On this day, I had work in Sakaisuji Hommachi and decided to have dinner at "Kaichicken Menkurou" before heading home. When I arrived at the restaurant around 8:40 PM, all the tables were full and only the counter seats were available. I was surprised to see that there were more groups of customers than I had expected, as I thought it was a place popular among solo diners. I ordered the special topping of rich shrimp ramen. It took about 10 minutes from ordering to serving. As the name suggests, this ramen features a rich shrimp-flavored soup that has a higher viscosity compared to typical ramen broth, coating the noodles well. Initially, it reminded me of pasta sauce, but it was delicious even when consumed on its own, highlighting the flavorful soup. Since the soup has a strong taste, the toppings like chashu and menma were also seasoned generously to stand out. I usually go for the special or all-toppings option when eating ramen, assuming that's the restaurant's recommendation, and the all-toppings at this place was no joke in terms of portion size. It was like having two bowls of ramen, and I started to struggle midway through, but it was so tasty that I managed to finish it. Considering it was only 850 yen for the all-toppings, it was incredibly affordable. I think I'll stick to the regular option next time as it seems satisfying enough, but for those with a big appetite, I highly recommend going for the all-toppings. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. Thank you for the meal.

I had been wanting to visit this shop for a while, as I heard they serve a delicious shrimp-based broth that is similar to bisque soup, and I love shrimp. Finally, I had the opportunity to go there. I ordered the shrimp tsukemen with menma topping. As expected with tsukemen, it took a bit of time to be served. The shop was filled with the aroma of shrimp, which got me excited. The dipping broth was indeed rich and flavorful, just like the rumors said. It had a strong shrimp taste, which would make any shrimp lover happy. The dish had plenty of vegetables, which explains why there were many female customers. I found it interesting that there were sweet potatoes on top. Even when eaten alone, the noodles had a nice wheat flavor and were delicious. The rich shrimp soup had a thick consistency that coated the noodles well. With plenty of toppings, I was able to enjoy the dish without getting bored. It was a great deal as you could also mix the soup with milk, add rice, and enjoy it as a risotto.

This is a ramen shop I stopped by on a whim. Although the dipping noodles seemed to be popular, I decided to try the cold shrimp ramen which was the special for the month.
- Cold Shrimp Ramen 950 yen
I visited alone and had to share a table as the counter was full. The soup was rich with shrimp and perfect for the cold ramen. When eaten with the noodles, it gave the impression of a rich creamy pasta. The thick soup contained tomatoes and bread, which added to the delicious flavor. However, I found the noodles to be a bit too firm, I would have preferred them softer. The thinly sliced chashu had a mild flavor and paired well with the soup. The portion was quite large, and although it was delicious, I couldn't finish all the soup. It was interesting that you could mix milk into the dipping sauce for the noodles. I would like to visit again.

That day, I happened to pass by and decided to stop by for the first time. I ordered the rich shrimp ramen without hesitation. With each slurp of the noodles, the flavor of the shrimp spread in my mouth, allowing me to fully enjoy the shrimp taste. I used the provided baguette to soak up every last drop of the soup and finished my meal. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Ordered:
- Rich shrimp ramen 850 yen + extra noodles 100 yen
- Shrimp dipping noodles 900 yen
Upon arrival at the restaurant, there was no wait and we were seated immediately at a 4-person table. The shrimp dipping noodles, which is the signature dish here, had whole wheat flat medium noodles. The dipping sauce was very thick and emphasized the flavor of shrimp, resulting in a strong sweetness. This is where personal preferences come into play! I was expecting a deep, sweet flavor like in Western cuisine when it comes to shrimp, but the sweetness was different and didn't suit my taste. I have tried shrimp-flavored ramen at other restaurants before, but I always found the sweetness to be too overwhelming. On the other hand, my wife loved it and found the shrimp flavor to be very enjoyable! The unique idea of serving a milk-like soup for soup splitting was interesting and I also thought it was good! The rich shrimp ramen had medium-thin straight noodles. The soup was similar to the dipping noodles in terms of thickness and flavor. However, the soup was extremely thick, almost like a pasta sauce. While other restaurants offer extremely rich white broth ramen, which I usually don't enjoy, I surprisingly liked this one. In terms of service, the owner was nice, but the part-time staff... Due to the shortage of staff in the industry, some proper training and guidance might be needed... Their attitude was very unpleasant.

The soup is rich in flavor, literally bursting with the taste of shrimp. It is a rare find that is not easily available elsewhere. When you slurp the noodles, the strong aroma of shrimp hits you, making it a delight for shrimp lovers. The thin slices of French bread in the soup are also unusual. The softened parts of the bread, soaked in the soup, are delicious. There is a "Baguette" button on the ticket machine, so you can add more if you like. If asked whether it's "Baguette" or "Bacquette," the correct term is Baguette, but that doesn't really matter. If you visit before 12 pm, you can get a free soft-boiled egg or a mini bowl of rice, which is a good deal. With this rich soup, rice would also go well. The soup is quite heavy, so it may feel a bit overwhelming towards the end. For the tsukemen option, it seems to come with a lemon which could provide a nice refreshing touch. Additionally, the dipping sauce is mixed with milk, which is a unique system. This might make the tsukemen option a winner.

I was originally planning to get the chicken soy sauce ramen, but when I arrived, I decided to go with the rich shrimp ramen because shrimp is their specialty. From 11:00 to 12:00 on weekdays, they offer free boiled eggs and rice. The rich shrimp ramen had a slightly sweet and rich soup made from sweet shrimp, and it came with French bread, giving it a French-like flavor.

I tried to enter around 12:30 before, but there was a line, so I went at 14:00 today. I was able to enter smoothly. ^^ It's an order ticket system. I ordered the shrimp tsukemen for 900 yen. The dipping sauce is rich. They offer free extra rice, and you can also get a paper apron. The dipping sauce is rich and delicious. I ended up finishing my meal without the extra rice. ^^; Thank you for the meal ☆

The weather was nice, so I took a little trip for a change of pace and ended up here. The shrimp-flavored sweet soup tasted like a Western dish. It was so delicious that I thought it could be served at a wedding reception. For lunch, they serve rice and a simmered egg as a set, so I couldn't resist ordering it. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I ordered the shrimp tsukemen and rich shrimp ramen. The rotation was normal, but our preferences differed in taste. I particularly loved the taste, especially the ramen. My companion, on the other hand, preferred the tsukemen. The rich soup in the ramen was delicious, and with the tsukemen, you can get rice at the end to make a risotto.

I ordered vegetable tsukemen with seasoned egg, and it was amazing! I was surprised by the variety and amount of vegetables. I don't like shrimp, so I won't comment on the sauce, but the special milk-based broth was delicious. It tasted like something you would find at a high-end Western restaurant.

Located near Sakaisuji Hommachi Station, on Hommachi Street at the intersection of Honmachi, there is a ramen shop known for its shrimp soup. I decided to go in because there was no line this day. Right at the entrance, there is a ticket machine where I purchased the shrimp-rich ramen. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The soup is similar to a shrimp bisque, as the menu suggests, it is a rich shrimp soup. It comes with a large slice of chashu, French bread, and diced tomatoes. The richness of the soup is balanced out by the refreshing tomatoes. I would like to try adding rice at the end to make it like a risotto. This soup is a dream for shrimp lovers. Thank you for the meal!

During a break from work, I was recommended by a customer to try this place. I ordered the recommended dish, "Spicy Shrimp Tsukemen," and it was delicious! I thought it would be rich, but it was actually very easy to eat. I also expected it to be very spicy, but it was not that spicy. Definitely worth the wait at this restaurant. I recommend going there for lunch early!

I passed by this restaurant that I was interested in before noon, so I decided to have lunch here! Inside the restaurant, there is a counter and tables. When you enter the restaurant, you purchase a ticket at the ticket machine. I chose the rich shrimp ramen for 900 yen with an additional bamboo shoot topping for 100 yen. It says it's spicy. It looks very delicious! When I tasted the soup, it was thick and full of shrimp flavor! Delicious! The noodles are thin and easy to slurp. I'll say it again, the shrimp soup is really rich. The soup is thick, so you can eat it hot until the end. It has tomatoes and watercress in it, which go well with the soup. The thick and tender chashu is also delicious. I felt quite full after finishing the meal. Next time, I want to try the tsukemen! I will definitely go back!

From Sakaisuji Hommachi Station on the Osaka subway, it's a 5-minute walk to "Tsukemen and Ramen Ebitoramen Kura" in Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Chuo-ku, Hommachi Hashi 7-20. When I visited, the rating on Tabelog was 3.63. This restaurant offers rich and creamy shrimp dipping noodles, shrimp ramen, and collagen-rich chicken ramen. Today, I ordered the rich shrimp ramen for 850 yen. I had to go to Sakaisuji Hommachi from Kobe for work at the OSAKA Business Fair 2022 on this day, so let's go! I took an early lunch break to visit this nearby restaurant. From 11-12 on weekdays, if you enter the restaurant, you get complimentary white rice and seasoned egg. This time, I made sure to enjoy both items. The rich soup paired well with the bread provided. The finishing dive into the rice was also excellent! Hmm, it was delicious. The colorful and beautiful ramen was a delight. #Ebitoramen Kura #Ebitoramen Kura Hommachi Branch #Shrimp Ramen #Shrimp Lover #Ramen #Osaka Ramen #Osaka Gourmet #Osaka Lunch #Kansai Ramen #Want to connect with ramen lovers #Sakaisuji Hommachi #Sakaisuji Hommachi Lunch #Sakaisuji Hommachi Gourmet #Noodle Activity #Noodlestagram #Ramen Instagram #Almost Fat Blog #Ramen Patrol #Ramen Girl #Ramen Instagrammer #Ramen Club #Ramen Enthusiasts #Ramen Challenge #Want to connect with ramen lovers.

I have been curious about this restaurant for a while. We were able to get in quickly at night, but on Sunday at 1pm, there was a line of about 8 people. We waited for over 30 minutes! Due to my shellfish allergy, I ordered the chicken shoyu ramen with a side of mini rice and 2 pieces of fried chicken, while my husband ordered the shrimp tsukemen. The chicken shoyu ramen had a refreshing soy sauce broth with flat noodles. It was rich and light, making it easy to eat. The fried chicken was average. My husband's shrimp tsukemen looked delicious from the appearance!!! It was a rich soup with smooth noodles, and he was full by the end. I want to try it too... Thank you for the meal ★

I visited on a Sunday afternoon. All the nearby shops were closed, so I came here. It quickly became crowded. Sunday shops are precious.
- Rich Prawn Ramen 850: I ordered something other than tsukemen for the first time. The hot soup goes well with the thin noodles. The rich soup has a strong punch of shrimp. With tsukemen, there is a milk option which feels like a good deal? The portion felt slightly small.
- Mini Chashu Don 200: It was softer than it looked, and the sauce was well-coated. It goes perfectly with the green onions. Thank you for the meal.

Ebi Tori Menzo offers a free side of vegetables with their shrimp dipping noodles, which can be switched between a tasty spicy or curry soup. You can also choose to add extra rice. The noodles are thin and made from whole wheat flour. The shrimp aroma and broth are rich and delicious. The vegetables are steamed and when dipped in the noodles, they taste like a bagna cauda. The meal ends with a milk broth, black pepper, and cheese for a risotto-like finish. Hair ties and paper napkins are also provided for free. Squeezing lemon juice over the dish adds a refreshing touch. The restaurant is popular, so the service may be a bit rushed, making it better to avoid peak times if you want to fully enjoy the meal.

I came to a famous restaurant in Honcho! Soy Sauce Ramen Simple soy sauce flavor. I enjoyed a light soy sauce taste without the overpowering taste of bonito flakes or other ingredients. Ebi Paitan Ramen is delicious!! The soup is amazing! It has a delicious taste that can be described as both French and Italian. The service of being able to add Parmesan cheese is also delightful. The soup is the best. I was moved. It's simply wonderful!

I am "Noronori" and I mainly go around eating lunch in the Sakai area. The original source is https://ameblo.jp/norinoribenben20072000/entry-12765503712.html Thick shrimp tsukemen? Rich shrimp ramen? Every time I pass by, I wonder about it. I've been curious for a while, so I finally decided to go in. As soon as I entered, there was a ticket machine. I bought the shrimp tsukemen. It had a lot of shrimp toppings - so rich and full of shrimp! More shrimp than shrimp! The noodles were chewy whole wheat noodles that went well with the rich soup. I don't like it when tsukemen gets cold, but this soup was so delicious even when it cooled down! There was rice included, and I think it would be absolutely delicious if eaten like risotto, but I was too full to try. They were just starting to prepare the soup, and they were frying a huge amount of shrimp. When I saw that, I couldn't help but wonder, is this price okay? Are they making a profit? I would like to bring my friend who loves shrimp here. Thank you for the meal.
