Today's lunch was at an Italian restaurant in Tenjinbashi Rokuchome. The place faces a main street but has few passersby. Upon entering, I was greeted by a bright atmosphere with the owner and two female staff members chatting cheerfully. I started with the recommended champagne. [Lunch] 1500 yen 1. Assorted 3 appetizers -> Assorted 6 appetizers (additional change) - Mackerel marinated in salt and vinegar with ponkan and celery sauce - Homemade roast beef with onion and almond sauce - Shwarma (chicken mince and mushrooms) - Homemade ikura (salmon roe) with mantecato (potato and cod surimi) - Venison and chestnut stew - Parma ham with Tanegashima Annon Imo (sweet potato) mousse 2. Homemade bread 3. Pasta with sautéed sea bass and rapeseed flowers - Originally supposed to be lightly seasoned, but I requested a rich flavor with cheese and butter 4. Coffee - Oh, I forgot the coffee (^^;) I'm glad I changed to the 6 appetizer option. Each dish was fantastic and paired well with the champagne. The lunch menu usually offers light seafood pasta, but when I asked for a richer pasta, the owner gladly agreed. The frank personality of the owner and the cheerful attitude of the female staff contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The friendly service, similar to that of regular customers at the counter seats, adds to the overall vibe of the place. This Italian restaurant in the Tenjinbashi shopping arcade is not to be underestimated. I'll have to visit for dinner next time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

We had a meal with our family in their 70s and 60s. The adults ordered a course meal, while the children had appetizers and pasta. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious, making the wine go down smoothly. By the time we finished the course, we were full, but somehow managed to finish everything. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that makes it a popular spot. We will definitely visit again.

I used it for a family birthday celebration! We ordered a la carte. They brought us a platter of 6 assorted appetizers and divided the sea urchin pasta into individual portions for us. They were considerate in making it easy to eat, and I am grateful for that. The lamb and duck breast were thick and large, cooked and seasoned perfectly, and delicious! There was no gamey taste, and the accompanying vegetables were also tasty. We also enjoyed the wine by the glass, all of which paired well with the dishes and were delicious. The waitress's explanations were polite and she had a very pleasant demeanor, making our experience very enjoyable! The casual atmosphere meant we didn't need to be formal, and we could just enjoy the delicious food, which was great (^-^) They even drew "Happy Birthday" with chocolate on the dessert plate and took multiple photos for us! The waitress was working alone that day, so she must have been busy, but she never made a face and happily took our photos (^-^) On this day, the three of us had 6 glasses of wine, 3 coffees, and 2 main dishes, totaling about 8,000 yen per person. But if you opt for just pasta dishes, you can lower the cost even more, making it a place you can easily enjoy.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, the staff is friendly, and the food is beautifully presented and delicious. I felt that the price was a bit high at 2000 yen for 6 types of appetizers, bread, and pasta. I thought it included dessert or a drink, so I was a bit disappointed. Second visit. We came with our family at night. There was Girolamo's autograph on the wall, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice. The food was delicious, and of course, there was a wide variety of wines to choose from, so we were very satisfied. The owner explained various wines to us, so feel free to request your preferences. It's convenient as it's just a short walk from the station. Last time I visited, there was a man dining alone at the counter, and this time the entire restaurant was filled with groups of women.

I went to the restaurant with my colleagues. Since there were 3 of us, it was my first time sitting at a table personally. One person was running late, so we were debating whether to go for a course or à la carte. The staff gave us a helpful advice and we decided on à la carte! I was thirsty, so I started with a glass of sparkling wine. We started with the popular appetizer platter, featuring prosciutto and onion mousse which was excellent! All three of us loved it! We enjoyed a variety of dishes in small portions as usual! By the time we finished the appetizers, we started on a bottle of Pinot Grigio from Tuscany. It was a very fruity white wine with a smooth and easy-to-drink taste. Even those who are not fond of alcohol would enjoy it. For lunch, we usually have a pasta course, but today we chose one main dish and two pasta dishes. The pasta dishes were smoked salmon and sakura shrimp (oil-based but light) and rabbit cream sauce tagliolini (homemade hand-cut noodles that were chewy!). After much deliberation, I chose the beef for the main dish. The sauce matched the meat perfectly! It was a sauce that I had never tasted before. The arugula served with it was a nice addition. We finished with dessert (cassata with pistachio ice cream and panna cotta) and a café latte. The pasta and meat were served at the perfect timing, which was much appreciated by us who were engrossed in conversation. The female staff paid attention to our eating pace and portion size. The chef and staff were very kind to us, allowing us to stay and enjoy a satisfying dinner. There were families celebrating birthdays and two groups of ladies having a girls' night out. Everyone enjoyed their wine and meal in a relaxed atmosphere. I would love to go back and try a different main dish next time. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

It is a popular spot, often fully booked on weekday evenings, so making a reservation in advance is a must. In addition to a la carte options, they offer set course menus which are a great value. I tried the 5,800 yen course menu, which included 6 appetizers, seasonal vegetables, 2 pasta dishes, grilled wagyu beef, and dessert. Each dish was beautifully presented and had a unique flavor profile, showcasing the chef's skill in balancing ingredients. From the fresh spring-inspired appetizers to the flavorful pasta dishes and the perfectly grilled wagyu beef, every course was a delight to the taste buds. The almond and balsamic sauce paired with the beef was particularly outstanding. The panna cotta dessert was a lovely way to end the meal. I found a restaurant while looking for Italian cuisine and pasta. I entered without a reservation and had two pasta dishes for lunch with white wine! The appetizer plate and bread were delicious, but the pasta was the best part. I preferred the pasta with whitebait and raw wakame! I left feeling full and satisfied!

The threshold is not high, but this place is always full of delicious food. If you feel like eating Italian, make sure to call ahead to reserve a table! After enjoying appetizers and some bubbly, the chef's original pasta arrives. You can go for the pasta course or try various dishes a la carte... but you also want to try the main dish. On this day, I was recommended the Chateaubriand course, and it was delicious! The Chateaubriand was cooked lightly and tender - highly recommended. I enjoyed three glasses of wine - Champagne, Rosé, and red, all paired perfectly. Lunch at this recommended pasta spot is also very popular. Thank you for the wonderful meal. I will definitely visit again.

I have always wanted to visit this restaurant and managed to make a reservation, so I decided to go! I didn't realize that they had a two-part lunch system and booked for 1 pm. It was my first time in this area, and when I arrived a bit early, I saw the "close" sign on the door, which made me a bit anxious. However, there were a few groups of women waiting outside, so I felt relieved. At 1 pm, the staff checked our names and let us in. The lunch service was fully booked for the day. We had pre-ordered a pasta lunch with a choice of 3 or 6 dishes, and since we wanted to try both meat and fish pasta, we decided to share. We were served 6 appetizers quickly, along with white wine. The portions were just right, and the taste was excellent! Then we received two pasta dishes - one short and one long pasta. Both tasted authentic and delicious. Especially the pasta with sardines had a citrusy aroma that paired well with the white wine. Even though we were quite full, we couldn't resist ordering the house wine, which was reasonably priced at just under 2000 yen. The cost performance was great, and the chef and the lady who served us were so friendly that I definitely want to visit again for lunch or dinner!

The appetizers were lovely and this is my favorite restaurant. Lunch set for 1500 yen, upgrade for appetizers for 400 yen, and dessert for 300 yen. Appetizers include: smoked mackerel, eggplant and pickles, meatloaf, squid ink potato salad, eggplant gratin with tomato and basil sauce, pumpkin mousse. Homemade bread is refillable. A: Tuna in red wine sauce. B: Pork tongue and green pea pacheri. Soup similar to Echire with a rich panna cotta. The visual presentation has changed. The meatloaf appetizer was not as good as the pate I had before.

I had lunch with a friend at a popular restaurant. I called ahead to make a reservation just in case. It seemed like they had two lunch time slots, at 11:30 and 13:00. The lunch set included 3 appetizers, bread, and pasta for 1500 yen. I upgraded to 6 appetizers for an additional 400 yen. The oil pasta with sea bream Genovese and the beef pasta were both delicious. I can see why this place is popular, the quality of the food was outstanding. Thank you for the meal.

I finally visited this restaurant that many of my fellow reviewers have been to and have been recommending for years. On this day, the pasta options were a cold spaghetti with red shrimp and fruit tomatoes, or a short pasta with sausage and vegetables (I forgot the exact name...). Since it was hot, I chose the cold pasta, of course! The appetizers included a salad with plenty of cheese, pork oil-marinated pork, warm fish appetizers, and under the raw ham was a strawberry mousse! It was my first time trying this combination, but it was delicious. The whole grain bread was also delicious! The pasta was cold but perfectly al dente. It had a minty flavor with plenty of tomatoes and shrimp. The right amount of garlic flavor made it very tasty. It was a shame that I couldn't drink alcohol that day because I had to drive in the evening. I would like to try upgrading the appetizers and trying the main dish next time!

It's been about a year since my last visit, and this is my 10th time here. The lunch set costs 1500 yen, upgrading the appetizer costs 400 yen, and the dessert costs 300 yen. The appetizer platter includes a mousse of gold carrot, water octopus, snap peas, barley and sakura shrimp, horse mackerel, and jelly. The homemade bread is a hard type and they warm it up for you. A: Smoked tuna tartare on top of puttanesca. I love the puttanesca flavor with its strong olive taste. The tuna is raw and has a great texture. It was smoked and had a nice aroma. B: Chicken and lentil stew with rigatoni pasta. The flavor was a bit bland, not my favorite. The rich panna cotta was so creamy that it reminded me of cheesecake. I'm always amazed by the wonderful variety of appetizers available for lunch without needing a reservation. The pasta dishes can be hit or miss, but I appreciate their originality.

The marinated sardines were delicious with a rich flavor. The chicken meatballs with anchovy sauce had a slightly sour rye bread in it that went well with the homemade bread. For the pasta, I chose the "Mochi pork and daikon stew short pasta". The mochi pork brought out the umami flavor and the pasta had a nice chewy texture that went well with the olive oil and daikon. The homemade bread was crispy with a chewy crumb that paired well with the dishes. I would like to try the regular pasta and other mains next time because they looked delicious.

I was curious about the appetizers, so I added 400 yen to upgrade from 3 to 6 kinds of appetizers! The appetizers included orange napa cabbage mousse with prosciutto, sawara fish with celery and orange sauce, beet and tuna potato salad, and octopus carpaccio. I forgot the other 2 items! Well, it seems like they cook dishes on the spot based on the day, so they might not have the same menu. It's the menu of a skilled chef! You know what! There were many flavors I had never tasted before, and I was surprised! The orange napa cabbage mousse was personally a new and delicious experience! And the bread was firm and tasty! Refills seem to be free! I also tried the conger eel and daikon simmered spaghetti, which I had never heard of before. It was a pasta dish with the richness of conger eel and the sweetness of daikon! I came to Ecorce near Tenroku Station for lunch. The lunch set includes a choice of 3 appetizers, bread, pasta, and a drink for 1500 yen. I chose option B, which is lamb and lentil stew sauce with short pasta. I also upgraded to a 6-appetizer plate for an additional 400 yen. The appetizer plate included bonito from Kochi, chicken ham, Hokkaido octopus, Milan salami with figs, barley, and Italian-style thick omelette. It was worth the extra cost, and you can also enjoy it for dinner. I noticed someone at the next table enjoying wine, which made me envious as I wished I didn't have work later. With such appetizers, I felt like having wine, especially since it's only 300 yen more. The baguette had a nice dark crust, which I liked. The lamb and lentil stew sauce with short pasta was delicious, with the lamb flavor well-balanced and the pasta coated nicely with the sauce. For my drink after the meal, I chose hot coffee, which had a sharp bitterness of Italian roast deep roast. The restaurant is located at 1-4-21 Ukitada, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Cleo Court EAST 1F.
