I made a reservation for the evening session at "Hana" in Kyobashi with a friend I haven't seen in a while, but the restaurant was fully booked ( °o°) There were many people who came without a reservation, but the evening session at "Hana" is not just for okonomiyaki, but also for other dishes, so each group enjoys the specialty dishes served by the manager while enjoying drinks. I didn't know that, so I thought, "If I'm alone, can't I just wait and get in?" But it's best to make a reservation for the evening session! My friend and I ordered various specialty dishes (^O^)❒’’ Today, there were only two people, the manager and the older brother, working hard in the packed restaurant (゚д゚)! We had pork bone and Awaji Island onion with salt sauce for 680 yen, shrimp, asparagus, and broccoli stir-fried with mayonnaise for 880 yen, Hana's mapo tofu, beef tongue tataki, sand liver teppanyaki, squid and pork balls (okonomiyaki), and unfortunately, the "negiyaki" that we both wanted to eat was sold out, so we had to go with the pork modern yaki as an encore! We ate it all (ᗒᗨᗕ) And we drank a lot (^O^)❒’’(^O^)❒’’(^O^)❒’’ We talked a lot (ᗒᗨᗕ) All the dishes were delicious, with the manager's dedication evident in the ingredients, seasoning, and presentation. We also tried items not on the menu and were completely satisfied! Of course, my favorite, the "okonomiyaki" at the end, was a gentle broth with a soft texture, and it went down smoothly even after eating a lot. My friend unexpectedly ordered another modern yaki (⊙ꇴ⊙)! We may have eaten too much, but we didn't feel heavy and finished everything. We each drank 6-7 cups and it cost around 5000 yen per person (≧◡≦)♡ Thank you for the feast!
