Before the rain started, I visited the second stop on my ladder, "Noda Men En," which had closed unexpectedly twice in the past. Arrival time: 1:50 PM. Crowd level: 80%. The water served had lemon in it! It was refreshing and nice!! There was a family with small children sitting at the counter next to me. The children were lively and excited about the delicious-looking ramen, and seeing the happy family enjoying their meal made me feel warm and happy as well.
- Ordered the Pork Salt Ramen with Egg.
- Serving time: 10 minutes
It took a bit of time to be served, but the careful and efficient preparation showed that the ramen was going to be delicious. A simple and beautiful bowl. Took a sip of the soup. Clear and delicious! The pork flavor was rich yet the broth was light and clear. The floating oil added depth and satisfaction. The saltiness was just right. It started off slightly thin and hot, but as it cooled down, the saltiness became more pronounced (at least that's how I interpreted it). I enjoyed the soup until the last drop! The noodles were slightly soft (maybe because I have a sensitive palate), but they were easy to slurp and delicious. The cute boiled egg with a pig imprint was adorable! And this egg was warmed in the broth before being served. It's the little details like this that really enhance the overall deliciousness of a bowl of ramen. The egg was tasty with a nice salty flavor.
"Noda Men En," based on reviews I've seen, seems to have many other popular menu items as well! I'll definitely be back to try more dishes! Thank you for the meal.
I had planned to visit before the rain, but on my way back, I encountered a sudden downpour and ended up soaking wet on my return (laughs).

I stopped by for a walk. The noodles and ingredients were well done, and the taste can definitely compete with the top miso ramen shops in Sapporo. The firm curly noodles are similar to Sumire's. The flavor of the burnt fried tofu is irresistible! Personally, I'm not a big fan of miso ramen, so next time I'll try the salt ramen. It was quite off-peak during lunchtime, but there were still some people waiting outside, making it lively.

On Friday, feeling like a lunch refugee, I visited my beloved local ramen shop, Nodamen En. As always, I saw the "NO NOODLE NO LIFE" sticker on the ticket machine, confirming that I was in the right place! Today, I decided to go with the spicy miso ramen, a personal favorite. The shop was packed, and the owner was moving around the kitchen at lightning speed. In no time, my piping hot bowl of ramen was served. The flavorful miso broth, with a hint of creaminess, was a delight to savor. The charred chashu was cooked to perfection, adding a nice touch to the dish. I slurped up every last bit of the delicious noodles and soup, leaving behind a few stains on my shirt. Another satisfying meal at Nodamen En! This was my 278th bowl of ramen this year.

I finished my human dock checkup safely and headed straight to my favorite ramen shop, Noda Men En, to treat myself. I ordered the limited "Seafood Yukke Tororo Mazesoba" to address the doctor's concerns about my excessive fat intake and lack of exercise. The noodles were thick with a good chewiness and the yukke sauce was flavorful with a nice kick. I topped it off with grated yam, wasabi, seaweed, shiso, raw egg, and the catch of the day, creating a unique and delicious dish. The style of serving the toppings separately was fun and interactive. The dish was refreshing and perfect for the hot September weather. The day's fish was yellowtail, but the variety changes each time I visit, making it more exciting than a typical seafood restaurant. I mixed the tororo well and enjoyed the dish with the accompanying "one bite of rice." Despite my intentions to start a diet, I couldn't resist finishing every last bite of this satisfying meal. I highly recommend trying this limited dish if you get the chance. This was my 275th bowl of ramen this year.

The spicy and rich miso ramen was delicious! The thick and flavorful broth had just the right amount of richness, paired perfectly with the curly noodles, and the chashu was also delicious. I usually don't prefer miso ramen, but I would definitely want to eat this miso ramen again. I am curious about the other limited menu items and the shoyu ramen, so I want to try those next time. Thank you for the meal.

I recently visited the shop #Noda Men En near Noda-Hanshin Station in Osaka, known for their expertise in #tonkotsu clear soup. This time, I tried their limited edition menu item, the #Osaka Spicy Rich Miso, which has been promoted to a signature dish. The soup is a blend of several types of miso added to a base of rich tonkotsu, with the addition of sweet and spicy flavors like doubanjiang and tianmianjiang. The result is a flavorful, addictive medium-thick soup that pairs well with the chewy medium-thin noodles from Yamadai, creating a delicious combination. I was impressed by the popularity of this menu item and its excellent quality. I look forward to trying other items on their menu in the future. #Ramen #MisoRamen #Noodles #OsakaRamen #KansaiRamen #NodaMen.

I visited the restaurant during lunchtime, and they were only open for lunch. I tried their summer limited edition chilled yuzu-flavored dried fish salt ramen. The soup was clear and had a refreshing taste. The toppings included chashu, green onions, kaiware, chopped purple onions, and nori. The medium-thin noodles were firm and chewy. The branded chashu had a unique taste. It was a perfect dish for the hot summer weather. Delicious!

Lunch today is at Nodahan Shin-Hanshin Station, where I went to Nodamen -En-. I had the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. The ramen came with a seasoned egg as a service from Ramen Circuit. It was a slightly sweet but flavorful soy sauce ramen. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal! #Osaka #Nodahan Shin-Hanshin #Ramen #Ramen Circuit #Nodamen -En-

Today's first stop is at "Noda Men - En" in Noda. Originally, I was planning to go to a different restaurant in the Fukushima area, but I saw a recommendation from a trusted blogger and it looked delicious, so I decided to change my plans and come here. I ordered the "Yuzu-infused Cold Shoyu Ramen" from the ticket machine. It is finished with a fragrant oil. First, let's start with the soup. The pork is infused with a gentle bonito aroma. The seasoning is salt. I usually don't prefer pork broth, but the pork here is delicious. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles with a good texture. The toppings include chashu, chopped green onions, onions, kaiware (daikon sprouts), yuzu peel, and seaweed. The chashu is thick but tender and tasty. The onions are Early Red variety. The kaiware and yuzu add a summery touch. The energetic two gentlemen running the place create a great atmosphere, and both of them can make ramen, so the operation runs smoothly with minimal waiting time, making it a stress-free dining experience. It's surprising that despite being in their 8th year of business, they are not a popular spot with long lines. I have found another favorite ramen spot in the Fukushima area. I will definitely visit again when I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I visited a restaurant after half a year because I heard they were offering a summer limited menu. I arrived at the restaurant around 2 pm and purchased a ticket for the limited ramen "Yuzu-scented Cold Shio Ramen" (1,000 yen) at the ticket machine before sitting at the counter. The bowl was topped with chashu, nori, chopped onions, chopped green onions, kaiware, and yuzu. The soup is based on a clear tonkotsu broth with added dried sardines and thickness from sardine oil, without the typical bitterness or fishy smell of sardines, it is light yet flavorful. The noodles are medium-thin noodles that have been cooled in cold water, with a strong texture and a smooth and slippery mouthfeel that pairs well with the soup. The balance of the ingredients like onions, green onions, kaiware, nori, and the soup is excellent, with the yuzu fragrance adding a nice accent. The chashu is made from pork shoulder loin that brings out the umami of the meat, and it complements the light soup well. Unlike typical cold ramen, there was no solidification of oil throughout the meal, and the soup and oil blended well until the end, making it delicious.

#Ramen Circuit currently being held. For today's lunch, we went to Noda Hankyu and tried the Nodamen Spicy Miso for 1000 yen and the Tonkotsu Shio for 1000 yen. We also shared a set of mini fried rice and 4 dumplings for 450 yen. The noodles were of different thickness, with the miso ramen having medium thick noodles and the other one having medium thin noodles. The bowls were extremely hot, making it difficult to hold. The staff warned us about the heat, mentioning that they have gotten used to it. The soups were both flavorful, with a good base and carefully selected seasonings. The bonus of a half-boiled seasoned egg was a nice touch. The fried rice was lightly seasoned, which I personally liked, although it could have had less oil. The dumplings were also good, with a ladle that had holes for picking up the ingredients and cold towels for refreshing. The attention to detail in the service was excellent. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again. #OsakaGourmet #OsakaLunch

I went there on a weekday afternoon. It was full, so I had to wait a little. I ordered miso ramen. I don't usually eat miso ramen because I don't find it that delicious. However, the top left on the ticket machine is where I think the number one recommendation is, so even though I don't usually eat miso ramen, I ordered it this time. The miso ramen was honestly... so-so. I should have gone with the salt flavor. The top left is tricky.

I usually visit this restaurant during the day, but I went at night for the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival, which extended their hours from 11:00 to 22:00. There was a wait of about three groups ahead of us, but we were seated after a short wait. I ordered the miso ramen and fried rice. I don't usually eat miso ramen, but the miso ramen here was incredibly delicious. The fried rice was simple but had a rustic and delicious flavor. I would like to visit again during their regular daytime hours!

I visited Noda Men En for dinner and was able to enter smoothly even though it was a bit late. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen, which was served promptly. The soup had a rich miso flavor with a moderate level of spiciness that complemented the ramen well. The noodles were firm and had a good texture. The pork chashu was tender and juicy. The seared thin fried tofu was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

On a regular weekday afternoon, I went to JR Ebioke Station, which is connected to Nodahanshin Station on the Osaka Metro Chitose Line, so I took the underground route. It's just a little over a minute walk from exit 7, along the Hanshin Expressway overhead. I bought my ticket from the machine outside and took a hot towel before entering. The interior of the restaurant, which was renovated last year, has a compact layout with a counter that can seat about 6 people and a row of two-seater counters, with the kitchen right in front. This restaurant is part of the Ramen Circuit, so I was able to get a seasoned egg by showing my stamp card. After a short wait, the ramen was served. The soup, a combination of pork bone and rich miso, had a glossy layer of lard on top. The flavorful miso paired with the rich pork bone made the soup delicious. It had a bit of spiciness that added a nice kick without being overwhelming, and the grilled tofu had a nice smoky flavor. The purple onions, chopped green onions, and bean sprouts added a nice touch to the rich soup. The rolled chashu pork was tender and juicy, with a good amount of meaty flavor from being simmered and then seared. The soft-boiled seasoned egg was a must-have for this ramen, with its custard-like white and gooey yolk. The curly medium-thick egg noodles were chewy and went well with the miso broth. There was a bit of minced meat at the bottom, which I ate with a perforated spoon. It was a bit heavy but very satisfying and delicious. I would like to try their other ramen dishes in the future. Thank you for the meal.

Arrived a little after 1:30 pm, no wait, chose soy sauce ramen while leaving the spicy miso ramen to my partner. The counter with 8 seats was being managed by a single person, the master, who was working quickly and efficiently. The sound of the work was not refined, but you could feel the full effort being put in, which was satisfying to watch. The ramen was served in less than 10 minutes - impressive! The soup had a rich chicken oil flavor, the noodles were medium-thin straight type, and the egg was delicious with a cute pig logo. The fried rice could have used a bit more salt for my taste, but it was well-made and fluffy. I tried a bite of my partner's spicy miso ramen, and it was indeed deserving of its top menu status. The side dishes like the seared chashu and sweet and spicy pork bowl also seem promising. I would definitely like to come back again.

I usually don't eat miso ramen, but I decided to try it because it was recommended. The soup was incredibly smooth. The noodles were a good thickness and easy to eat, and the chashu had a satisfying amount. The fried rice was also delicious! Overall, I would rate the quality at 3.6 or higher.

There are various types of ramen available at Noda Men near Noda Station! I visited around 11:20 on a weekday lunch and had to wait for about 3 people before entering the restaurant, which took about 10 minutes. I was unsure of what to order. They had salt ramen, miso ramen, and tonkotsu shiratama - it seemed like the miso ramen, which won the miso division GP, was popular. However, I was in the mood for a rich tonkotsu shiratama with a seasoned egg for 1100 yen and a sweet and spicy simmered pork bowl for 200 yen, totaling 1300 yen. The main dish, a tonkotsu ramen with a strong salt flavor, was delicious! I could taste the richness of the tonkotsu, and it paired perfectly with the thin noodles. The chashu was juicy and flavorful - it was really delicious! Additionally, the simmered pork bowl for 200 yen was unexpectedly large. It had a great cost performance and was incredibly tasty with its rich seasoning. Next time, I will try the miso ramen or salt ramen. It was truly delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Noda-Hanshin station is a 2-minute walk away. I arrived around 11 am on a weekday and there were already 4 customers inside. After waiting in line three times, I finally got a seat inside the restaurant. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen for 1,000 yen. The miso soup had a beautiful appearance with toppings of onions, grilled thick tofu, and chashu. The soup had a slight spiciness followed by a rich umami flavor that was incredibly delicious. The miso had a balanced taste with various flavors, including the sweetness of the vegetables. The slightly thick curly noodles paired well with the soup and picked up the hot soup nicely. The chashu was tender and flavorful, adding richness to the dish. The grilled thick tofu also added a delicious aroma. Overall, the ramen had a high level of completion with both its visual presentation and taste. Thank you for the meal!

Order: Spicy and flavorful miso ramen with egg, along with half fried rice. I arrived before 2 pm and there was no wait, with only a few customers inside. I had heard that the miso ramen was delicious, so I bought a ticket with an egg. Since I was hungry, I also ordered the half fried rice. First, the fried rice arrived. It was made with slightly moist rice and I quite liked it. The ramen soup wasn't very spicy, but you could taste the richness of the miso, which was delicious. The curly noodles went well with the miso soup and had a good texture. The location is convenient near the station, so I would like to visit again if I'm in the area.

After finishing work, I decided to grab lunch. There were only four people ahead of me in line, so I decided to wait. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and half fried rice. While waiting in line, I found out that the limited dried fish ramen was sold out, so I opted for the spicy miso ramen instead. It was rich and slightly spicy, with the noodles being changed to medium thick curly noodles for the miso version. Some people might find it a bit salty. The fried rice had a strong flavor which I enjoyed. They also offer other types of ramen such as pork bone white broth, salt, and soy sauce, so I plan to try them out next time.
