The other day, I had "paiku ramen" again and I kind of liked it. I wasn't really into it before, but this time I felt like eating it again. The parking lot in front of the restaurant has limited space, so I parked in the parking lot next to the restaurant (a little down from the main road) and walked up the stairs. Wow, there were 22 steps without a landing from the lower parking lot. I sat at the counter and ordered the soy sauce "paiku ramen". This place also follows the trendy ramen shop style, and the staff is quite lively and noisy. The deep-fried pork belly "paiku" is delicious. Do you want to try some? Lately, I've been craving greasy food, probably because of the heat. The "paiku" ramen I've been wanting to eat so badly, but after just two bites, I was already full. It's delicious, but that's the disappointing part about "paiku" - you can't eat it for a while. Maybe I'll visit again after some time has passed.

When I go back home, I always have ramen, but this time was different. I visited Ramen Republic in front of Sapporo Station, where I had eaten a few times when they had a store there. The soup has a rich and savory flavor, with plenty of sesame seeds. The kids' miso butter ramen is also delicious, and they can adjust the temperature to be a bit cooler. Those who had the soy sauce ramen also enjoyed the rich flavor, saying it was delicious.

I was near this place for a while. Not just today, but a few days ago too. Come to think of it, this place is pretty close, isn't it? I remember passing by the other day. Today, I had good timing and visited right after they opened at 11 am. "I'll prepare it for you," said the friendly lady as she set up a partition at the counter seat. I ordered the "Paiku Ramen" in soy sauce flavor. Wait, didn't I come to this Ginharo place before? I think this is my second time here, and I didn't choose the "Paiku Ramen" last time. Oh, I remember now – I had the "Paiku Ramen" at the main store in Ebetsu before. The "Paiku" is fried pork belly, which is a bit tough to eat and tear. But, the rich soup is comforting, especially on a hot, sweaty day. The oil from the pork adds a nice richness to the soup. The noodles are not the usual medium-thick egg noodles but thin wavy noodles. They are delicious when mixed with the soup. I never realized the charm of this place before. Maybe it's my age or because I was sweating? No, I think I need to appreciate the ramen here more. With the friendly lady and the welcoming manager, I'll definitely be back to explore more of what this place has to offer.

After a long time, I visited Ginpachi! I had the usual delicious meal this time, which was the summer limited edition "Pork Shabu Cold Tantanmen" and "Zangi Don." It was crowded during lunchtime as expected. Unfortunately, the parking lot is not very big, so when it's full, you have to wait or give up. Now, back to the food, the cold Tantanmen looked vibrant and summery! The rich soup and thin noodles mixed well together, making it a delightful dish to eat. The Zangi Don is a dish with Ginpachi's proud Zangi (fried chicken) topped with a sweet sauce. It was delicious with no complaints! Isn't it perfect for the hot summer days when you crave something cold? As always, Ginpachi never disappoints! It was a great meal.

Sapporo City, Teine Ward, Tomioka area. It is very difficult to park in the front parking lot. It is easier to park at the back of the store. It is a somewhat popular chain store. The interior of the store is lively with young staff working energetically. The paiku ramen is popular, but I didn't order it today. I ordered the Crispy Soy Sauce Ramen (850 yen). [Noodles] The noodles are thin and have a loose curl with a high water content. The taste of the noodles is not good, and they are long, making it a bit difficult to eat. I didn't like it. [Soup] The crispy soy sauce soup is popular, but it is sweet and has a crispy flavor. It is not particularly to my liking. [Ingredients] Chashu, bamboo shoots, boiled egg, green onion. [Overall] I should have just ordered the strawberry milk (laughs). Thank you for the meal!

I visited Ginparo's Teine store for the first time and tried their recommended fragrant soy sauce ramen with a giant pork cutlet topping. The fragrant soy sauce flavor is so addictive, and the curly noodles are egg-free. The sesame and fragrant soup perfectly complement the pork cutlet's richness. The generous amount of vegetables are stir-fried to enhance their aroma. The Teine store also offers morning ramen and zangi (fried chicken) exclusive to that location. The energetic staff, especially the friendly store manager, added to the lively atmosphere of the store. I highly recommend the pork cutlet topping for women who may not finish a whole pork cutlet ramen, and for men, I suggest going for the full pork cutlet ramen experience. Don't forget to check out their morning ramen options as well!

Paikuu Ramen Soy Sauce for 1,200 yen and Grilled Pork Belly Stamina Donburi for 300 yen. It's a great value for 1,500 yen with a huge portion. It would be great if they marketed it as Jiro-style, Iekei-style, or Ginparou-style. The pork belly is fried and has a distinctive flavor with a strong smell of oil. The pork belly donburi is decent.

I came to Ginhairo for the first time with a hangover... Ordered the Spicy Ramen (miso, large portion) and it was quite spicy! It's a tolerable level of spiciness but still pretty hot. The crab flavor is nice and the thin noodles are delicious! There's plenty of toppings in the large portion, which is satisfying for my hangover stomach. Also, to further settle my stomach, I added 2 pieces of Zangi... They were rich and tasty! Feeling much better now, looking forward to enjoying some evening drinks... Have a nice day! ☀️

I was looking for a specific restaurant but it was closed, so I ended up trying this place. The salt and miso ramen were decent, but the miso and spicy miso were a bit too strong. They gave me some extra broth, but the aftertaste lingered in my mouth for a while. It might be good for those who like rich and thick ramen.

The miso ramen is delicious and I always end up ordering it because it's so good. I especially like the way they cook the onions in the miso ramen at Ginparou. When onions are not cooked properly, they can smell bad or have an unpleasant crunchy texture, which I don't like. But at Ginparou, they always cook them perfectly, making the ramen taste amazing.

One of my favorite ramen shops is Ginparo Teine Store! Today, I was tempted by the limited edition black pork bone ramen, a great choice for spring. Limited editions are always nice, right? I paired it with the reliable zangi and enjoyed it! The black pork was good, but the seaweed was even better. It goes well with the soup. I think they should make seaweed a regular menu item. Overall, it was a satisfying bowl! Thank you for the meal!

Ginpuro "Savory Miso" is listed as 780 yen, but on the Eat Log page it shows 730 yen. It seems like the information was last updated 4 years ago. On my way back from the dentist where my crown came off (which was done 4 years ago), I received my 29th Gold Member stamp... Just one more stamp and I can get ramen for 350 yen for 3 months. I keep putting off starting the 3 months because of the pandemic. I need to come back one more time to be considered a regular at Ginpuro. When I went to pay, they taught me a trick to postpone the start date. I wish they had told me earlier!

When I went to the supermarket, I found fresh ramen from "Ramen Ginparo." The name of the shop being used for a product means it's quite a popular ramen shop, right? I've seen the sign somewhere before, but I've never been there. The name is unforgettable because it sounds like "ganbarou!" I didn't know what kind of shop it was, so I looked it up. It originated in Ebetsu City and now has shops in Sapporo's Tsukisamu, Teine, Maruyama, and even Obihiro (scheduled to close on October 17, 2021... T T). I have plans to go to Otaru for work, so I might stop by the "Sapporo Teine shop" on the way. The recommended No. 1 at "Ginparo" is the "Soy Sauce Ramen" for 780 yen. "Ginparo's ramen is thoroughly focused on 'flavor (aroma).' We have carefully simmered finely chopped pork knuckles in a pork bone soup base for a long time, using special oil and cooking with 'the strongest firepower' to lock in all the umami and flavor in the soup. Finished with sesame seeds and fried garlic, this ramen features a unique aroma that is characteristic of 'new era individualistic ramen.' In the photos I posted, it may be hard to see, but there are lots of diced onions in it. Perhaps because of that, I taste sweetness in the soup. A light and slightly sweet soup with low fat content. The sweetness somehow reminds me of "Tokushima Ramen." It might be a ramen that follows its unique route in Sapporo and Hokkaido. It was delicious! And of course, I finished with "Small Rice (120 yen)." Splish-splash!

I visited Ginparou Sapporo Teine store for lunch with my colleagues after a long time. It was my first time at Ginparou. The recommended dish is the Paikuu noodles, but I was intrigued by the thickly sliced chashu that I have been into lately, so I ordered the seared pork belly chashu noodles. The dish arrived in about 10 minutes. Wow! The chashu was very appealing with its thickness. The noodles were much thinner than I had expected, and the soup was a bit salty. I don't have the courage to finish the soup. I couldn't let go of my water glass throughout the meal. What impressed me more than the noodles or the soup was this chashu. It was of a high level in terms of meatiness, tenderness, and fragrance.

Ginparou is a ramen restaurant with 5 locations in Sapporo, known for its strong local presence. The Handai branch is managed by a charismatic head chef who is also famous for resembling the popular YouTuber HIKAKIN. This time, we tried their new eating challenge menu, the Pork Bone Ramen (Paiku Men), which is their most popular dish. The atmosphere at Ginparou is welcoming and they took great care to ensure proper COVID-19 measures were in place. The ramen was delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and a generous portion of pork belly. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend trying their dishes.

There is a ramen shop with several branches called "Savory Soy Sauce Ramen." The broth has a definite fried taste, the tonkotsu is rich, and the garlic and sesame on the chashu are generously sprinkled. The chashu has a good chewy texture. The slightly old fried onions, the common thin curly noodles, and the taste that was popular in the past. However, the saltiness is strong. The "Pork Cutlet Bowl" has well-marinated fried meat with a good oil drain, and the rice is similar to a tempura rice bowl. Nevertheless, the saltiness is strong, lingering in the mouth even after drinking water.

Before going shopping, I remembered a coupon I had for when I became a Gold member that I hadn't used. So I decided to go to the restaurant. I checked the app and saw they had a limited edition soy sauce ramen called "Ginhairo Haru", but I ended up ordering the classic "Paikuu Miso" instead. And guess what? They had a special item at the Teine store - "Zangi" for just ¥70 each. The salted Zangi was so delicious! Paikuu is always a good choice! The miso here isn't too rich but not too light either. It's kind of in between. As I kept eating, the Paikuu's batter started to blend with the soup, creating a rich Paikuu ramen. It was so tasty! I need to come back before the limited ramen runs out. Enjoy your meal!

After finishing my health check today, I was thinking about what to put in my empty stomach... My wife suggested Ginpachi with salt, so I brought along the loyalty card I had been saving and had it added to the app! As a result, I became a Gold member! Got a coupon!! So, following my wife's recommendation, I decided to go with "salt" today... I ordered the large size to enjoy the collaboration with my favorite paiku. As a new Gold member, I get the large size for free! Soon enough, I will try the soup. It's quite light but has a good depth to it and tastes delicious. However, when it comes to salt ramen, I think Yamagata is slightly better. But, Ginpachi is still my favorite! It has a consistent deliciousness. The paiku in the salt ramen enhances the flavor of the soup, making it even more flavorful! It's a new discovery to eat it this way! With the coupon I got, I will enjoy ramen at a discount next time. Let's eat ramen, ramen today as well! Thank you for the meal!

I added three types of green onions as toppings to the spicy miso ramen with "paiku" noodles. The highlight of this place is definitely the "paiku" noodles. The pork is fried to a crispy texture, different from the usual chashu, and is juicy. It may be a bit oily, but it is very satisfying and delicious! The three types of green onions toppings are a delight for green onion lovers. I was able to enjoy different textures of green onions.
