Osaka Metro Nipponbashi Station is about a 2-3 minute walk southwest from exit 5. Upon entering the restaurant, there are three standing tables in the front and a standing counter in the back. We started with a highball toast and ordered a selection of grilled skewers and Yawata fried chicken. The assorted skewers were grilled and served with a special sauce, offering a delightful texture. You can add spice with "karashi" to enhance the flavor. The grilled chicken liver was topped with green onions and sesame oil, providing a rich and unique taste. The "negima" skewer, a classic yakitori with chicken thigh and green onions, was also delicious. The Yawata fried chicken, served with lettuce, had a crispy coating and a flavorful sweet and savory sauce. You can also try it with spicy mayonnaise. We paired this with a highball and "Tomio Hoko Yama" sake. We continued with two types of sake, "Yamamoto Turquoise Blue Junmai Ginjo Takachiyo" and "Uonuma Junmai Ginjo Toyotsuru Mujin Karakuchi." The grilled chicken skewers were served in pairs, and we tried the "hatsu" and "seseri" varieties. The "seseri" was grilled with salt and served with yuzu pepper, offering a great balance of flavor and texture. The "hatsu" had a firm texture and a rich taste, also complemented by yuzu pepper. Both paired well with the sake. We ended the meal with a grilled rice ball, which had a crispy exterior and warm, flavorful rice inside. Overall, we had a great time enjoying grilled chicken, fried chicken, and a variety of drinks. We look forward to returning for more delicious food and drinks. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

This is a fun restaurant with a wide variety of menu items! The condiments for the yakitori side dishes were different this time. The potato salad is a must-try, and the corn tempura was delicious too! The sweet potato with butter and the fried chicken are very filling! There are also many sweet menu items, which will make women and those who love sweets happy! Sweet treats are also great for pairing with drinks! This restaurant is very popular even on weekdays!

Assorted skewers set, with a special orange egg on top of a carefully grilled rice ball. It's incredibly delicious. The moment I tasted the meatball, my brain immediately thought, "Wow, this place is amazing." The grilling is just perfect. Each skewer is seasoned well, and the accompanying condiments are excellent, bringing out the full potential of each dish. The exceptional quality of the grilled rice ball speaks for itself. I accidentally arrived at 4:30, but they told me they start serving at 5:00. When I came back at 5:10, the place was almost full. I totally understand why. The chef's personality and craftsmanship are also great. I will definitely come back. Next time, I will try the potato salad and the domestic beef tataki.

The deliciousness of the grilled chicken is top-notch, and it doesn't feel like a standing bar at all. Not only the taste of the food, but the visual presentation of other a la carte dishes also doesn't feel like a standing bar. They carefully grill the chicken. It's been a while since I've had such delicious grilled chicken. This is truly impressive. I visited around 7 pm on a Friday, and it was almost full. Satisfying.

Recently, I visited a restaurant that has been gaining popularity, Stand Aida-san, located on the 2nd floor of Kyufu Sennichi Plaza, where many popular restaurants are gathered. They specialize in standing barbecued chicken, and they are overwhelmingly popular in this area! The place was bustling with customers, but luckily a table for two was available. First, I enjoyed a Sapporo Red Star beer. The dishes I ordered were as follows:
- Local chicken sashimi
- Grilled green onion
- Soft bone
- Sand liver
- Chicken tenderloin
- Chicken heart
- Chicken breast with shiso
- Cheese meatball
- Asparagus pork roll
- Lotus root stuffed with fried fish paste
- Tomato cheese
- Salted kelp cucumber
The grilled dishes were all served at the perfect level of doneness depending on the part or ingredient, and they were delicious. I thought everything I ate was delicious after a long time. Especially, the local chicken sashimi is a must-order! The staff's customer service was also friendly, which I thought was a given for such a popular place. I didn't even realize such a good restaurant had opened in Minami recently... I've been going around too much and completely missed it. I would love to try jumping in again if there happens to be an available table next time. Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by a popular restaurant after 9 pm and enjoyed some recommended tempura dishes. They were all delicious and served hot and crispy. The sushi had a generous amount of fresh seafood, making it a great appetizer. Overall, the food was tasty and had good value for money. Thank you for the meal!

I visited a restaurant called "Stand Aida" in Nihonbashi this time. It's located in the back streets of Namba, on the second floor. The atmosphere is great for standing and drinking. I ordered the following items:
- Assorted skewers (5 types): 990 yen
- Domestic beef tataki: 968 yen
- Yao-style fried chicken: 440 yen
- Salted chicken wings: 440 yen

I occasionally go to standing bars, but it's been a while since I encountered a place with such delicious food. The yakitori was really tasty and went well with the drinks. The juiciness of the fried chicken was outstanding, and the chicken wings were a must-try. I recommend eating them by putting your teeth in between and pulling them out. The domestic beef tataki was incredibly delicious, with a perfect rareness that highlighted the flavor and texture of the beef. It looked stunning and was a great value for less than 1,000 yen. I was so impressed that I almost flipped over.

Invited by a cute friend to drink, I visited this place for the first time. We had plans to hop around standing bars in Namba that night, and we were able to enter the first place without waiting in line before 7 pm. We ordered the popular potato salad and grilled chicken skin with salt. They were delicious just as they looked! The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. We had plans to hop to three more places, so we settled the bill after this meal, but I would love to come back and enjoy more food and drinks leisurely next time.

Today, me (Potato Salad), my colleague (Macaroni), and my junior (Choregi) went to Namba Tsurizake for some yakitori. When it comes to pork and beef, it's gotta be chicken, right? So we arrived at this stand called Aida, where you can enjoy authentic grilled chicken. The place can accommodate around 20 people with standing tables and counters, creating a nice atmosphere. We started by ordering the seared liver. It looked similar to the Liver Special on the menu, but was it really the same? The taste was... not quite like the Liver Special, more like just regular grilled liver. But the seasoning was good. The Potato Salad was too good, the egg was delicious. Choregi wanted to try some fried chicken, so I suggested the Nanban style from Namba. But when the dish arrived, it was covered in tartar sauce. Was this the Everest of Chicken Nanban? The portion was huge and the taste was overwhelming. The yakitori and grilled dishes, as well as the side dishes, were all like main attractions. We enjoyed our meal at Aida, with cute staff members serving us. Thank you for the feast!

It's been a while since I visited! I was bar hopping in Minami when I suddenly felt like eating yakitori, so I decided to give it a try. Even on a Saturday, the place was almost full! It was very lively ♫ I ended up ordering chicken liver yakitori and negima (chicken and green onion skewers) as appetizers. They were delicious. It was nice to watch them grilling over charcoal from the counter. I wish I could have stayed longer, but my stomach was full and it was our third stop, so we kept it short this time. I'd love to visit again and take my time next time~ (〃ω〃)

I stopped by Ura Namba for a bar hopping experience. It's a popular standing bar and was almost full. I ordered some yakitori while enjoying my drinks. The yakitori was so delicious that just thinking about it makes my mouth water. The meat was tender. I also ordered grilled yam and shiitake mushrooms, which were also incredibly tasty. The drinks were flowing smoothly. I definitely want to come back here again and take my time. Thank you for the great meal! ♩

It's super crowded here. Namba and Nipponbashi have a lot of young customers. The clientele feels unique compared to other areas. It's a bit unsettling for my character. I ordered some fried chicken. It's delicious. The master-like person and the staff talked to me and told me about the standing bar scene in this area.

It's a shop located on the second floor of a mixed-use building in a back alley a little further into the Namba area from Nihonbashi. It's a standing bar, but it's a full-fledged yakitori restaurant. It always seems to be quite crowded, but when I visited just after 5 pm, there was only one group of customers. I ordered seared liver, back liver, bonjiri, skin, and also, I forgot to take a photo, but there was also a generous portion of Yawata Karaage Nanban. Each yakitori item comes in pairs. If you're dining alone, you might not be able to try a variety of items, so it might be better to come with at least one other person. The Yawata Karaage Nanban was also quite generous. The chicken was delicious. The quality of the chicken is top-notch, and the level of grilling is quite high. There seems to be a lot of attention to detail in the grilling process. I would like to come back next time with two or more people.

I had always wanted to visit the popular standing bar yakitori restaurant "Stand Aida," where even Myrebi has been to drink many times. This time, on a day when work ended early, I went alone to drink at night.
About the restaurant:
Located in a narrow alley next to the super popular okonomiyaki restaurant "Fukutaro Main Store," there is a mixed-use building called "Kyufu Sennichi Plaza," and the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. The interior of the restaurant is long and narrow, with standing tables right after entering the store and a L-shaped standing counter surrounding the kitchen at the back of the store.
Dishes that caught my attention:
Many dishes being eaten by other customers had a visually impactful presentation. I wanted to try them all. Moreover, the master of the restaurant recommended some dishes popular among regular customers. I must try all the dishes I want to eat as a food blogger.
Dishes I ate (Day 1):
- Half-portion homemade potato salad with half a boiled egg on top: A dish that looks more like egg salad than potato salad, with roughly chopped boiled eggs and a rich flavor with a generous amount of black pepper.
- Assorted skewers (5 types): Bonjiri, Kokoro, Negima, Sasami, Nankotsu - each with its unique texture and flavor.
- Satsuma Jidori Tataki: Rarely grilled Satsuma Jidori with a firm texture and a satisfying taste.
- Red Wiener: A crispy and flavorful red wiener that goes well with mayonnaise and ketchup.
Dishes I ate (Day 2):
- Domestic beef Tataki: A type of beef with a strong umami flavor and tenderness.
- Yawata Kara Southern Homemade Tartar: A crispy fried chicken thigh with a generous amount of tartar sauce that is rich and flavorful.
- Fried Daikon Oden: A popular dish among regular customers, with fried daikon that changes texture as it absorbs the dashi broth and becomes chewy.
Overall, the food was delicious, and I visited the restaurant for three consecutive nights to try all the dishes I was interested in.

☆彡Frequently appearing stand-up yakitori restaurant in Sennichimae, always crowded and I always wonder if I can get in, but surprisingly I can get in most of the time, so I always rush in. This place not only serves charcoal-grilled yakitori but also a variety of delicious side dishes, so I usually don't order fried food at izakayas, but here you can enjoy fried food with peace of mind, so I order a variety of dishes. And as always, I order grilled rice balls to finish off.
- Karaage (440 yen)
- Eat with chili oil and pickles (418 yen)
- Kinzanji miso cucumbers (418 yen)
- Tebasaki fried chicken (440 yen)
- Assorted skewers of 5 types (990 yen) - raw liver, heart with sauce, bonjiri thigh, red Vienna sausage
- Red Vienna sausage (396 yen)
- Master's specialty grilled rice ball with egg (440 yen)
- Draft beer Premium Malty Ale (462 yen)
- Sapporo Lager, Akahoshi, medium bottle (528 yen)
- Maker's Mark (495 yen)
The combination of the famous fried chicken wings and beer is a match made in heaven. The pickles and miso cucumbers in between the fried foods go well together, and the portions are generous, so I recommend ordering them together. There are many things I want to write about this place, but this time I will focus on the grilled rice balls. The large rice balls are grilled over charcoal until they are crispy on the outside and no longer stick to the grill, then they are flipped and grilled again. The charcoal grilling method makes the inside of the rice ball fluffy. When it's ready, soy sauce is brushed on, and when the moisture evaporates, it's done. The smell of the soy sauce caramelizing at this moment is heavenly. The grilled rice balls are so delicious that you don't even need the egg yolk, but the combination of the burnt soy sauce and egg yolk adds a different texture that is so enjoyable that you'll be hooked.
After enjoying the yakitori and drinks, it's best to order the grilled rice balls. Thank you for reading to the end. Your likes, saves, and follows are encouraging. If you like, please click on them. I also have an Instagram account @ginjirou.star. Please check it out if you'd like.

On my way back from Takashimaya, I looked it up online and decided to try it out. The store was packed, but I managed to find a spot at the back where the shelves were slightly empty. Since I couldn't see the menu from afar, I took a photo and used it to place my order. The staff was very friendly. They had a selection of lesser-known Japanese sake, and I enjoyed the Shinomine one.

Second stop on my Osaka sauna standing drinking tour. I had high expectations since it's rare to find a standing bar with a rating over 3.6. I always order the fried cartilage as a must-have when it's on the menu. As expected from a highly rated establishment, the dishes were meticulously prepared and delicious! The clientele was on the younger side, so it was a bit awkward for a middle-aged man drinking alone, but I wanted to try more dishes so I'll definitely come back with someone next time! Thank you for the meal!

Stand Aida, a popular standing bar in Nihonbashi, Osaka, is where I went recently. Everything I ate was delicious, but the seared raw liver skewers were especially amazing for liver lovers. The sake was also great, and they even recommended pairings based on your preferences. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making me want to come back again. Address: 2-3-24 Sennichimae, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, 2nd floor of Kyufumi Sennichi Plaza. Nearest station: Kintetsu Nihonbashi Station. Opening hours: 17:00~. I'm a 29-year-old woman (maybe an "obahan"?) and I wanted to experience standing and drinking in the gritty Namba area, so I found a highly rated stand called "Stand Aida". I arrived 30 minutes before opening time, but there were already 2-3 customers waiting in front of the shop. I thought it wouldn't be full right after opening, so I killed time at a nearby izakaya and returned 20 minutes after opening, but it was almost full already!! The skewers are grilled right in front of you, so it takes time, but I felt that the other side dishes were a bit slow to come out. The taste was very satisfying. The owner seemed to have worked in Italian or French cuisine with the way the dishes were beautifully presented, and I felt that there were clean dishes that overturned the concept of standing and drinking izakaya. I went with my husband and we had a great time in the lively atmosphere of the restaurant.

Thank you for reading this article. Likes and comments are encouraging. I will continue to update a lot, so I would be grateful if you could save or follow. The standing bar with a counter and bird sashimi shop was crowded, but the staff were kind and called me when a seat became available. Thank you for the meal.
