Yomesan, the first place in Bihoro, is still a bit stingy, doesn't seem interested in dating, and doesn't seem to lose weight as expected. I gave up on losing weight and decided to go for a drink in the countryside. I originally planned to go to Nakashibetsu, but after work, it seemed like too much trouble. On Saturday, I was planning to go eat ramen in Kushiro, so Nakashibetsu would have been more convenient, but it's just a 40-minute difference. So I decided to go to Bihoro, which is closer. I haven't researched where to go, so it's a spontaneous food tour. First, I thought of going to an izakaya, but it was reserved. So I ended up at a nearby yakiniku place. This place used to be a sushi restaurant. Surprisingly, the owner of this place used to run a sushi restaurant, which I will visit later, but I had no idea at this point. The sushi restaurant I visited a few times before was not very clean. Since I was alone, I was squeezed into a small counter with only one seat available. Next to me was a juice dispenser. Two groups of two people were sitting at the 5-seat counter. There was a large sunken hearth, but no one was there. However, it seemed to be fully booked. I ordered "seseri" and "raw lamb." I wondered why the stove didn't come. It turns out the owner of the restaurant cooks it. I need to eat quickly before it gets cold. The "seseri" was deliciously cooked with perfect saltiness. As expected, the owner is good at grilling. As I was worried, it did get lukewarm as I ate, but the taste was so good that it didn't matter. The "lamb" was okay, a bit bland. I added sauce to it as it was lightly seasoned. It tasted sweet. I got used to it as I ate, but the "seseri" was better. The "lamb" was average. I watched the owner cut the meat because I was bored. There were quite a few good pieces of meat. The offal also looked delicious. I didn't order it because the menu was mostly pork, but I should have tried it. After all, the owner should be the one grilling, right? The lukewarm offal didn't appeal to me, and I didn't feel like eating it. The sunken hearth counter had a gas stove. The beer was normal, so no complaints there. I'm full after the first place. I couldn't keep up with cutting the meat at all. The sunken hearth customers were not getting their meat on time, so they were drinking empty glasses of sake. Two seats opened up at the counter as two people left, but a woman joined the two men who were sitting apart. She was accompanied by them, right? The last patron... you're the last line of defense... hold it together. The woman asked, "When is the earliest sunrise?" The man replied, "No, it's now, right?" and the woman said, "Isn't it much earlier?" I was really worried about the last patron, but he seemed to know. But he didn't say anything more. I wish he had at least mentioned the summer solstice. Are these people okay? The woman got the name wrong and the phone number wrong, it's a dry relationship. She said, "I'm busy, so I'm going home!" and the man said, "I'm sorry," seeming happy that she was leaving. "I'm really busy" ===========
