食べ過ぎ太り過ぎ
Due to poor health, I had to take a break from work for the third time, but I somehow managed to make it to the opening of "Eating Too Much and Getting Too Fat Theater Act 4". I will be returning to work while consulting my health for a while. Likes and comments will be delayed, but I plan to visit eventually, although it may take some time. Thank you in advance. [November 2020] This is my second review, so I'll keep it brief. Kaze Tsuki is one of the few okonomiyaki restaurants in Sapporo that uses local Hokkaido ingredients. Established in 1967, there are about 13 branches in Sapporo. Kaze Tsuki has fewer street-front stores and mainly operates in large shopping centers like Aeon. The number of okonomiyaki restaurants in Sapporo is decreasing, but this restaurant is working hard. In 1989, Sapporo Beer's factory moved to Ebetsu City. The site of the former factory became the large commercial facility "Sapporo Factory". The "Kaze Tsuki Factory Store" is located inside the Sapporo Factory. I visited for the first time in 8 years. I visited around 1 pm on a weekday. I was seated at a table. The interior of the restaurant has a different feel from before. There seem to be fewer table seats than before. I looked at the menu for solo diners, but it didn't quite meet my needs. There was a perfect set menu for two people. The "Kaze Set" includes a designated okonomiyaki and yakisoba. I left it to the professionals to cook both dishes. For the set's "Teppanyaki", I chose the "Hokkaido Sausage Assortment". We both chose "Ginger Ale" as our drink. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the "Hokkaido Sausage Assortment" and "Ginger Ale" arrived. I enjoyed the "Hokkaido Sausage Assortment" while it was being cooked. About 10 minutes later, the yakisoba was served. And about 6 minutes after that, the okonomiyaki was served. Kaze Set Okonomiyaki: Mix Okonomiyaki with plenty of pork, squid, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes. The freshly cooked okonomiyaki was delicious. It was cooked by the restaurant staff, so I could trust the cooking. Yakisoba: Mix Yakisoba with extra pork, squid, and egg on top. It was delightful to eat it while it was still hot. Teppanyaki Hokkaido Sausage Assortment: Grilled on a hot plate. There are four different flavored sausages. I wanted to have a beer, but I couldn't drink because I was driving. One drink per person was included, and we both chose Ginger Ale. Probably a post-mix from Pepsi. Price: 2750 yen (tax included), about 1375 yen per person. The "Kaze Set" is a satisfying set. Having it cooked by professionals made the taste more reliable than if I had cooked it myself. It was very helpful that the dishes came out gradually as we finished eating. During weekday lunchtime, hot coffee is self-service and complimentary. We were both full, so we refrained from having more. I hope Kaze Tsuki will continue to do well. I wonder which set I should try next time. I wish I could leave my car behind next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.
