NEXT (Nekusuto Square) [Namba Chuo-ku, Namba Chikagai Do-guya Sujinishoten-gai] On my second visit to a popular ramen shop in Namba's Do-guya Sujinishoten-gai, I went to this restaurant called "Tori Soba Zagingu," which is also part of the well-known "Gin no Budo Group." The staff's care and attention throughout the visit was fantastic, even towards someone like me, a commoner, which was quite surprising. The ticket machine is located outside the shop, so make sure to buy your meal ticket when it's your turn. Cash is not accepted, so be aware of that! - Oyster White Soup "Koeru" Regular 950 yen - Smoked Egg 180 yen - Seared Meat Sushi 380 yen Upon entering the dimly lit restaurant, you are greeted with a mesmerizing projection mapping on the wall. Chopsticks and spoons are available in the drawers. Since I had tried their tsukemen last time, I opted for the ramen this time. The rich soup was full of premium flavors that tantalized the taste buds. The smoked egg added a delightful texture, and the plump oyster was a nice touch. The seared meat sushi had a fantastic meaty texture that was evident at first glance. The restaurant operates on a completely cashless payment system, which is impressive. The spacious table and counter seats allow for a relaxed dining experience. Children are welcome, and solo diners are also accommodated. [Opening Hours] 11:00-21:30 (Last Order) [Closed] None

First visit to "NEXT◻︎ (Next Shikaku)" in Namba. Sunday, September 17, 2023. Ramen on the middle day of the three-day weekend. I couldn't visit for two years after it opened. Part of the Torisoba Zasingin group, "NEXT◻︎ (Next Shikaku)." Oyster ramen. Exciting. Arrived at 11:35. Purchased ticket. 6th in line outside. Entered at 11:41. Seated. Ramen arrived at 11:51. Left at 12:00. Exceeded 1000 yen. Default menu oyster shirotan was ordered. The triple soup of pork, chicken, and oyster paste is rich and full of oyster flavor, very delicious. The low-hydrated straight flat noodles have a good flavor and texture that goes well with the soup. The chashu is also delicious and melts in your mouth, with the diced onions, menma, and sudachi adding a refreshing touch, creating a good harmony. Changing the taste with sansho pepper in the middle was also impressive, and I finished it in no time. I'm curious about the tsukemen and clear broth as well. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal. #NEXT Shikaku #Next Shikaku #Namba

Oyster white soup over 1000 yen, oyster rice 250 yen recommended. The appearance looks delicious. The sliced sudachi lime adds a nice touch. The soup has a good oyster flavor that goes well with the white broth. Delicious. Easily finished drinking it all. The char siu has quite a bit of fat and a slightly meaty smell. The oysters were cooked in a light rain style. The oyster rice is not overly flavorful, but still satisfying. At 3 pm, it was easy to get in. It would have been even better if they accepted cashless payments. The stylish interior with black tones gives a futuristic feel. The chopsticks and spoon were all neatly stored in drawers, and there was nothing on the counter. It's trendy to have nothing on the counter. I wish they accepted d-pay. Next time, I'll try the meat sushi or other ramen.

I was surprised by the beautiful interior of the restaurant and the high-class service that made me feel like I was in a luxury establishment. The ramen itself had chewy noodles and was filled with an overwhelming amount of oyster flavor in the rich soup. I was truly impressed. I recommend starting by taking a sip of the soup to experience that amazing taste.

The food is still delicious as always!! I had such a great meal last time that I knew I had to come back here again. The oyster broth is so rich and flavorful, I couldn't get enough of it. I wish my wife could have tried it too. I visited again during my trip and finished all the soup. The best soup ever!!

While commuting to work, I decided to avoid the long line at Chitose and went to this ramen shop instead. I usually pass by this place, but the word "oyster" caught my eye this time, so I chose to eat here. It was a little after 1 pm on a weekday and there was only one group waiting outside, so I only had to wait for about 5 minutes before entering. I ordered the Oyster Shio Ramen (Extra) for 1,000 yen. The noodles were thin and the soup was rich with a strong oyster flavor, which was delicious. There was only one piece of oyster in the bowl, so I wondered if I could add more as a topping.

I happened to come across a oyster ramen shop while walking down the street, with very high ratings on Tabelog. The ordering system is done through a ticket machine outside the shop. The machine only accepts cash, so the person in front of me gave up on buying. There are three types of ramen available: oyster white broth which blends oyster with pork and chicken, oyster clear broth which uses only oyster broth, and tsukemen. I chose the oyster clear broth because I love oysters. I also added smoked egg. The interior of the shop is stylish, with a dark room featuring artful lighting similar to teamLab. A stylish ramen shop to eat in? Personally, not something I seek. Oyster clear broth ramen: 1,000 yen Smoked egg: 180 yen The soup has a strong oyster aroma and flavor. Finely chopped onions are scattered throughout. The menma is thin to be eaten together with the noodles. The noodles are chewy curly noodles. The chashu is thin. The wonton seems to be shrimp. There is one oyster. It has a smoked flavor. The additional smoked egg I ordered was a nice addition. At first, I had some resistance to the strong oyster flavor of the soup, wondering if it really fits in a ramen soup, but after a few bites, I started to appreciate the deliciousness. The onions are a key element, initially the freshly chopped bitterness is strong, but as time passes, the sharpness softens, bringing out sweetness and a refreshing taste that perfectly complements the rich soup. (The onions are great from the beginning, but it might be tricky to get it right) The noodles, being curly, mix well with the soup, and the menma, which is as thin as the noodles, can be eaten together, making it delicious. The chashu is also tender. The wonton skin is also tender. The oyster has a solid flavor, maybe slightly smoked. The smoked egg adds depth and a smoky aroma when slightly crushed. It is definitely worth adding. Oyster lovers will definitely love this delicious, new style of ramen. Next time, I will try the oyster white broth.

While passing by Sen to Se, I found it closed so I decided to try the nearby ramen shop. Inside the shop, there was a wall with space-like images projected on it, which made me worry if it was the type of place that charges for seating. I started to regret entering this strange place. However, once I tried the food, it was surprisingly good! The rich oyster-flavored soup, possibly made by blending oysters, paired perfectly with the flat noodles. I almost drank all the soup, it was that delicious!笑

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon around 3 PM. I bought a ticket in front of the shop and waited. I was able to enter the shop right away. The attentive service was very pleasant. The ramen soup that was brought to me was rich and felt like a dish from a French course meal. The interior of the shop felt more like a bar than a ramen shop. The flavor of the oysters in the ramen was irresistible.

Oyster ramen was calling my name, so I decided to visit this restaurant for the second time! Last time I tried "koeru," so this time I went with "ikasu"! Unfortunately, the beef rice (yukke style) was sold out, so I settled for a bottle of beer and some chashu. The staff was as friendly as ever, guiding me to my seat next to a projection mapping display. The noodles in ikasu were thicker than I expected! The soup was refreshing with a subtle oyster flavor. It was light yet still had a strong oyster presence. Overall, I preferred koeru, but both are great choices. The chashu, served on a separate plate, was delicious. It had a bold flavor that complemented the ramen well. The side dishes here are really satisfying. With my beer, ramen, and chashu, I felt completely content. Now I can't help but wonder about the beef rice dish. I'm not a fan of tsukemen, but I'm tempted to try it here.

Ticket system with cashless payment only at the vending machine, perfect for those who don't want to use cash lately. A ramen shop that specializes in oyster ramen. It was my first visit and I chose the regular ramen with extra noodles, extra chashu topping, fried chicken, and oyster rice. The price was reasonable considering the quality and the clean, stylish atmosphere of the shop. The ramen had a strong oyster aroma, and each bite of the soup was rich and flavorful. The large, satisfying pieces of fried chicken were delicious. The only downside was that the oyster rice was a bit sticky. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely like to visit this ramen shop again.

The oyster ramen at the tool shop was something I had been curious about for a while. When I arrived, I was reminded that they only accept cashless payments. I decided to order the koeru ramen along with some fried chicken, meat sushi, and a bottle of beer. As I entered the restaurant, the aroma of oysters filled the air, and I was impressed by the projection mapping and the modern feel of the place. The staff were very hospitable, and after about 10 minutes of waiting, my order arrived. The koeru oyster ramen was delicious, full of oyster flavor from the broth to the noodles. The fried chicken and meat sushi were also top-notch. Overall, the experience was worth it, with the delicious oyster ramen, quality side dishes, and excellent service.

Two years ago, a specialty oyster ramen shop opened on the site of a kushikatsu restaurant in Ura-Namba, Do-guya-suji. It is a sister shop of Chicken Soba Zaging, Tai Shirodashi Ramen, and Fran-ken. The oyster ramen has become very popular, with a rating of over 3.6. You purchase tickets at a touch panel ticket machine next to the entrance (note that cash is not accepted). I ordered the most popular oyster shirodashi "koeru" ramen for 1150 yen along with the beef rice - yukke style - for 450 yen, and paid with PayPay. The interior of the restaurant has a futuristic space-like atmosphere, with visuals of outer space projected on a screen covering one wall. Upon entering, you are guided to a large table in a C-shape and wait for your order after taking chopsticks, spoons, and wet towels from the drawer at the table. The oyster shirodashi ramen is made with a triple soup of oyster paste, pork, and chicken, and the rich flavor of oysters pairs well with the medium-thick flat noodles. The toppings include chashu, oysters, diced onions, and menma. The beef rice is garnished with diced meat and looks vibrant. Crack the egg yolk, mix well, and enjoy. It was my first time trying oyster ramen, and unlike chicken-pork-beef soup, it brought out the maximum flavor of seafood and was incredibly delicious.

Visited the oyster ramen specialty shop "Next Shikaku" for the first time. The stylish interior and all young handsome male staff made it hard to believe it was a ramen shop. The service was exceptional, almost to the point of making me a little jealous as an older man. It was just before 1 pm on a weekday, and there were about 3 people waiting. You order at the ticket machine outside, but the payment is cashless, accepting all kinds of cashless payments including transportation cards. The main attractions are the Oyster Shio Ramen, which is advertised as having oysters that surpass oysters, and the Oyster Shoyu Ramen, which is said to retain the umami and uniqueness of oysters. They also offer Oyster Tsukemen, truly an oyster-only oyster ramen. I was intrigued by the Shoyu Ramen, focusing purely on the goodness of oysters. It cost 1000 yen. I also ordered the Oyster Rice (250 yen). However, I must admit that the quality of the oysters greatly affects the overall impression, and in my opinion, it fell a bit short. Even setting aside the quality of the ramen itself, it felt like it wasn't fully embracing the theme. The Oyster Rice had a similar impression. The shrimp-filled wonton, which was hardly mentioned, was quite delicious. Oysters are a polarizing ingredient, so people who dislike them will definitely not enjoy this ramen, but there might be some who can tolerate it. However, in terms of being a ramen shop specialized in oysters, how does it fare? Personally, I wouldn't mind paying a higher price for a ramen that boldly emphasizes the goodness of oysters even more. I might be willing to give it another try. Just my two cents.

While shopping, I decided to stop by this oyster ramen restaurant. Located in the Do-gu-ya Suji Shotengai, this place has a stylish exterior. I purchased the "Oyster Paitan Ramen regular size for 1000 yen" from the cashless ticket machine outside. Upon entering, the atmosphere was dark with mesmerizing projection mapping. Despite being a popular spot for foreign tourists and having an idol time, there were quite a few customers. The service was quick and impressive. Chopsticks and other utensils were stored in a drawer under the table. The ramen soup was rich with the flavor of oysters, making it very delicious. The garnish included sansho leaves, and adding the sansho from the drawer gave the soup a refreshing taste, adding depth to the flavor. To counteract any bitterness from the oysters, sudachi was also provided, showing the attention to detail in the ramen. The staff were friendly and lively.

I discovered a restaurant during my trip to Osaka that I wanted to try before leaving. I paid with my card as they only accepted cashless payments. The atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing, with the staff greeting me warmly and creating a unique world. However, they left the door to the break room wide open and were a bit careless about it. I suggest they pay more attention to details like that. I also think they should only hire slim staff members to match their world concept. The 1000 yen oyster ramen was fantastic, with a strong oyster flavor. The soup and noodles were delicious as well. This place is definitely going to be popular. A ramen shop with great marketing and a clear differentiation strategy.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I visited this ramen shop and tried the Oyster White Broth KOERU for ¥1000. The rich flavor of oysters is prominent in the soup without any unpleasant smell, spreading throughout the mouth. The noodles are medium thickness and satisfying to eat. The side dish of oyster rice is also delicious.

Before boarding the high-speed bus, I ordered the Oyster White Hot Pot and Oyster Fry at Koeru in Namba this time. The Oyster Fry was just average, and I wished I had eaten it with tartar sauce instead of salt. The Oyster White Hot Pot was incredibly delicious with a rich oyster flavor that hit the spot. This place might become a regular spot for me in Namba.

I visited "NEXT□" in Chuo-ku, Osaka for lunch for the first time. It is a ramen shop operated by Gin no Budou Co., Ltd. It is located in Namba Chuo-dori, so Nankai Namba Station is the nearest station. I arrived around 11:20 am on a weekday and purchased the following meal ticket at the ticket machine outside the entrance: - Oyster White Broth 'koeru' 1,000 yen Please note that this ticket machine is cashless and does not accept cash. The interior of the restaurant is stylish with dim lighting. There is a unique counter with a total of 15 seats. Despite the early hour, the restaurant was quite busy, with a steady stream of customers arriving after me. By the time I left at 11:45 am, there were even customers waiting outside. I received my bowl of ramen after a 5-minute wait. - Oyster White Broth 'koeru': The triple soup of oyster, pork, and chicken is predominantly oyster-flavored. The noodles are smooth flat noodles. The toppings include chashu, thinly sliced menma, large diced onions, wood ear mushrooms, and oysters. I enjoyed the ramen as I like oysters. Gin no Budou Co., Ltd. operates various types of ramen shops under different names, and they are all consistently delicious. The service is polite, the atmosphere is good, and the ramen is tasty, leaving a positive impression of the restaurant.
