The tekka maki had a good balance of vinegar flavor and decent tuna. The mackerel sushi seemed a bit dehydrated and had a slightly frozen taste. The zangi was sweet and had a crispy coating, and it came with sauce which I didn't use. The popular delivery service I used has been rapidly gaining popularity, and while the quality was a bit underwhelming, it was very convenient when I was in a rush and didn't have time to go out. It's become a staple for my evening drinks.

It's quite a high-class sushi restaurant, isn't it? I decided to order for the first time this time, with the intention of jumping off the stage of Kiyomizu. Because they seem to be collaborating with something? They say it contributes to sales, but was it actually contributing? LOL The taste of the sushi may be better than the nearby conveyor belt sushi restaurant. The price is also reasonable, so I am satisfied with the taste. I thought they were resorting to selling themselves due to eating too much ramen, but it turned out to be a type of fish. I ordered the "Lunch Chirashi Set (896 yen, tax included)". The set includes a choice of tempura or udon. I chose tempura. The delivery arrived after 40 minutes, neatly wrapped with soy sauce, wasabi, a small dish, miso soup, and chopsticks. I took a break from work to enjoy my lunch. Eating lunch at the reception table is quite a treat. The chirashi sushi included tuna, squid, sweet shrimp, salmon, scallop, salmon roe, egg, seaweed, shiso leaf, and minced seaweed. The sushi rice was well-seasoned and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The salmon was particularly flavorful with a good amount of fat. The egg was slightly sweet, suitable for children. The minced seaweed under the toppings had some hard spots due to clumping, so it could use some improvement. The tempura was a bit too moist on the outside and not crispy enough. The flavor was okay, but not outstanding. Considering the price of 896 yen for this delivery, the overall quality was decent. The sushi was good, but the tempura could be better. Initially, we weren't particularly interested, but as the deadline approached, we started feeling like it would be a waste not to take advantage of the offer. Our family is quite susceptible to these types of enticing promotions. This time, we decided to go for the "Kaga" menu (1,414 yen tax included) in combination with the free "Aki" offer. The "Kaga" menu included: ikura, maguro, ika, shiromi, amaebi, salmon, hotate, tamago, shimesaba, and negitoro. We also ordered two servings of the "special chawanmushi" (172 yen tax included). The total came to 2,805 yen (tax included), but with the free "Aki" offer, the total cost was reduced to 1,758 yen (tax included). It felt like a great deal. As usual, we waited for the delivery, set the table, and started our dinner with the sushi. Hmm, the sushi itself was not as delicious as last time. The vinegar in the shimesaba was too sweet, and the other toppings were just okay. However, the special chawanmushi was still delicious. We often use this place, "Gin no Sara," for special occasions or celebrations, so maybe the taste is influenced by the atmosphere of the moment. The inconsistency in taste is something we would like to investigate further. Maybe it depends on the person handling the order? In any case, we find "Gin no Sara" convenient for enjoying sushi at home, so we will likely continue using it, although we will keep an eye on the fluctuating taste experience. ≪2014.11 Usage≫ This time, it was delicious... It's a bit sad, but tonight is a good night. November 7th is our family's anniversary. We had planned to have dinner out for the first time in a while, but... our beloved pet passed away at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge about two weeks ago. We are slowly starting to come to terms with this reality, but we didn't feel like going out for dinner. We didn't want to be far from the small altar we set up for our pet, so we decided to have our dinner at home. We hesitated about having this little home party, but we wanted to celebrate and remember our pet in a modest way. Our son is grown up now, so it's just my wife, our other pet, and me - a smaller group than usual. As usual, we ordered sushi delivery, and this time, we chose "Toro Zukushi" (2,268 yen tax included) at "Gin no Sara." We also applied a 5% discount for pre-ordering, so the total cost was 2,154 yen tax included. The set included "Aki": tobiko, maguro, ika, salmon, amaebi, tamago, tako, shimesaba, ebi mayo, and "Toro Zukushi": 4 pieces of chutoro and 4 pieces of negitoro. The lineup was great. We felt like it was a good night, despite the sadness, and enjoyed our dinner.

I use the Yagakeoka store of Gin no Sara for ordering home delivery sushi. This sushi restaurant is my favorite among all the places where you can order sushi for delivery because it is the most delicious. The thick-cut Mizuho sushi is especially tasty. It is a bit pricey at 2,000 yen per serving, but the thick cuts make it more delicious than regular sushi. The tuna, medium fatty tuna, flounder fin, salmon, yellowtail, sweet shrimp, egg, sea urchin, and other sushi toppings are all fresh. In particular, the medium fatty tuna and flounder fin are very fatty and melt in your mouth. This is a recommended choice for celebrating special occasions.

I ordered delivery from Gin no Sara with my friends and husband. It's been a while since we last had it. They said it would take about 40 minutes, but it arrived in less than 30 minutes. The prices were reasonable and we had live shirasu, negitoro, scallops, tsubu, ikura, salmon, bintcho maguro, sweet shrimp, akami, and squid. I ordered some snacks for a December evening drink through delivery. I requested seafood chawanmushi, rolls, and fried chicken, but later received a call saying they were out of fried chicken and could offer chicken wings instead. I'm not a big fan of chicken wings as they are hard to eat and require some effort, but I was in the mood for meat so I decided to give them a try. The seafood chawanmushi was luxurious with generous ingredients and a subtle sweetness, very delicious. The nori rolls had high-quality nori and the egg was moist. The chicken wings were coated in a sweet and savory sauce. Although the seasoning was tasty, I personally still didn't enjoy the chicken wings.

I received a service postcard and used it very affordably. I changed only one piece to Hokkaido scallop from bintcho maguro. I am satisfied with my favorite sushi, thank you for the meal.
