Visited for the 4th time after 2 years and 5 months, this time alone with no guests. The atmosphere was calm with the absence of the manager. Ordered the Shrimp-flavored Shio Ramen priced at ¥980. The clear chicken broth with shrimp-flavored oil was rich in aroma, starting with a light seafood taste and gradually deepening into a more complex and alluring flavor characteristic of Waumi. The noodles were ultra-thin, firm, and had a delightful wheat flavor that paired perfectly with the shrimp aroma. The toppings included two types of chashu (pork belly and rare chicken breast), Chinese cabbage, cabbage, and steamed wheat gluten. The chashu had a perfect balance of sweet pork belly and smoky chicken breast. The steamed wheat gluten added an extra layer of flavor to the already delicious soup. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and it was a shame that there were no other customers present.

One of the top restaurants in Hyogo Prefecture, Wami-san. Ramen Ichiza was empty even on Sunday at 7pm. The soup was clear and the noodles were delicious, I finished my meal in no time, including the rice. It was so delicious, but I felt a little lonely being the only customer.

At the ramen specialty restaurant Kazumi, I tried the cold ramen with firefly squid and dried sardines. The unique flavor of the firefly squid spreads in your mouth along with the dried sardines, making it delicious. The noodles, soup, and even the bowl were perfectly chilled. This is how cold ramen should be. Truly the ace of the cold ramen world, serving cold dishes even in the dead of winter.

I went to the salt ramen restaurant "Ramen Specialist Wakai," which focuses on no additives ☺︎ A famous restaurant in Amagasaki, "Wakai," was visited by a k-pop idol in Namba! There were idol goods lined up in the store, and the music playing inside the store was all k-pop, it was full of k-pop (laughs) I'm not very familiar with it, so I don't know much about it, haha I saw some fans of the idol here and there (laughs) The clear soup is beautiful ✨ The noodles, which are attractive just because they are additive-free, are thin and slurp-worthy. The rare chashu was soft and delicious, and it was interesting that there was wheat gluten in it. The balance of everything is good in this salt ramen. If you're interested, please give it a try ☺︎⏩ Salt Ramen ¥950

Visited the restaurant because they are offering some kind of cold limited edition again this year. I tried the cold yuzu salt ramen today. It was surprisingly refreshing with the acidity of the lemon. The moist chashu was delicious! #Wakai #RamenSpecialtyWakai #ColdYuzuSaltRamen #RamenGathering #NambaGourmet #Ramen #Noodles #RamenInstagram #NoodleLife #RamenClub #OsakaRamen #NambaLunch

"Ebi-flavored Shio Ramen, 980 yen. Located on the 9th floor of the Edion building where a cluster of ramen shops can be found. This ramen has a strong shrimp scent and a light flavor. The noodles are medium thickness. The three types of chashu, including chicken chashu, are highly rated. As someone who enjoys tonkotsu ramen, this ramen didn't leave a lasting impression, but the taste is delicious."

Lunch visit. Ticket system.
- Salt ramen 950
Hot soup and thin noodles. It was quite hot, so be careful not to burn yourself with the wheat gluten(?). The two slices of char siu were tender and very delicious.
- Chicken seared rice to finish 250
Chicken seared rice to eat with soup. This was quite delicious. The seared chicken itself lacked flavor, but when mixed with the soup for finishing, the rice was very tasty. Thank you for the meal.

I went to eat at a restaurant because TXT was there. The restaurant was playing TXT songs and had a lot of merchandise displayed, which got me really excited. I went on a Sunday at 2:30 pm, so it wasn't crowded, which was nice. The ramen came out quickly. I don't have much experience going to ramen shops, but I thought it was interesting that it had wheat gluten in it. The gluten soaked up a lot of the broth and made it really delicious. Surprisingly, it was light and easy to eat. I think it would be really crowded on days with live performances, so it might be better to go on a different day if you're a fan of Moa.

There is a famous ramen shop called "Nagomi" in Nishinomiya. I tried to visit twice but both times gave up due to the long line. I found out that they have a branch at the 8th floor of Edion in Namba, so I decided to go there. I went outside of lunchtime, so the restaurant was quite empty. I bought a ticket from the vending machine and chose the simple salt ramen. The thin noodles and simple soup were a good match, with a slightly sweet taste. The large round pieces of wheat gluten as toppings were fresh and matched well. I can try to replicate this at home. This was my first time at Ramen Ichiza, and they have a good lineup. Although I came for Nagomi this time, I will definitely come back for more.

The noodles were thin and disappointing. The taste was not bad, but the soup was average. I gave it a rating of 3.3 because the seared pork chashu was delicious. The chicken chashu had a modern touch with a hint of pink, so I let it simmer in the soup to cook through. The ring-shaped item was not an onion ring but a firm piece of gluten. Anyway, thanks for the meal.

I lined up early and was the first customer. I ordered the salt ramen with extra noodles. The salt ramen was okay, with a typical salty flavor. It was tasty but didn't have any special characteristics. The wheat gluten was decent. The extra noodles were thin and straight, more like somen noodles, which didn't really suit the ramen. If it was tonkotsu ramen, it would have been better. Overall, Edion was just okay. There weren't any standout ramen shops.

Chicken breast, chicken thigh, and pork belly chashu each on a plate. The chicken breast chashu was a bit too soft and slightly undercooked for my taste. It's interesting that they added wheat gluten. The salt ramen had a rich flavor compared to typical salt ramen. The noodles were delicious, but I'm not sure why I didn't feel excited. I used to like salt ramen, but lately I've been eating more soy sauce ramen, maybe my preferences have changed. I might have had too high expectations since this is the most popular shop in the Edion building. Salt Ramen 950.

The salt ramen was delicious as always. The thin noodles for the extra serving were the best. When I visited after a long time, I was surprised to see the walls covered with mysterious Korean idols. Is the store's background music also related to them? It's unsettling...

At first, I thought the taste was a bit bland, but as I kept eating, it became just right. The noodles are like fresh pasta, chewy with a hint of sweetness. Whether it's from soaking up the soup or not, the noodles alone have a subtle salty flavor that is very delicious. It may not have a strong punch, but with each bite, the umami flavor increases, making it a ramen that is addictive and makes you want to eat more.

This store seems to have a long line, so I visited the branch on the 9th floor of Namba EDION. It was a weekday afternoon, so the shop was not too crowded. I bought salt mixed ramen, salt ramen, and egg rice bowl from the ticket machine. It was served in less than 10 minutes. I tried both broths, but I could only slightly tell the difference... The broth, as mentioned in other reviews, was a bit light at first, but became just right as I ate. It's a salt-based broth, but quite rich... The amount of noodles was a bit small. The chicken breast chashu had a nice texture and was delicious. Other than that, I thought I didn't need the wheat gluten, but when I dipped it in the broth, it was super tasty! That was the best part! The egg rice bowl was also quite good. Thank you for the meal.

Today's limited edition ramen was delicious, priced at 1100 yen. It featured thick, tender chashu with three varieties. The flavor of sake lees and white miso was rich and satisfying. The soup was a bit light, but the chopped Chinese cabbage was a nice touch. The medium-thick noodles had a good firmness.

I heard that this ramen can be eaten without waiting in line, so I came to try it out. Despite the crowded streets of Namba on a Saturday afternoon, there was no line here at 1pm. The char siu was surprisingly tender and the Fuwadon was a classic combination of sweet and savory sauce with char siu and egg. The only regret was that the greens on top were not mitsuba but instead watercress.

Edion Namba's ramen alley was the busiest shop. We ordered soy sauce and salt ramen separately to share. The noodles were thick at first, but we opted for thin noodles for the extra serving. The broth was rich and flavorful, maybe a bit too strong at first, but surprisingly easy to eat. My companion ordered a pork bowl as a finishing touch and dipped it in the remaining soup, which turned out to be quite delicious! Both of us finished our meals, thank you for the feast!

The salt mix ramen for 1150 yen was good because it had three types of chashu, 2 pieces each, making it very filling. It was a popular menu item. However, the ramen was expensive, with other shops offering popular menus for 1450 yen. The broth was not as light as expected for a salt-based ramen, with a strong oily and rich flavor. The chashu was the highlight, especially the one in the middle which was tender and delicious. The addition of fu (wheat gluten) was unusual, and personally not necessary. The overall satisfaction for the price of 1150 yen was not there, and the broth left a slightly unsatisfying aftertaste. In the future, I may opt for plain ramen without the extra toppings.

I went to a popular restaurant in Namba, Osaka, where there is always a long line. I visited around 11:15 am on a Friday and was able to get in quickly as there were only two groups ahead of me. I ordered the Salt Mix and Fluffy Egg Bowl, which are their top dishes. The soup was delicious, the chicken chashu was tender and amazing. The Fluffy Egg Bowl surprised me with the amount of meat in it, and the dipping sauce was incredibly tasty. I will definitely go back again!
