I visited a restaurant for the first time and experienced a feast for the first time? And it was white Shiraoi beef. I just got back home. It's a course meal featuring white Shiraoi beef, a limited edition course for June. Today, I was invited by a friend who loves meat to Farm Restaurant Uemura in Shiraoi, Hokkaido, also known as Shiraoi Wagyu Workshop. When we arrived around 7 pm, there were already customers enjoying their meals. We started with a non-alcoholic beer toast. It was Friday, Lung Day, so I thought being with like-minded friends would bring good luck. The first dish was impressive. The seasonal vegetables and seafood from Shiraoi Maehama, such as asparagus and ice plant, octopus and scallop carpaccio, salted tomato cup salad, and potato basket fry, all bursting out of the basket. The tomatoes were especially delicious. Next was a pot-au-feu with Shiraoi beef shank and vegetables. The pot-au-feu with the shank meat was flavorful, and the seasoning matched well with the Shiraoi shiitake mushrooms inside. I would love to eat this over thin pasta. Then came the highlight of the day, all-you-can-eat Shiraoi beef tongue kalbi steak. The kalbi had a unique texture, and the meat and fat melted in your mouth. I devoured 14 pieces in no time and even got more cooked right away. The quality of the food at this farm restaurant was exceptional. The cold potato soup was refreshing, and the cream brulee dessert with fruits was not overly sweet. It was a luxurious experience and a perfect way to end the week. The restaurant is located about 10 minutes by car from Shiraoi Interchange, hidden in the back of a Shiraoi beef ranch. It was a surprising encounter to learn that Uemura Ranch often participates in Hokkaido specialty product exhibitions at department stores nationwide. The salesperson for our special enzyme product, Daikou Enzyme, is also acquainted with them. Shiraoi beef is truly a drink! It was a fantastic dining experience. The Shiraoi beef luxury buffet is a limited-time offer this month, so don't miss it.

Restaurant located inside a ranch. There were a lot of cows around, so I felt a little guilty eating while watching them, haha. This time, I ordered the A-grade gourmet burger for takeout! It was lighter than I expected, so I didn't have to worry about getting a stomachache during my trip, but I was hoping for a burger with a bit more meatiness.

I had always been curious about Uemura Base, and this was my first visit here. I have been to Uemura Beyond a few times. First, I tried the recommended hamburger plate, and the meat was truly amazing with no complaints! The cheese-covered potatoes were so delicious that I forgot about the calories!

The King Burger (with a generous portion of patty) with raclette cheese is simple but quite delicious. It may not compare to gourmet burgers in Tokyo, but it's above average for lunch options in Shiraoi where choices are limited. The hot skillet served with piping hot potatoes topped with raclette cheese is also very tasty.

Melted raclette cheese on a hot plate. It's impossible not to taste delicious. The rich cheese is amazing!! I started by eating it as is, then later drizzled honey on top. I love the combination of cheese and honey, but for this dish, I preferred it without honey!! The raclette cheese was just right. The White Old Cow Raclette Cheese Burger was also juicy and delicious!! It may seem expensive at 2100 yen, but the portion was satisfying enough!! Located in a natural setting, you can hear cows mooing and see ponies, making it a wonderful place to experience Hokkaido.

I had the Shiraoi beef Kings Burger at Kaitaku Burger Plate. The atmosphere inside was relaxed as customers who ordered takeout received a bell to wait in their cars. I enjoyed the hot potato fries, which tasted great with cheese or honey. The Kings Burger had a large, soft bun that left me feeling satisfied. The menu was a bit confusing with too many options listed, making it hard to understand. I wish it was clearer which burgers were available and what the differences were between them. Overall, it was a delicious meal, but I struggled to navigate the menu.

On this day off, I visited the Wemura Base in Shiraoi that I had been checking out. When I arrived, the inside of the store was full, so I waited outside on a bench. While waiting, my wife bought homemade milk soft serve ice cream (I also had a bite). After about 20 minutes of waiting, we entered the store. My wife was planning to have lunch at the next place, so this time I ordered alone. I tried the Shiraoi Beef Grade A Gourmet Burger set with a drink of cola (I passed the cola to my wife and toasted with a non-alcoholic drink). The Shiraoi Beef Grade A Gourmet Burger uses Shiraoi beef for a meaty patty with vegetables and buns, allowing you to taste the Shiraoi beef in a simple way (my wife also had a bite). The set came with fried potatoes topped with melted raclette cheese and honey, which was a delicious combination (my wife ate three pieces). After lunch at Wemura Base, we went to Natchu no Mori in Shiraoi.

You can enjoy delicious hamburgers made with Shiroi Wagyu beef! I had a cheeseburger to go, but after some time, the cheese flavor was a bit weak, possibly due to it hardening. I'm not a big fan of beef, but Shiroi Wagyu beef had a nice balance of flavor and sweetness, and it was delicious ❤️

I found this place on Tabelog and decided to check it out. It's located in a place where you might wonder if cars can actually reach. When you arrive, you'll see the White Shiroi Gyuu (White Beef) leisurely staring at you. At first, I thought it looked more like a mining site than a ranch. Despite it being around 11:00, there were quite a few people inside and outside the restaurant. I ordered the "Kings Burger" and the "A-Class Gourmet Burger" set. The set comes with fries, a drink, and pudding. The Kings Burger has a different quality of buns, meat texture, and meat quality compared to the A-Class Gourmet Burger, so I recommend it for meat lovers. (The A-Class Gourmet Burger is also delicious). The taste of the White Shiroi Gyuu beef is definitely something special! However, the only downside was the iced coffee, which was quite acidic and didn't really complement the fries and burger. Overall, it's a good place to visit for burger and meat lovers.

Until last year, you could eat inside the restaurant, but now you can only get takeout for the hamburgers. The hamburger patty is very finely ground with a subtle meat flavor. Other burger places like "XX Burger" might be tastier. However, the fries are always delicious, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

There are two options for the burger set: A-class Gourmet Burger (1400 yen) and Raclette Cheese Burger (1800 yen). Both come with a soft drink and cheese potato. Right now, tomatoes are available as a free topping. The A-class Gourmet Burger comes with round buns, roasted onions, lettuce, Hokkaido beef patty, and tomatoes, making it very delicious. The cheese potato is fried potatoes with cheese on top, which is tasty. When you drizzle the honey that comes on the side, it transforms into a dessert! It was really delicious. My husband had the Raclette Cheese Burger, which had sesame seeds on the bun and was longer and thinner than usual.

Uemura Farm. I ordered the Raclette Cheese Shiraoi Beef Rib Burger and the Shiraoi Beef Steak Burger. I also got some fries. The juiciness of the Shiraoi beef is amazing. The burgers are takeout only, but you can use the tables and chairs freely in front of the shop. It was delicious!

I visited this place because I wanted to enjoy Shiraoi beef at a reasonable price. I tried the 1200 yen premium burger, which had a hamburger patty, lettuce, and sautéed sliced onions inside. The sauce was on the sweet side. The bread was quite ordinary. However, the strong flavor of the sauce or the bread might have overshadowed the meat, which didn't feel like the main attraction. I'm not sure how different it would be, but considering cost-effectiveness, the normal burger might be a better choice. They offer four types of burgers: normal for 600 yen, premium for 1200 yen, steak burger for 850 yen, and raclette rib burger for 1080 yen, all of which are appealing. Although I initially planned to try the raclette, I ended up ordering the premium burger because the meat seemed to be rib instead of hamburger, and they advertised the cheese as being from Tokachi, which seemed like a good opportunity to try local ingredients while on a trip. The restaurant is located in a wild place deep in the mountains, along a gravel road. I was a bit worried about whether I was on the right path as I made my way through the farmland. The spacious property has benches where you can enjoy your meal without feeling crowded, despite the restaurant's popularity. While eating, you can see a pony munching on grass nearby, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

First visit! Today, the weather was nice so we took a drive to Shiraoi♫ I had been curious about Uemura Ranch for a while, so we decided to check it out (*´꒳`*) It was a shop surrounded by nature in the mountains! The restaurant that used to be here has apparently relocated, so now they only offer takeout burgers. I wanted to sit on the hammock seat, but it seems the hammocks have been removed. So, today I had the Shiraoi beef steak burger for 850 yen plus a set for 500 yen, which included a drink, fries, and milk pudding♫ I enjoyed it in the great outdoors on a bench on the premises!

The restaurant seemed to have moved and was operating in a picnic style. I arrived around 11 am before the Golden Week rush. I ordered a burger and when I went outside, there was a line that wasn't there before I ordered! By the time I finished eating, there was a long line! It's a popular place for sure. A-class gourmet burger 600 yen Shiraoi beef premium burger 1200 yen Shiraoi beef steak and hamburger bento 1728 yen Shiraoi beef deluxe set with four varieties 3456 yen You can purchase BBQ, burgers, or bento boxes and enjoy them indoors or on the terrace in a picnic style. I was worried about the smell of cows, but it wasn't that noticeable. I enjoyed my meal at the ranch view seat with hammocks and swings. The beef was really delicious! However, the hamburger was just average, maybe because it wasn't served hot. The bento box was smaller than expected, but you can enjoy both the bento and the burger. It felt a bit expensive considering the portion size. But it was delicious, the location was great, and I'm glad I went!

I visited Upopoi at Shiraoi for lunch. After driving on a gravel road through a ranch, we arrived. The burgers are now served outside, not inside the restaurant. I tried both the Steak Burger and the regular burger, as the buns didn't seem too big. The regular burger, called A-grade Grill Burger, had a soft patty but lacked a strong meat flavor. The Steak Burger, while not as fancy as in the menu photo, had delicious steak in it. It was quite tasty. There are also more premium burgers on the menu, which may be different, but for now, I recommend the Steak Burger.

The restaurant is a bit of a drive from Shiraoi City, and on the way there, I noticed two cars ahead of me following the same route. It seemed like this restaurant was quite popular since there weren't many other options in the area. When I arrived, there were about 3-4 other groups of people there. The setup seemed more like a takeout place, as the indoor seating area was not being used for dining, but there were benches outside where you could sit and eat. The food was delicious, but personally, I'm not a big fan of wagyu beef because it tends to upset my stomach due to the high fat content. I usually prefer leaner cuts of beef like American beef. However, I appreciated the fact that the beef used in this restaurant was locally sourced from Shiraoi and that the cows were raised there from start to finish. I had heard rumors that some farms near my area also raise cows that are eventually sent to Shiraoi, so it was interesting to try the local beef. I didn't opt for the set menu as I wasn't too hungry, but I definitely want to come back for the pudding that comes with it, it looked delicious. Also, when using Google Maps, it may suggest taking a shortcut, but there are signs directing you to take a longer route that goes through the highway.

I stopped by this restaurant unexpectedly during an event with my friends. Despite the large number of people, I couldn't help but order a hamburger. However, I ended up waiting for about an hour before it was served. Thankfully, it was sunny outside, but if it had been raining, I would have given up. The wait was definitely not worth it in the end. The burger was undeniably delicious, especially the Shiraoi beef burger. But I was kept waiting for too long. I hesitate to go back again if it's going to be like that. It's a shame because the food is so good.

To Farm Restaurant Uemura in Shiraoi. This is my second visit. The Fire King Cheeseburger set is amazing! They melt the cheese on top at the counter. I wish I could show you the impactful video. But, Shiraoi beef (Japanese Black Wagyu) is just so delicious. The service is great too. I am very satisfied with this restaurant.

I can't believe there's a restaurant in such a place! Here is a review of various dishes such as hamburgers and steaks that I tried: Beef Stew: 2.8 points - The taste of the stew was not to my liking. Shiraoi Wagyu Chateaubriand Steak: 3.0 points - It was not a thick cut, so it lacked the tenderness of Chateaubriand. Flame Hamburg: 2.8 points - The seasoning was not to my liking. Shiraoi Wagyu All-You-Can-Eat Course: 3.2 points - The quality of the appetizers, soup, and the all-you-can-eat Shiraoi Wagyu were satisfying.
