu. I had my usual tsukemen with extra meat, adding two large slices of chashu. The special portion is over 400g, and you can choose between hot or cold soup. It's very satisfying. Dip the thick noodles in the rich dipping sauce and slurp them up. Delicious. Adding some pepper or fish powder from the table can add a nice touch. After finishing the noodles, pour some soup into the remaining dipping sauce and drink it all up. That's how you finish the meal.

I visited the restaurant a little after 7 pm on a weekday. The closing time was 8 pm, with the last order being at 7:30 pm, so I made it just in time. The system was to purchase a food ticket first. I was unsure but since it was cold, I chose the "spicy tsukemen ramen" for 950 yen. The restaurant was full, so I bought the ticket first, waited for a while, and then was seated at the counter. Soon after, my dish arrived. The noodles were thick and perfect for dipping in the soup. The spicy broth coated the noodles well. The soup base was seafood-based, so the spiciness was just right. And... the chashu was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth! It wasn't fatty, but incredibly tender. They apparently cook it at a low temperature to achieve this tenderness. Oh, it was so tender. The soft-boiled egg was also delicious and didn't overpower the tsukemen's flavor, it was creamy and tasty. I'd like to try their regular tsukemen next time. Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to try various menu items, so this time I ordered tsukemen with seasoned egg topping. The ramen was delicious, so I had high hopes for the tsukemen as well. Personally, I'm not a fan of tsukemen, but the rich sauce here was delicious. However, I found the chashu to be too soft due to low-temperature cooking, which I didn't really like. It made sense to me that they also offer tsukemen without meat on the menu.

I went to this restaurant for a friend's university entrance exam prayer, but on the day of my visit, I injured my back. The owner noticed something was wrong with me and helped me, leaving a very good impression. I ordered a 600g tsukemen with extra chashu topping, and I was impressed by the delicious soup and firm noodles that provided a satisfying meal. The chashu, described as rare, had a unique texture and chewiness that I rarely experience. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

Five Haru is always delicious, no matter how many times I go. Today, it was cold so I had it with soup. I like the chashu in tsukemen, but I also like this block-like chashu. I hope to try it with extra chashu someday. ❤️

First time trying oil-free ramen! The chewy noodles and special sauce are well mixed, and the texture is surprisingly light, making it easy to slurp down! You can add toppings like sesame seeds and garlic to change up the flavor as you eat, allowing you to enjoy the deliciousness multiple times. It's quite a recommended dish!

Hokkaido Gourmet 930 yen
In the neighboring town of Obihiro, there is a ramen restaurant in Otofuke Town. A huge, ham-like roasted pork covers the bowl. The delicious noodles have a good texture, but with such a large portion, it can be a bit overwhelming towards the end. It's a popular restaurant in a small town in Tokachi, where even people line up to get in.

Chuka soba without meat for 780 yen
For lunch today, I had Chuka soba at Tsukemen Goshun. Normally, I should have eaten Tsukemen, but I also like Chuka soba. I like the simple Chuka soba, with fish and pork bone broth and straight thin noodles.
