I have never had it before, but I suddenly crave "sliced raw shishamo." In fact, I have barely even eaten grilled shishamo; I'm usually enjoying capelin instead, which I find tasty as a side dish. The counter at the grilling station is filled with a variety of ingredients, and the finished dishes are served with a large ladle, which looks really fun. I asked if I could move to the counter, but unfortunately, it was fully booked due to its popularity (what a shame). Now, I'm trying the sliced raw shishamo, and it's sweet—completely different from grilled shishamo. I quickly go for a second piece; it’s simply "incredibly delicious." Within minutes, I devoured it! There are six pieces, each about 5 cm, priced at 1390 yen, which means about 230 yen per piece—definitely a good price. Next, I ordered a simmered golden eye snapper (1980 yen), which was on the smaller side at 25 cm, but it was well-cooked and perfect with sake. The seasoning was refined without being too sweet. I also tried various recommendations like asparagus, Daitōryō shiitake mushrooms, ginkgo nuts, and meat and potatoes made with new potatoes. I paired my sake with the menu and ordered from the right. After conquering the Hokkaido sakes, I lost my memory (I really overdid it—tear). Next time, I want to eat at the counter! Thank you for the delicious meal!

I went with a close friend at 7 PM and made a reservation for a table, but when we arrived, there were three groups seated in a U-shaped arrangement on the second floor. It’s a rare place that offers Shiraho Honoka (a type of beer) and a variety of sake. We ordered Inka no Mezame potato salad, which has a wonderful sweetness from the potatoes. The shishamo sashimi is light yet flavorful, making it a delightful dish. The grilled squid innards are a perfect pairing with drinks; the richness of the innards adds a delicious depth. The stone-grilled octopus rice is a highlight—staff members mix it and stick the rice onto the walls of the stone pot. The seasoning is just right, and the flavor of the octopus fills your mouth.

I made a reservation for the Winter Udatzu course and visited the restaurant. Inside, you take off your shoes before entering. I started drinking at the counter seat, and the food was served at just the right timing, from the appetizer to sashimi, Ishikari nabe (a salmon hot pot), and finally, the grilled rice balls and dessert of frozen mandarin oranges. I got to enjoy delicious dishes until I was full. The staff's service was also excellent, making for a very pleasant drinking experience. During my visit, there were guests without reservations who showed up, but they had to be turned away due to being fully booked. A reservation is essential.

At Robatayaki Udattsu in Nogezaka, our third stop in Sakuragicho, we enjoyed a traditional robatayaki experience. For the appetizer, we had Matsumae-zuke and simmered shellfish. The sake was great, and the grilled yellowtail collar and salted king crab were delicious! I went to eat fresh shishamo sashimi. I thought it was the right season for it, but it seems to be on the regular menu. I guess we can thank advancements in technology for that. The fresh shishamo sashimi was delicious. They also had fried chicken and scallops on the menu.

I went to a Mrs. live performance in Yokohama, and I made a reservation to attend. The food was unimaginably delicious! If you're visiting Yokohama, especially Sakuragicho, you definitely should go there. They offer amazing dishes from Hokkaido, and their delicious robatayaki is waiting for you! I'm from Fukuoka, and I was really satisfied. The sliced shishamo was the best! The rocky oysters were amazing too!

We had a dinner gathering with six old friends, so we reserved a 6,000 yen all-you-can-drink course. The seats at the semi-private table on the ground floor were very comfortable, and being close to the robatayaki counter made it the perfect spot. Previously, we had ordered à la carte, but this time we went with the course, which felt like a great deal. Everything was delicious, but the grilled fish was by far the best. With many of us being heavy drinkers, the generous servings of shochu on the rocks really added to our comfort. I can't wait to go back there again soon.

It was my first visit to Noge in six months. I spontaneously went to this restaurant that I had checked on Tabelog. I was excited when they seated me at the counter just in time. The sashimi made from visibly fresh yellowtail, the oversized raw oysters that couldn't be eaten in one bite, the well-seasoned namerou, and the first sanma of the season—all of it was delicious. Dining at a robatayaki with just a few people at the counter is definitely the most enjoyable. Thank you for the meal!

I visited a restaurant on Saturday night with a reservation for 8:30 PM, but I arrived about 30 minutes early. When I inquired about entering, they kindly allowed me to come in! Since it was my birthday, I showed my ID and received a bottle of Mio as a gift with a coupon. I was seated at the back of the counter, and it was a bit difficult to call the staff over. Even though I said "excuse me!" and raised my hand, they didn't notice me right away, which made it hard to place my orders. Their service wasn't bad; I just wished they had paid a bit more attention to the back area. The food was delicious, so I would consider coming back again in the future.

At Hajimete no Udat's, every meal pairs perfectly with alcohol! The baked potatoes with salted cod roe, the namero (a type of fish tartare), and the shishamo (smelt) sashimi that I tried for the first time were all incredibly delicious, with no unpleasant smell at all. For the finale, the octopus rice was packed with garlic flavor and was also very tasty.

I've mentioned this a few times, but I always get so caught up in the fun that I forget to take photos (laughs). On this day, I only ended up with two pictures... The sashimi is always fresh! This time, I enjoyed my favorite dish: fried corn. I ate and drank plenty more, but my memory is a bit hazy (-_-). It was a meetup with a friend I got to know at another bar, and we had such a great time laughing non-stop. Additionally, the service from the young staff was exceptional; I was genuinely moved by it. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be back!

It's been a while since I visited Nogeh, and I made a reservation for this visit. We ordered the following: sashimi platter, fresh oysters, grilled corn, presidential shiitake mushrooms, grilled squid with seaweed, Manganji peppers, and yam. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, and the service from the staff was top-notch! They were attentive and friendly, which makes me want to come back to a place like this. I'm sure they have received proper training. All the dishes were delicious. The fresh oysters were large and satisfying! The presidential shiitake mushrooms were also big and very filling. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

My personal top recommendation in the Noge area is Udatzu. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is really great, and the taste is excellent. The prices are slightly higher, but considering the flavor, it's reasonable or even offers outstanding cost performance. It's one of my favorite places, so I plan to visit again.

Everything was delicious. Since it was just the two of us, we were seated at the counter, but the four-person table was in a tatami room that didn't have a sunken hearth, so it could be tough for someone like me with chronic back issues. It's a pity since the taste is undeniably good. Also, it feels a bit pricey at 7,500 yen per person. However, because the food is so good, I would consider going back to the restaurant.

I visited on a Sunday night! Reservation is a must! It was crowded. 【Atmosphere】It's an izakaya located in Noge, but the vibe is calm and relaxing! There is a raised seating area, so you take off your shoes at the entrance and step up into the restaurant. The clientele was diverse, with quite a few older patrons. 【Taste】Everything was absolutely perfect! Just amazing! ◉ Grilled shiitake mushrooms ◉ Grilled squid guts ◉ Sashimi platter, and more! The sashimi also included shishamo (smelt) sashimi, which is quite rare. It was fresh and didn't have any strong odor, truly delicious. The standout dish is definitely the grilled squid guts. It pairs perfectly with drinks! I will definitely be returning!

I visited this restaurant with friends to enjoy drinks and dishes featuring fresh ingredients from Hokkaido. We started with a sashimi platter that included fresh shishamo (smelt) sashimi. The shishamo had a rich, fatty flavor and was thick, deliciously showcasing the essence of smelt. We had the option of choosing between grilled or fried corn, and since the fried version was more popular, we opted for that. The corn was sweet and had a satisfying saltiness. Next, we tried grilled "Daitoryo" shiitake mushrooms, which were packed with umami. We also had Hokkaido's "Inca no Mezame" buttered potatoes. These sweet potatoes with butter and squid roe were so delightful that I wanted to order more. We also ordered stone-grilled octopus rice. It had a surprising punch from the flavors of soy sauce, bonito flakes, and garlic. The tender octopus in it was addictive. The staff mixed it for us like bibimbap, and the dish arrived in about ten minutes, which was quick. Another highlight was the grilled squid with its liver. It was served on a ceramic plate, with the cooking left to the staff. When it was ready, they came to mix the squid with its liver. The liver was incredibly rich and definitely paired well with alcohol. We sampled various sake from Hokkaido, including "Otokoyama Udatsu Limited Label," "Otokoyama Da Karakuchi," "Ezo no Kuma," "Oni Koroshi Kunizakari," and "Kita no Katsu," completing the entire selection. In the order I listed, they progressed from drier to sweeter. The restaurant also offered a variety of sake from outside Hokkaido. While the atmosphere felt like a typical izakaya, the spacious seating was a plus. Overall, I was very satisfied with the delicious Hokkaido ingredients and dishes.

I attended a company gathering at arobata grill restaurant in Noge. The restaurant had a lot of dishes from Hokkaido, such as jingisukan (grilled lamb), hokke (a type of fish), and drinks like Otokoyama and Tandakatan. The iron plate for the jingisukan was slightly different from the authentic version, but the food itself was delicious. If you opted for the premium all-you-can-drink plan, there were more choices of sake available.

On June 12, 2024 (Wednesday), I had my first drinks outing in Noge. It was a casual networking event with a client, not quite a formal business dinner, so no high-ranking officials were present. Since our relationship isn't that solid yet, I only took a picture of the appetizers and the lamb barbecue before cooking. It was a course that included all-you-can-drink for around 6,000 yen, if I remember correctly. The other dishes were delicious too! If it were closer to my office, I'd definitely go there more often. After the all-you-can-drink ended, we continued drinking by ordering individually. It was a fun time that helped bridge the gap with the client, so it was worth it!

The restaurant specializes in Hokkaido cuisine and features a robatayaki, which is a style from Hokkaido, specifically Kushiro. However, it's a large establishment where the robatayaki is on the first floor and traditional tatami seating is on the second. The first floor has an entrance where you remove your shoes, and the second floor has a traditional raised seating style where you take off your shoes at each table. Now, about the Genghis Khan (a mutton dish), it's a bit different—it’s cooked in a pot, and at the end, a broth is poured over it, which is quite different from the traditional Hokkaido way (laughs). It's more of a Yokohama style than the authentic Hokkaido Genghis Khan. It's not bad, though; the Hokke (a type of fish) was delicious but a bit small, and the sashimi was tasty too, especially the Hokkigai (surf clam). The prices are relatively cheap, and you can experience a bit of the Hokkaido atmosphere, so I think it's a nice place. You can make reservations online via Tabelog.

I used this restaurant for a girls' night out. My seniors kindly decided to celebrate my birthday, so I chose my favorite place, "Udatsu," for the gathering. We opted for the 5000 yen all-you-can-drink course. We enjoyed the taste, aroma, and performance at the robata counter seats.
