Yui Hanasaku (Cure Precious) - It's been about 3 years since I forgot to post on her birthday, and I lost my notes, but her smile was definitely delicious! The rice was delicious, the smile was amazing, and the Junmai Ginjo was a great choice.

I forgot to take a photo of the impressive sashimi platter, which included 5 types of fish from Wakayama! I enjoyed a few glasses of beer and barley shochu with soda. The dishes were delicious and comforting. The freshly cooked rice in a clay pot was served with egg on top, and I was able to take home the leftover crispy rice. Thank you for the meal, I will definitely visit again!

Michelin Osaka Bib Gourmand. They only have counter seats, and they welcome solo diners. Their specialty is fish dishes featuring fresh and delicious bream. The appetizers included a sashimi platter with flounder, rockfish, red squid, and cutlass fish. I opted for the omakase course priced at 5500 yen. The meal included simmered sea bream, onion, conger eel, okra, fig in a sweet sauce, delicious broth, edamame, pickles, freshly grilled red squid, and rice. The burnt rice reminded me of when I used to eat burnt rice with tea after being scared as a child. The aroma and texture of the burnt rice brought back memories that I had completely forgotten about.

The volume of the appetizer is amazing! Each dish seems to be carefully prepared. The price is probably on the cost-effective side for Kita-Shinchi. The conger eel was sold out, so I want to try it next time. There were about 6 types of sake available as well!

It was delicious and reasonably priced for a new place. The boiled fish with just water and soy sauce, as well as the initial sashimi assortment, were both impressive (I forgot to take a picture because I was so amazed). The spiny lobster was also impressive, and I was happy because I love ankake. The rice in the last clay pot was delicious, even the burnt parts were tasty. I enjoyed it so much, it was delicious, so I want to go to this restaurant again.

I visited "Suiu Murabayashi" in Kitashinchi. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and casual, making it easy to enter even in the bustling area of Shinchi. The course menu is priced at 8,000 yen per person. The dishes were beautifully presented! That was my honest impression. I would like to use this restaurant again for a business meeting. ☺️

I made a net reservation at 18:15 on a weekday. Located about a 5-minute walk from the subway station "Kitashinchi Station", this Michelin Guide Osaka 2023 Bib Gourmand restaurant is a gem. The kitchen was being managed by three staff members, as befits a bustling establishment. I ordered the popular "Seasonal Course 5500 yen" this time. I called on Saturday night and was able to get a table at the restaurant. We had the 5500 yen course. The sashimi was particularly good, and they seem to focus on fish dishes in general. The seasoning was quite subtle, but delicious.

It was a restaurant I've always wanted to visit, but it's always fully booked. Finally, I made a reservation in advance and visited. The lunch set costs 1650 yen. I was seated at the counter. They told me to come at 12 o'clock because they were preparing clay pot rice. Soon, tofu and pickles were served! Followed by simmered fish. The sweet and savory flavor made the white rice go down smoothly. The sashimi included sea bream, squid, cutlassfish, abalone, flounder? Delicious♡ The miso soup had a nice sweetness from the onions. Tempura included sweet potato, eggplant, white fish, and one more that I forgot. There were a lot of burnt rice at the bottom of the clay pot! The staff kindly removed it for me. I preferred to keep my white rice as it was, but the lady next to me dipped hers in soy sauce. I turned mine into ochazuke.

The lunch at Murabashi in Kitashinchi is always delicious. It is recommended as a great lunch option in Kitashinchi. Lunch is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:00 to 13:30 for 1650 yen (tax included). The price has remained the same, which is great. The meal includes sashimi, simmered fish, tempura, pickles, tofu, small dishes, miso soup, and rice cooked in a clay pot. The rice in the clay pot is delicious, and they even scrape off the crispy bits for you at the end. You can enjoy it as ochazuke or eat it like a rice cracker with soy sauce. The pickles are also very tasty. I have only been there for lunch, but I would like to try it for dinner sometime. It was really delicious! Thank you very much.

I made a reservation the day before because I wanted to eat lunch here. The restaurant offers counter seating where you can enjoy freshly cooked rice in a clay pot. The meal includes simmered fish, sashimi, small side dishes, tempura, miso soup, and a large portion of freshly cooked rice with crispy rice crust. It was around 1650 yen. I found a great lunch spot in Kita-Shinchi! :)

I went down the stairs in Kitashinchi to a basement restaurant, but unfortunately the timing didn't work out for me. I had the lunch set for 1650 yen, which included a small dish of yuba and whitebait, sashimi with squid and sea bream, simmered kinmedai, and tempura with eggplant, sweet potato, broccoli, and fish. They also served hot tea. The sashimi was fresh and had a nice texture, but the simmered kinmedai was disappointing as it had very little meat. The individual serving of rice in the small pot was enough for two helpings, but I wished there was a bit more variety in side dishes like miso soup and pickles. Unfortunately, they didn't offer seconds for those.

Bib Gourmand restaurant Wakugyo Murabayashi in Kitashinchi. The cozy interior exudes warmth, with a few counter seats creating an intimate atmosphere. The appetizer was a sashimi assortment, incredibly fresh and luxurious. We also ordered a la carte dishes such as fish nanban-zuke, oysters, silk sweet fried chicken, and yuba, all centered around fish. It was great to have both course meals and a la carte options with a wide variety of choices. The delicious fish dishes paired perfectly with the drinks, making for a very satisfying experience. The final dish of rice cooked in a clay pot was fluffy, and the crispy rice at the bottom with fish broth was delicious. It was a moment where I felt grateful to be Japanese. I was so engrossed in eating that I forgot to take photos, but it was truly delicious. ♡

Is this price okay? It's delicious! It's a highly recommended restaurant, although it's hard to make a reservation. If you go for lunch, you'll want to go back for dinner. The fish is delicious! The tea-soaked rice crust in the clay pot at the end is irresistible! I will definitely visit again!

I visited the restaurant before 1 PM on a weekday. It took some time for the rice to cook, but I had time to wait. The menu changes daily. First, I had two small side dishes: whitebait and yuba tofu. Sashimi and simmered fish were served next. Soon, the clay pot rice arrived. The freshly cooked rice was a bit soft but had a nice sweetness to it. All the side dishes paired well with the rice, making it very enjoyable. A platter of tempura was also brought out, which was quite luxurious. As I ate more of the rice, they flipped the clay pot over to make the crispy rice at the bottom easier to eat. The crispy rice was delicious too. I ate too much rice. It was a luxurious lunch with fresh fish and freshly cooked rice. Thank you for the meal.

The small cozy shop was easy to spend time in. There was a counter seat and one table for 4 people. The chairs at the table were old and covered with cloth. The menu included dishes like sea cucumber, shirako, and large nameko mushrooms, which I personally didn't enjoy, but I think fans of those items would really like it. The small fried shrimp with perfect saltiness was a great appetizer. The egg over rice at the end was incredibly rich and delicious, with free refills. I wish there was a clearer main dish in the course menu. The staff were very friendly. I would love to arrange another gathering here if given the chance.

One day at Dasshuran. The days are limited here, so the timing was just right to quickly eat! The freshly cooked rice in a clay pot was irresistible. Sashimi, simmered dishes, only had a 1-hour break so couldn't relax, but thank you for the feast!

The first dish being sashimi is the best! I immediately started with sake. Everything I ate was delicious! It's located in Shinchi, so the customers all seemed important and I felt a little uncomfortable. (Probably due to my own insecurities) I would like to go back again when I'm working nearby!

This is a Japanese restaurant located in Kitashinchi, TOP5000❤)(๑✪ω✪๑). It is said that the owner of this restaurant used to work at the famous seafood restaurant "Ginpei" and then opened his own place. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm, but the arrangement of dishes in a slightly miscellaneous way adds to the charm. The omakase course has two options, 5500 yen and 7700 yen, and on this day we started with the 7700 yen course. The meal included a variety of dishes such as sashimi, hot pot with spiny lobster, tofu dish, simmered fish, mushroom soup, egg over rice cooked in a clay pot, and Hokkaido ripe tomato for dessert. The sashimi was fresh and delicious, the spiny lobster hot pot was hearty, and the simmered fish with plum was a unique and tasty dish. The egg over rice at the end was a perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience with a great selection of dishes and a nice atmosphere.
