For the past 10 years, my family has been visiting this restaurant every year at this time. Whenever we come here, I always order this (title). It's delicious. The pasta here is chewy and the sauces have a homemade feel with a gentle flavor. I love the uneven chunks of meat in the meat sauce, which I always order. I tried a bit of the crab tomato cream spaghetti from my companion, and it was delicious too. The crab flavor comes through nicely, while the tomato cream flavor is also prominent, creating a harmonious and tasty dish. I might cheat on my usual order next time. This is a log house that the owner built themselves! The warm wooden interior is lovely, and as the name suggests, there is a white stove inside. It's more popular in the summer, but in the winter, the stove is lit, creating a cozy atmosphere. There are also seats on the second floor, adding to the fun and nostalgic vibe. I ordered the large portion of meat sauce pasta! I've always liked it and continue to order it. The pasta here is fresh, giving it a chewy texture that I love. And the meat sauce! It seems like their specialty is tomato sauce, as it's written on the outdoor sign. And it's delicious! The meat is plentiful, but the flavor isn't overpowering. It has a rich umami taste with a refreshing acidity from the tomatoes, capturing my heart. With only farmland around, you can enjoy a leisurely atmosphere. This is a must-visit restaurant!

The location may be hard to find, as it's tucked away behind a noodle shop. When you enter the restaurant, you take off your shoes and slip into slippers, giving you a friendly, welcoming feeling as if you were visiting someone's home. The staff, possibly the owner, greeted us warmly. Initially, they seemed to be preparing, but when we asked, they said they were open for business. The tomato pasta was delicious with a well-balanced flavor, and the noodles were cooked al dente. The interior was adorned with many paintings, and you could see a peaceful garden and vegetable patch outside. It quickly filled up with customers, a testament to its popularity. The restroom was also clean.

Date: February 23, 2009 Cafe Hot Stove Theme: Lunch On November 23, 2008, I had lunch at Cafe Hot Stove. I had noticed this place while driving on the highway as there were many cars parked outside. The weather was nice that day, so I decided to stop by. The restaurant had a charming sign outside. The weather was so good that it made the food look even more appetizing in the photos. I ordered the blue cheese pasta, which was rich and delicious. It came with a side salad and was quite filling. The restaurant is run by a couple, and there was a motorcycle inside, so they might be motorcycle enthusiasts. The log cabin interior with the wood stove added to the cozy atmosphere of the place.

My mother and I came to the restaurant. We ordered pasta with clam and mushroom cream sauce. The clam pasta had a strong salty taste, but the pasta was cooked perfectly and had a good flavor, so it was delicious. The mushroom cream sauce pasta had plenty of chopped shimeji and various mushrooms, and the sauce was thick and tasty. I wish there was more cream sauce on it though. The pasta and drinks were the main focus, so there were no cakes or desserts, but I would like to go back again.
