I used to live really close to Osaka Taisho in Kita 9-jo, but surprisingly, this was my first visit. I had been wanting to go since they opened. I finally made it there. When they first opened, I thought it was "Gyoza no Osho," but it turns out it's a different place called "Osaka Osho." The interior was more spacious than I expected, with counter seats and even solo seats. On this day, I ordered the single gyoza and 2 zangi set meal, which came with rice, pickles, and soup. The soup was rich, and the zangi was big and came with mayonnaise. It had a crispy surface and a strong flavor. The gyoza was cooked well, with a nice golden brown color. It was made with pork, cabbage, garlic, and ginger, all using domestic ingredients. The size was not too big, and the gyoza was light and tasty. It was a delicious meal.

Today was my last day as a contract employee, and for lunch, I ended up being dragged to a place I hadn't planned on going to. With limited time and no room for adventure, I found myself at Osaka Ohsho, a place I hadn't visited in years. I used to go to the one in Konan-guchi when I worked in Shinagawa. If I were to go to Ohsho, I would usually choose the ones in Kyoto, but in Sapporo, I don't have many options. It was around noon when I arrived, and as expected, the place was packed. After waiting for less than 5 minutes, I was seated at the counter and noticed that the set menus with gyoza were limited. The daily special menu didn't come with gyoza, and the gyoza itself was quite expensive. I decided to go with the gyoza-less C lunch set for 790 yen. It included a meat and leek rice bowl and one piece of zangi. The portions were smaller than I expected, but the meat and leek rice bowl was actually quite tasty. However, the rice underneath the meat and leeks was clumped together and not separated well. The zangi lacked juiciness and was almost dry. Overall, the experience was different from what I was used to in Kyoto.

Colleagues suggested having lunch at "Osho" and I agreed, even though it turned out to be Osaka Ohsho. It was crowded, but we ordered the lunch set A for 790 yen, which included fried rice and the daily ramen. It took about 15 minutes to be served, but the ramen was hot and slightly spicy, surprisingly delicious. The fried rice was average. Overall, it was a satisfying meal for the price.

Fried rice and zangi set for 1030 yen. During idle time, I was the only customer there, but surprisingly it took a bit of time. Maybe around 10 minutes. I could hear the sound of the frying pan the whole time, so maybe they were doing delivery orders. The taste and service were both good, no complaints. Thank you for the meal.

Sapporo City, Higashi-ku, Kita 9-jo Higashi 4-chome 1-20, Sapporo City, Higashi-ku, Osaka Ohsho is located in the same premises as a large sports store. The red and yellow exterior walls stand out. There used to be several branches in Sapporo City, but it seems that this is the only one left. I used to visit the branch in Shinjuku 3-chome in Tokyo for a drink after work, but this is my first time here. It was a little after 12 pm on a weekday. The interior of the restaurant was already more than half full, almost risking having to wait for a table. When dining alone, they always direct you to the counter seats. There are several counter seats, table seats, and a raised seating area at the back. The majority of customers were office workers. The restaurant is completely non-smoking. - A lunch set for 790 yen - Grilled dumplings for 265 yen There are three types of daily lunch specials: A, B, and C. On this day, A was half-fried rice with egg and today's noodles (spicy miso ramen). I also added grilled dumplings to my order. The dumplings were served first, with 6 pieces per serving. They looked appetizing, but the taste was not quite there. The filling was moist and the skin was thin, but the seasoning was a bit off. I tried adding vinegar and pepper, then sauce and chili oil to adjust the flavor. The A lunch set arrived with spicy miso ramen, which included cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, greens, and wood ear mushrooms. The soup was average with nothing particularly noteworthy. The spiciness came from chili peppers and chili oil, but the soup lacked depth. It would have been better with some pork or other ingredients for more flavor. The half-fried rice with egg was strangely dry and lacked the usual moist and flavorful coating. It felt like it had been prepared in advance and reheated. Fried rice should have a rich flavor from the oil and seasonings, but this one was lacking. Overall, the meal was disappointing. They need to step up their game.

Osaka Ohsho is a place I occasionally feel like visiting. I usually come here when I want to boost my stamina. The menu names may not be official, but the braised pork fried rice with a strong flavor is hearty and seems like something male students would enjoy. The thick sauce yakisoba with plenty of vinegar added is the best. The shrimp chili is delicious. The vegetable stir-fry is something you can eat endlessly. Next time, I'll try the dumplings. LOL

I made a reservation at Triton and am waiting for a quick drink while I wait for it. It's my first time here. I ordered the small pork and mushroom stir-fried with egg and a highball. The food was delicious and went well with the drinks. Even though it was a small portion, it was enough for two people to share. While we were enjoying our meal, we received a call earlier than expected. We quickly finished our drinks and headed to Triton. The bandit fried rice looked really tempting!

I visited "Osaka Ohsho Kitakujo Store" on August 12th. It had been 3 years since my last visit. Last month, there was a hygiene issue at a franchise store of Osaka Ohsho in the Sendai area, and they have been working on correcting it. On August 2nd, Osaka Ohsho announced that they had completed assessing and improving the situation in all 351 stores. This time, I visited by car. The parking space that used to be free for shared use now requires using the facility to park for free. Since the parking area is large, it was a bit of a hassle to walk to the payment machine. We visited for dinner at 8:10 PM with two people. We were guided to a table for four by a waitress. It seems you can order from your smartphone app at the table. It seemed interesting, so I installed it, but you need to register as a member to place a table order, which was a bit of a hassle. In the end, we ordered using the call button. The app also allows you to register credit card information, maybe for takeout orders? I checked the menu and felt like it was different from before? This time, we ordered: - Stir-fried pork liver and leek for 690 yen - Rice set for 290 yen For sharing: - 2 pieces of fried chicken for 360 yen My daughter ordered: - Beef and green pepper stir-fry for 690 yen - Rice set for 290 yen Let's start eating. I tried the stir-fried pork liver and leek. The bean sprouts and leeks had a perfect crunchy texture and were delicious. The onions, which were tender, were also good. But maybe it's a bit too oily? Due to aging, I can't consume too much oil. The pork liver is coated in starch and grilled. It's a bit salty. There is finely chopped garlic on the surface, adding a nice flavor. The Chinese soup in the set is chicken and seaweed. It was mediocre, suitable for a family restaurant. I found myself ordering the fried chicken recently in search of delicious ones. It comes with lemon and mayonnaise sauce on the side. I prefer to eat it without any sauce. It's a large piece of fried chicken for 180 yen each. It must be challenging to cook such a large piece thoroughly. I wanted to have it with beer. Thank you for the meal.

Since the opening... probably around 11 years ago? I ordered the sweet and sour pork rice & dumplings set, which cost a total of 990 yen! The selection of orders was a bit limited... but the sweet and sour pork rice was surprisingly good even in a bowl! And the dumplings were even more delicious than expected! I was a bit disappointed that the menu I wanted to try was not available... but overall, it was a good experience after a long time!

Today, I had my first Osaka Ohsho lunch since coming to Hokkaido! It's been a while! When I was in Tokyo, I used to come here once a month, but it's been 3 and a half years since I last visited! Following the basics of Ohsho, there are some Hokkaido-specific menu items here that I have never seen in Tokyo, but today I ordered the classic fluffy and creamy Tenshinhan (Tenshin-style rice) and gyoza! When talking about Tenshinhan, you can't leave out the Kansai version! The Tenshinhan here is unbeatable in a way!! When it comes to normal Ohsho, the taste varies by region, so this dish can only be enjoyed at Osaka Ohsho. Why is the Tenshinhan in Kanto ketchup-based...? When I was a child, I didn't really like that dish because it was considered normal, but I still remember the shock I felt when I first tried Tenshinhan in Kansai. After a short wait, the dishes arrived! This is it! This is what I had been craving! The firm rice, fluffy egg, and the soy sauce-based sauce mix perfectly in my mouth. The gyoza is as delicious as ever. The theory that Ohsho is the best is still alive and well! I wonder why there's only one of these in Hokkaido...

Osaka Osho Kita 9-jo branch's recommended noodle selection, ranked 1st: Hiroshima Prefecture's "Buchi Uma Sauce Yakisoba". The Hiroshima dialect word "buchi" means "very" or "extremely", similar to "namara" in Hokkaido dialect or "chikappa" in Hakata dialect. You can enjoy the taste of Hiroshima even in Sapporo. The Otafuku sauce is really delicious! It's a limited-time offer, so be sure to try it soon!

Osaka Osho Kitakujo Branch: Ebi Shio Popai Ankake Ramen What is Popai? Is it the anime character Popeye? It has plenty of spinach in it. It seems that at Osaka Osho, the store manager has the discretion to develop and serve their own unique menu items. I didn't know that.

Ankake Potsupai Yakisoba? Was that the name... The presentation is not very appealing! The plating is sloppy, maybe the lighting is bad? It really kills the appetite. It was a dish where the spinach's bitterness was noticeable. It felt rough on the back of the teeth! It's not pleasant, right? They probably use regular spinach, not the kind that can be eaten raw, right? It would be better if they topped it with boiled spinach like at Yamaokaya - it was shocking the first time I saw it. My first experience at Osaka Ohsho was mediocre.

I ordered oil-splashed chicken for lunch! However, it was similar to fried chicken and a bit disappointing. I thought it would be spicy fried chicken, but it was actually pretty good. It was a satisfying meal with a generous portion! I think it said rice can be served in a large portion for free...

I visited a Chinese restaurant because I was craving Chinese food, but my favorite place was closed. I ordered the "Sogyou Stamen" for 760 yen, the limited-time braised pork fried rice, free gyoza with a LINE coupon, spring rolls, and liver and leek stir-fry. I ended up ordering too much and got really full. The "Sogyou Stamen" was spicy and filled with lots of vegetables, it was delicious. It's a taste that really lifts your spirits.

I had Zangi fried rice. I wanted to eat a standard fried rice, but I decided based on the recommended menu on the table. The tartar sauce has a very bright color. The taste is just like regular tartar sauce. It was delicious when mixed with Zangi. There are plenty of boiled eggs. They were also delicious with a good flavor.

I was in the mood for Chinese food so I decided to visit this place. Surprisingly, if you add them on LINE as a friend, you get a free plate of dumplings. What a great deal! I ordered: - Dumplings (free) - Fried rice with egg and sauce - Sweet and sour pork over fried rice The portion of the fried rice was too big, I couldn't finish it. Be careful not to order too much. The cheap Chinese restaurant had a slippery floor that was not very pleasant. I wish they could improve the cleanliness somehow.

I saw a special on Chinese cuisine on TV and suddenly had a craving for it, so I decided to try out the nearest Chinese restaurant for the first time. I had tried their delivery before, but this time I wanted to dine in and enjoy some highballs and dumplings. I arrived around 5:30 pm, and the restaurant was not very busy with only two other groups of customers. By the time I left, more people had come in after finishing work, and the counter was almost full. There were so many menu options to choose from, but I decided to go with the highly recommended dumplings and opted for the plate of noodles with savory sauce, along with a highball. The highball was a bit stronger than usual, maybe too strong for some people. The noodles were delicious with a slightly salty and flavorful sauce. The noodles remained crispy until the last bite, unlike other places where they get soggy quickly. Then came the recommended dumplings. They were okay, nothing special. They lacked juicy filling, so you had to eat them in one bite to avoid the filling falling into the sauce. However, the homemade chili oil provided on the table was fantastic. It added a delicious kick to the dumplings and noodles. If I have the chance to visit again, I might try some other dishes next time!

I tried ordering takeout gyoza from Osaka Ohsho, a nearby place I had never been to before. I had a sudden craving for gyoza recently, so I decided to give it a try. The gyoza came in a long, narrow box that I wasn't expecting. It felt like a pencil case! Compared to Gyoza no Ohsho, the gyoza from Osaka Ohsho was lighter and easier to eat. They seem to have a unique method of reducing the garlic smell. The texture was crispy, which I liked. However, the thin skin made it a bit tricky to remove from the box without tearing it. I actually prefer the gyoza from Osaka Ohsho over Gyoza no Ohsho, so I'll definitely go back to dine in when things settle down. I just hope they don't run out of business since they have fewer locations.

I visited for lunch. I had been here once before a while ago, but I don't remember what I ate. I thought about getting ramen, but this time I ordered the "Gyoza Set." It came with gyoza for two, fried rice with vegetables, two pieces of fried chicken, and soup. The gyoza for two had a good amount and was delicious. Both the fried rice and gyoza were tasty. The fried chicken was also good! I'm curious about the ramen too, so I want to come back to try it. Thank you for the meal!
