I boarded the final train bound for Abashiri on the Kushiro Line at 18:19. At first, it was crowded, but eventually, it was just me and a group of three salarymen. The surroundings were already dark, and I couldn't enjoy the scenery at all. After about three hours, we arrived at Katsura-dai Station, just before the final stop of Abashiri Station. As I walked back towards Kushiro, the road was icy and frozen, creating a world of ice. It was already April 7th, but there was still snow and ice on the ground, making it dangerous to walk in sneakers. Finally, I reached my destination for the night, Ramen Sanpachi Abashiri Store. The area had various shops like Nakau, a pachinko parlor, Daiso, Co-op Sapporo, and an internet cafe, but most were closed at that hour. Due to the cold, I decided to eat at Ramen Sanpachi, known for its delicious ramen. I ordered the ramen with mini curry for 800 yen. The miso ramen I chose came with bean sprouts, onions, kamaboko, Chinese cabbage, menma, and one slice of chashu. The miso had a rich flavor and was very delicious. The noodles were thick, and although they lacked a distinctive feature like the famous Sumire, they were still enjoyable. I also received an ice bar at the end. The name "Sanpachi" comes from the fact that the company's president was 38 years old when the store was opened. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.
