This is a shop located in Megumino, Chitose. You can enjoy delicious sake here. Both in Megumino and Ebetsu, there is an all-you-can-drink sake option. Since I am alone this time, I ordered normally. When it comes to Hokkaido, Sapporo Classic is a must, and I also had sashimi, so now it's time for sake. The photo shows a sake called "Hokuto Suiso." Among the sake I've tried in Hokkaido, this is one of the top choices for me, along with Zangi. The person next to me seemed unfamiliar with Zangi, which is understandable if you don't know it. Everything you eat in Hokkaido is delicious!

It was my first visit in several years. Just a few minutes walk from JR Ebetsu Station. It was 6 o'clock, but the place was already bustling with customers. It's a shop loved by the locals. The recommended dish is definitely the Zangi. It's huge! The flavor is just right. Goes well with alcohol. The ramen salad, hokke, pickles, and other izakaya staples are also satisfying. If it were closer, I would definitely visit this place regularly. Thank you for the meal.

2015.12. We used this restaurant for a year-end party and welcome party at work. It cost 4,500 yen per person with all-you-can-drink. The menu included small dishes, miso-marinated cod, assorted sashimi, fried food, round-shaped Zangi, grilled fish, shrimp in chili sauce, pork belly and green onion shabu-shabu with ramen, chimaki, and yuzu sherbet for dessert. The cod was slightly sweet, the Zangi was round in shape, and the grilled fish was really big! The shabu-shabu with Enoki mushrooms and pork was simple and delicious. The ramen portion seemed small at first, but turned out to be just right as we couldn't finish everything. The chimaki was a new experience for me, and the yuzu sherbet with candy decoration was stylish. Two new employees joined our company, making us feel rejuvenated (one of them has since left). The pre-prepared menu on the table was a thoughtful touch, and the buzzer at the raised seating area for the party was convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when we called them multiple times. Trying new dishes at parties has become enjoyable for me, whereas I used to be a picky eater. Thank you for the delicious meal, and well done to the organizer of the party. 2010.01. I used this restaurant for a year-end party and also visited on a separate occasion. The year-end party was held on the second floor, and the food and drinks were average. When I visited personally, I sat at a raised seating area, and it was quite crowded that day. People around me had high praise, mentioning that it's suitable for entertaining clients and the staff are nice. Personally, I didn't find it exceptional, and the prices are a bit high. The dessert options change daily, which is enjoyable. I wish they had more parking spaces available.

I used it for a farewell party at work. I have been there a few times before, but only with people who like Kobachan. It's pretty good, but I prefer cheaper places with all-you-can-drink options, so I wouldn't choose this place personally. The membership fee was 5,000 yen, so I was hoping to eat something delicious. We had sashimi, sweet vinegar chicken rolls, chawanmushi, pork shabu ramen salad, Kobachan zangi, potato fries, fried oysters, mapo tofu, mixed rice, and ice cream for dessert. The fried oysters were delicious and big. The mapo tofu didn't suit my taste. The potato fries were disappointing as the butter didn't melt at the right temperature. The beer was the worst part! It said "classic" on the menu, but everyone agreed it wasn't beer, maybe it was happoshu? I took photos discreetly in front of my coworkers, but towards the end, I didn't care and just took individual photos of the mixed rice and ice cream. It was my first time being led to the second floor, and I was surprised by how dimly lit it was.

Today, I traveled by car from Obihiro. I couldn't find accommodation in Sapporo, so I decided to stay in Ebetsu. Ebetsu has a suburban feel with many residential areas. However, just a 5-minute walk from the station is a cozy izakaya called Kobachan, recommended by locals. We sat in a sunken kotatsu table and toasted with beer. We started with tempura of mountain vegetables, caprese with fried chicken, dashimaki tamago, and salad. We ordered a variety of dishes that go well with beer. We also ordered seseri, but what came out was raw meat. A mistake, perhaps. We sipped on wine and enjoyed sake kasu cheese, a perfect snack. I also like fish sausage and shumai. We ordered rice and miso soup as our main dish, while others prefer ochazuke, I still like to end my meal with rice. Feeling guilty about eating so much, we left the restaurant. Thank you for the delicious meal.

When wandering around Eniwa, this place is usually my go-to spot ☆ Sometimes I come here with my grandma, so they have sashimi and grilled fish. The age range of the customers varies, but they have a wide variety of dishes that cater to everyone. I've been taken care of by the staff here quite a bit. I met them a few years ago when I was working in Eniwa. My colleague brought me here and that's how it all started ☆ It might be a bit on the pricier side, but it's an izakaya after all, so I guess it's normal. There are no disappointments and the portions are quite generous, which I think is fair and reasonable (pq´v`*)

On the first Friday of the first week of August 2012, I visited a local store with my business partner, Manager S. This was our third or fourth visit, even though the last visit was over a year ago. The menu had changed since our last visit, with the spicy "Sichuan Mapo Tofu" no longer available. However, I decided to review the "Takanotsume Tofu Hot Pot" dish priced at 630 yen. After enjoying a few glasses of beer and several dishes, the hot pot I was looking forward to finally arrived. I took a sip of the soup, which was quite spicy with chili peppers. While Manager S commented on the spiciness, he continued to eat it. Although I can't handle extremely spicy food, I will definitely visit again when I stay in Ebetsu.

Kobachan, who has been reborn. A few years ago, I was surprised by the rough seasoning, but finally it has been revived... or rather, it has come back with a new taste. The menu has also increased again, and recommended dishes have returned, with a wide selection of Japanese sake. There are counter seats available, but the serving size per dish is enough for 2-3 people, so it is recommended to visit with a group.

I recommend an izakaya in Ebetsu. As you head towards the old Route 36 from Ebetsu Station, you will see the restaurant on your right. They have a wide selection of local sake and shochu from all over the country. My colleague who loves sake goes there every week (laughs). The atmosphere of the restaurant is charming. We often use it for parties, and the second-floor seating area is slightly dimmer, creating a more calming atmosphere, but it's also great for lively gatherings. The dishes are all carefully prepared. Whether it's sashimi, tamagoyaki, or salad, everything is delicious. They're all tasty (laughs).
