"Becca" means "to peck" and "Fico" means "fig." It refers to a gourmet bird that enjoys eating ripe figs. I made a reservation for 1:00 PM after calling at 11:00 AM and was the first to enter at the 1:00 PM slot. The seating arrangement was in a reverse L shape, with the inside of the L being the seating area. I noticed that all the customers seemed to have made reservations, so my decision to call ahead was the right one. There were no menus, just one option: "We will make it for you."Lunch Set for ¥1000 included:- Assorted appetizers- Focaccia- Fish Ragout Sauce PastaI was first surprised by the volume of the appetizers and then amazed by the quality of each item. The freshly fried chicken cutlet frittata was juicy and full of flavor. The eggplant had a surprising texture, almost like oysters. The focaccia sprinkled with black sesame seeds had a fragrant aroma, plenty of salt, and was soaked in oil, making it satisfying to eat. It paired well with alcohol. For the main dish, handmade pasta with fish ragout sauce was served. The pasta was slightly increased as a service due to the wait, which was much appreciated. The pasta, with a diameter of about 2mm, had a firm elasticity and a rich wheat flavor. The combination of the fish ingredients, oysters, daikon radish, and komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) created a depth of flavor that was truly delicious and satisfying. The harmony between the ingredients, sauce, and pasta was exceptional. It was incredibly delicious! \(^o^)/
