In the hot spring town of Noboribetsu, there are no trendy shops, but on the first floor of adex in Hotel, there is a stylish cafe. The warm wood, the pleasant smell of coffee, comfortable sofas, and friendly staff made it a relaxing and cozy experience. I hope it stays peaceful and doesn't get too noisy. I tried the blueberry and cream cheese bagel one day, and the bacon, apple, and cream cheese bagel another day. Both were delicious, although the bread was a bit hard. The taste was good. If they had a more varied menu like a light breakfast set or borrowed the breakfast menu from Daiichi Takimoto-kan, it would have been even better. I would love to visit again for the lovely atmosphere and delicious coffee.

The space that used to be a hotel dining room has been renovated and turned into a café. It is open from morning until 10 pm, serving lunch and alcohol. They offer light snacks like baguette sandwiches and bagels, but that's pretty much it. They have a breakfast set plan for guests staying in one of the five designated rooms, which includes a roast beef sandwich and a drink for a reasonable price. If you use the café, it's a bit pricier than Starbucks. It would be more convenient if they had more dessert options. The hotel also has a lovely natural hot spring on the basement floor, so it might be interesting to try something like "coffee with a bath" or "sandwich in the hot tub".

From 1:00, it's still 40 minutes until the day trip hot spring. I casually stopped by this place, and found that Takimoto Inn has been renovated into Adex Inn, with Poplar transformed into a cafe. The interior made me wonder if I was still in Noboribetsu, with its modern atmosphere. You can enjoy coffee sourced from "Coffee Carrot" in Ebetsu here, although they are not allowed to sell beans. My wife ordered a medium-dark roast, while I opted for a dark roast. The background music was piano by Kenny Drew, which suited the space perfectly. We savored the coffee, with the acidity of "Megumi no" and the richness of "Carrot," priced at 660 yen each. Congratulations on the opening!
