Visited to enjoy delicious meat. Started with premium tongue, premium kalbi, crispy steak, and vegetable-wrapped misji, along with side dishes like kimchi assortment and slimy salad! Not only the meat, but also the way of eating is carefully considered, with different sauces for each. Thank you for the feast!

Matsuniu, Nihonbashi, another time difference post! There are still more to come! Today, my partner recommended Matsuniu! Finally got to go because they said they absolutely wanted to go together (even though it's in the past, haha). It's really delicious!! That's all there is to say. Is this restaurant the pinnacle of yakiniku? I want to say that (I'm saying a lot, haha). Everything you eat here is delicious, not just the yakiniku, but also the side dishes like chijimi are amazing! In many restaurants, there are dishes that are good and some that are not, but not in this one! What's up with that? Those who have been there know, those who haven't are missing out. Plus, they have private rooms, perfect COVID-19 precautions, and the atmosphere is so great that it's recommended for families and couples, as well as for business entertaining. It's such a good restaurant that apparently it used to be crowded with tourists, but now with the decrease in tourists due to the pandemic, it's the perfect time to go! Definitely going back again! ❤️❤️❤️ #OsakaYakiniku #Namba #NambaGourmet #NambaYakiniku #InstaGourmetAward2023 #MeatTerror #Meatpedia #Nurse #OsakaGourmet #KansaiGourmet #Meat #MeatLovers #WantToConnectWithMeatLovers #WantToConnectWithYakinikuLovers #SexyMeatCommittee #PhotoGenicMeat #Yukke #FoodBlog #NihonbashiGourmet #Meatstagram #MeatLoverGirls #KansaiYakiniku #Protein #OsakaYukke #Matsuniu #Nihonbashi #TanimachiKuChome #NambaGourmet #Namba #TaniKu

Visit date: 19:00 on a weekday
Waiting time: Reservation
Menu: 8,800 yen course
I visited around 18:00 with a same-day reservation. I ordered the 8,800 yen course which had a variety of dishes. The meat, made with Tajima beef, was incredibly tender and delicious. From the cold noodles to the dessert, the course was very satisfying and filling. Thank you for the meal.

Mabushi Nihonbashi, a yakiniku restaurant located a 7-minute walk away, was selected as one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. I ordered a la carte items this time, and although they weren't on the menu, the staff recommended some delicious cuts of meat. I especially enjoyed the misuji (oyster blade) and tan (beef tongue). The Tajima beef was also very tasty. The restaurant is clean and has spacious private rooms on the second floor, making it suitable for dates. #yakiniku #grilledmeat #Nihonbashi #Nihonbashiyakiniku #Nihonbashigrilledmeat #Nihonbashigourmet #Nihonbashifood #Nihonbashilunch #Nihonbashidinner #Osakagourmet #Shinsaibashigourmet #Nambagourmet #Kitashinjukugourmet #Umedagourmet #Temmagourmet #Fukushimagourmet #Kyobashigourmet #connectingwithyakinikulovers #connectingwithgourmetlovers #connectingwithfoodlovers #InstaGourmetAward2022 #gourmetgirls #gourmetstagram #Tabelog #osakafood #foodstagram

After finishing up at the batting center, I decided to stop by Tsurugyu for some meat. I took a taxi from Matsuyamachi Street and arrived at the restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. I was quite hungry, so I started with freshly squeezed lemonade. We ordered a variety of meats including special tongue, loin, harami, upper intestine, upper tripe, and ulte. We also had sesame leaves, namul assortment, grilled kimchi, kimchi pancake, silage soup, and yogurt ice cream. I've been gaining weight recently, so I had to skip the rice dishes. But I still felt like something was missing. I definitely wanted to have some dessert. The meal was delicious. Thank you for the feast.

Located an 8-10 minute walk from Tanimachi Kyuchome Station, Tsubaki is a high-end yakiniku restaurant with prices that easily exceed 10,000 yen. The restaurant was selected as one of the top 100 yakiniku restaurants in 2020 by Yakiniku West. The service was lacking in friendliness, so if you don't prioritize customer service, this place might be worth a try. We ordered popular items like premium misuji, wrapped vegetables with classic sirloin, and tongue with salt. The prices seem to add up quickly, but the quality of the meat was decent and reflected the price. They offer good value for money with their set courses, so if you're looking to enjoy a yakiniku course, be sure to visit. Thank you for the meal!

- Top quality tongue salt, top quality harami, premium loin, premium tetchan, classic loin vegetable wraps, young radish soup, raw senmai, grilled kimchi, namul, cold noodles, and one cup of oolong tea for 9,000 yen per person. It felt a bit overpriced. In terms of content and quality, I think around 4,000 to 5,000 yen per person would be more reasonable. The top quality harami was okay, but the other meats were not very satisfying in terms of quality considering the price. The names like top quality tongue and top quality harami may create high expectations, but the actual experience might be surprising. The special makgeolli was unique but also seemed a bit pricey. The interior of the restaurant is luxurious, but it was a bit disappointing overall. Not a very likeable place in my opinion.

Tsurugyu in Tanimachi 9-chome, with a rating of 3.69 on Tabelog. I made a reservation for 6:30 pm on the same day and visited the restaurant.
- Premium Tongue Salt (2,420 yen) - Soft and chewy, very delicious!
- Top Sirloin (1,870 yen) - The meat lingers slightly in the mouth but has a good texture and delicious flavor.
- Premium Harami (2,860 yen) - Light yet flavorful with a nice amount of fat. The umami is amazing.
- Premium Belly (3,520 yen) - The fat content is incredible. The richness and beauty of the fat is outstanding. A hint of meat lingers in the mouth.
- White Cabbage Kimchi Pickles (770 yen) - Crispy and goes well with the meat.
- Large Rice (440 yen) - The rice glistens and is chewy, sweet, and delicious!
- Vegetable Juice - Sweet like edamame and delicious!
- Corn Tea - Strong aroma of corn! The sweetness of corn is calming.
Total cost for two people was 13,571 yen. The fat content was refined and easy to eat, and the rice was especially delicious.

I came here after several years, and the location is around the middle of Matsuyacho Street, between Nagahori Street and Sennichimae Street. The dish that left an impression on me this time was the "Mixture Pot" for 1,800 yen (includes beef, pork, hormone, kimchi, etc.), which had a good seasoning and allowed me to enjoy various cuts of meat. Overall, the quality of all the meats was good and they looked beautiful, but the prices were somewhat high, so I think it's reasonable. It wasn't mind-blowing, but I think all of them were delicious in a normal way.

High-end yakiniku restaurant with delicious meat, although it is on the pricier side. I often order the premium cuts like special harami or top-quality misuji... anything with "special" in the name (laughs). The semi-private seating in the restaurant creates a relaxing atmosphere. The staff give detailed instructions on how to cook the meat, but they also let you cook freely to some extent (laughs).

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Tanimachi Kyuchome Station to Chitose-dori and Matsuyacho-dori. The restaurant has a spacious interior with seats arranged comfortably so you won't be bothered by the surroundings. Since it was my first time at this restaurant, I decided to go with the course menu. We started off with a lettuce salad, namul, senmai sashimi, and tataki. Then we enjoyed various delicious cuts of meat such as premium tongue salt, geta kalbi, crispy steak, and hane shita. Every piece of meat was incredibly tender and tasty. When you chew slowly, you can feel the texture of the meat fibers. The umami flavor of the meat spreads in your mouth, bringing a sense of happiness. The dipping sauces were different for each cut of meat, and the rock salt and kelp soy sauce were also delicious. The owner grilled and taught us how to eat the premium misuji and classic loin wrapped in vegetables. We wrapped the premium misuji in leaves, which added a nice flavor. The wine we had was a Coppola Pinot Noir, from the winery run by the daughter of director Coppola, inspired by film. It was fruity and delicious, pairing perfectly with the meat. We added more tongue salt and hane shita, and we were full. The bill was reasonable considering the quality of the meat, and I left fully satisfied. I could feel the owner's love for meat, and had a great time.

On December 26, 2020 (Saturday), I had the special Harami for ¥2,600 (excluding tax) and the Dobuzuke for ¥1,800 (excluding tax). The dish includes loin, belly, hormone, garlic, and vegetables. Once you try it, you'll be hooked on the taste. I also had the homemade Chonmaru cold noodles for ¥1,200 (excluding tax). The noodles are made from scratch after ordering, with a rich and chewy texture. The soup for the cold noodles is also homemade, taking over 5 hours to prepare. I also had corn tea and homemade vegetable juice. Highly recommended is the homemade Chonmaru cold noodles.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Namba and Nihonbashi, this location is truly a hidden gem that you wouldn't find unless you knew about it! Intrigued by the great reputation and the phrase, I decided to choose this restaurant for the day. There are three course options: 6000 yen, 7000 yen, and 8000 yen. The 6000 yen course has lower quality meat, while the 7000 yen and 8000 yen courses have the same meat quality. The difference is that the 8000 yen course includes meat and vegetable wraps, cold noodles or rice, and dessert. I opted for the 8000 yen course. The course included 12 items such as special prime ribs, salted tongue, premium loin, and more. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The master's expertise in grilling the meat was exceptional, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Tonight, I was in the mood for yakiniku and decided to try Tajima beef here. I ordered the special selection hane shita, premium loin, premium misuji, crispy steak, top loin, assorted hormone platter, grilled vegetable platter, kimchi, rice, and draft beer. The assorted hormone platter had a variety of cuts and looked a bit grotesque, so I didn't take a photo. I thought the taste was great considering the price. It was a satisfying meal! After this experience, I can understand why this restaurant was chosen as one of the top 100 in the area!

Located within walking distance from Osaka Metro Tanmachi Ku-Chome Station. My favorite dish at this restaurant is the salt-grilled beef tongue, which is addictive and keeps me coming back. They also offer rare cuts like premium hane-shita, and the sauce provided complements the meat perfectly.

A high-end yakiniku restaurant along Matsuyacho Street that specializes in Tajima beef. It's located about a 10-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station and Tanimachi Kyuchome Station. The exterior looks upscale with bonsai decorations, and the interior features a beautiful counter seating area surrounding a refrigerated showcase of Tajima beef. The menu offers a wide selection of wines, reflecting the owner's vision. The beef is top-notch Tajima beef that is marinated in a delicious sauce, making it incredibly tender and flavorful. The signature "do-tsubo" dish is a must-try, with a pot containing various cuts of beef, vegetables, and more. However, the beef tongue was just average when compared to the premium options. It's recommended to splurge on the top-quality cuts. Pairing the meat with stone-grilled bibimbap, yukgaejang-kukbap, and homemade chongmal cold noodles makes for a satisfying meal. The chongmal cold noodles are authentic and delicious, especially when mixed with kimchi and vinegar. Overall, the meal was reasonably priced at around 7500 yen per person, considering the quality of the meat. If you're looking to indulge in premium cuts, be prepared to spend more. Thank you for the feast!

I used it for the year-end forgetful party. I was worried about whether to go a la carte, but I ordered an 8000 yen course. All the meat was very delicious, and the thick-cut tongue was shiny and delicious, with a wonderful taste. We also ordered additional meat outside of the course, and the only thing that bothered me was that the service was a bit slow. But all the meat was so delicious that it's hard to complain... I also had several salads, and all of them had delicious dressings that made me want to order more. I want to go again.

I visited this restaurant for the first time in 3 years and decided to order the course menu for the first time. Many people in the Namba area (Osaka locals) frequent this restaurant called Tsuruushi Ichiban. I ordered the 10,000 yen course menu and it was a full satisfying course. The owner, who looks like a carpenter, Mr. Gen, gave detailed advice on how to grill and eat the meat. Sometimes he even helped grill the meat for us until it was ready to eat. The restaurant has a special sauce for each type of meat, and they explain the characteristics and best way to enjoy each type of meat. They also scold you if you grill the meat too much or eat it in the wrong order. We spent 2 and a half hours enjoying the yakiniku, which was a rare treat. The salad and pickles were delicious, and the vegetables were fresh and tasty. Grilling thick shiitake mushrooms and lotus roots was a new experience for me, and they were incredibly delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and when I thought I was full, the owner told me I had only eaten one-third of the meal, which surprised me. The meat was so flavorful, especially the marinated harami and the assorted hormone platter. I couldn't finish all the hormone dishes, but they were all amazing. We also had bibin noodles and yukgaejang soup dishes. As it was a special occasion, we were served ice cream as a complimentary dessert, which was a nice touch. The owner, a skilled yakiniku chef, was very kind, but I couldn't eat anymore. There were a lot of foreign customers, with more than 50% being non-Japanese, and they seemed to enjoy the meal as well. I've decided that this will be my go-to yakiniku restaurant from now on. I need to finish the bottle I have at other restaurants before coming back here again. Truly impressive!
