Ordered:
- Ichimaru Ramen 920 yen + extra noodles 100 yen + small dobon 130 yen
- Chicken White Tan Tan Men 1,000 yen
There was no wait when I arrived at the restaurant, so I was seated immediately. The noodles in the Ichimaru Ramen were made of whole wheat and were medium thickness and straight. They were smooth, shiny, had a good texture, and were incredibly delicious! The soup was a rich chicken white broth, but it wasn't thick and heavy, it had a smooth texture for a white broth, and the richness was in the flavor. It had a mellow sweetness with a hint of spiciness from red pepper threads and black pepper. I initially underestimated the traditional chicken white broth, but I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in this menu item. It was really delicious!
The Chicken White Tan Tan Men had thin straight noodles. The soup was similar to the previous one but with added toppings from the Tan Tan Men dish, and it was also delicious! To put it simply, it had the same flavor profile as before but with added spiciness. The service was average. Both dishes were extremely delicious and showed a lot of dedication, so I would love to try the other menu items like Niimaru and Yuumaru in the future. It was a charming restaurant with a lot of appeal.

I was suddenly told by my wife that there was no dinner, so I decided to visit this restaurant that I had been curious about. It was a weekday at 7:00 PM and there was only one customer already there. It's a popular place, so the manager will assign you a seat. I purchased the spicy mixed noodles that I had been eyeing on the ticket machine. Although it's not included in the set, you can add extra rice.

I went to "Ichimaru Ramen" without checking SNS, only to find out that they were closed for lunch. So I quickly decided to visit "Ichimaru Ramen" instead. I noticed that they had added new items to their menu, which got me really excited. I ordered the "Spicy Mazesoba" from the ticket machine. The noodles were medium thickness with a firm and bouncy texture. The charred diced chashu was delicious, and the level of spiciness was just right, making it very easy to eat. I'm interested in trying their other new mazesoba dish, so I definitely want to visit again. This was my 231st bowl of ramen this year.

I chose the chicken broth ramen \(^o^)/ Recently, it seems like they are managing with 2-3 people instead of just one, which feels good (*^o^*) I used to be bothered by the tables not being wiped down, but this time it was clean (*^^*) The flavor is a rich white broth (*^^*) The chashu is melt-in-your-mouth tender and juicy \(^o^)/ There's a lot of pepper on top, so it's a must-try for pepper lovers (*^^*) Thank you for the meal \(^o^)/

It's been a while since I visited Ichimaru-san, looking at the previous review it seems like it was 1 and a half years ago (^_^;) The shop, Omise, is located about a 5-minute walk south from Osaka Metro Nodahanshin Station or JR Tozai Line Ebisue Station, with only 9 counter seats. There is a ticket machine at the front of the shop, and inside, you'll find the friendly couple who run the place. Despite a couple of people waiting outside during lunchtime, we were able to enter without much of a wait.
- Spicy Mixed Ramen (1000 yen)
Looking at the ticket machine, there's a new menu item called Spicy Kararamen, which caught my eye. As a fan of spicy food, I couldn't resist trying it out. After a short wait, the mixed ramen was served and I immediately mixed it thoroughly. The noodles are the same as the other ramen dishes, made by Minoya Seimen with whole wheat flour. The special soy sauce-based sauce paired well with the noodles, giving a nice chewy texture. Despite being labeled as spicy, it wasn't too hot or numbing, making it suitable even for those who are not good with spicy food. Checking the shop's Instagram, I found out that on the 10th of every month, they serve a super-rich Aragoshi Niku Hakutang【Aragosh】. As a fan of rich flavors, I might aim for that next time.

When I was traveling in Osaka, I came across a ramen shop that seemed like a good place for lunch. I ordered the Ichimaru Chashu Ramen with a side of rice. The Ichimaru Chashu Ramen had a rich chicken broth that was flavorful but not overpowering. The noodles were medium thick and had a satisfying texture that paired well with the soup. The chashu was tender and melted in your mouth, adding a delicious punch of flavor to the broth. After finishing the noodles, I dipped the rice into the soup and it took the meal to a whole new level. In short, it was delicious!

I visited the restaurant on a regular night at 22:36. I bought a meal ticket at the vending machine and waited outside for about 10 minutes as the inside was full. I received my order at 22:54. I had the "Tax-included Ni Maru Nito Ramen" which is a light chicken broth ramen with chopped large leaf herbs. It cost ¥980. The "Ichimaru Ramen" was so satisfying!

After having dinner around here on a regular day, I felt the urge to finish with some delicious ramen as I walked, and ended up here. The rich chicken white broth had a slightly strong black pepper flavor. The chef seemed a bit tired as it was close to closing time, and perhaps because of the atmosphere in the restaurant, I couldn't fully enjoy the soup that was probably made with great effort. It left me feeling a little disappointed.

It was my first time at this ramen shop, and I usually order the default ramen, but this time I wanted something light, so I ordered the Ni Maru Ramen. It was a light chicken broth with a refreshing taste of shiso leaves, and the thin noodles made it easy to finish. It was delicious. Next time, I want to try the Ichi Maru Ramen, which is known for its rich and tasty broth.

Thick ramen that often has a long line during lunchtime. The egg is cooked to a firm half-boiled texture. Drinking all the soup feels a bit sinful due to its richness. The toppings include seaweed, menma, green onions, and a generous amount of pepper. The chashu is also delicious. I highly recommend trying this ramen at least once.

Noda Station is a 2-minute walk away. I randomly stopped by and found the ramen here to be interesting! It's been a while since I finished all the soup. I bought a ticket at the machine in front of the store. The interior of the store only has a counter. The Ichi Maru Simmered Egg Ramen (980 yen) was served right in front of me! They don't even let it cool down, even though it might be hot... I watched the process of making it, and they carefully prepared everything freshly. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles with whole wheat, providing a firm texture. The soup is rich in chicken flavor yet refreshing. It's just delicious without overthinking it! They put quite a lot of black pepper at the end. The balance of everything is really good. It's rare to find a place where everything, including the heat, is just right. It's a great place. I finished all the soup. I felt like the noodles were a bit lacking though... Thank you for the meal!

I went to a popular ramen restaurant called Ichimaru Nitamago Ramen (Specialty! Rich Chicken White Broth) recommended by a friend from Noda-Hanshin. The soup was rich and creamy, with simmered eggs, tender chashu, melt-in-your-mouth onions, and crunchy bamboo shoots. It was delicious. It was late at night, but customers kept coming in one after another.

This time, I chose the light soy sauce ramen. First of all, I must tell you that the rich chicken white broth ramen here is the best recommendation. It is incredibly delicious, so make sure to try that one first. I have been here many times, so this time I purposely tried the soy sauce ramen. In short, please try the number one recommendation, the rich chicken white broth ramen. Unfortunately, the soy sauce ramen was not to my liking, but the chashu was delicious. If you want to try soy sauce ramen, go to a ramen shop that specializes in it! That's all for the soy sauce talk. Personally, my favorite ramen here is the rich chicken white broth ramen. I really love Ichimaru Ramen. I will definitely come back to try the rich chicken white broth ramen again.

This is a classic, rich ramen that satisfies your cravings. The soup is delicious, and the noodles are perfectly chewy, making it very tasty. It's the perfect place to go when you're in the mood for a satisfying bowl of ramen. I finished every last drop of the soup and even poured some over my rice bowl to enjoy every bit of it. I left feeling full and satisfied. The restaurant is a bit cramped, so it's best to dress casually in case you get a little messy.

I wanted to eat ramen for lunch while working in Fukushima, so I searched the area with my colleague and came across Ichimaru Ramen, which had good reviews. I ordered the classic Ichinio with egg and chicken white broth. It was rich and very delicious, I am satisfied! I want to come back again!!

I went to a ramen shop that my friend recommended as delicious. When I arrived a little past 11:30, there were about 6 people in line buying meal tickets and going inside. I was nervous about whether I would be able to get in. The interior of the shop had only 9 counter seats. Luckily, there was one seat available, and I was able to get in on the first round after opening! The ramen I ordered was "Ichimaru Ramen (rich) with seasoned egg topping" for 950 yen. The rich chicken bone soup was creamy and very delicious! The curly medium noodles were not very chewy but had a good texture. As someone who prefers thin noodles, I found these noodles to be average, but I think they are the right choice when considering how they mix with the soup. The bamboo shoots were thick and had a good texture. The seasoned egg had a creamy center and looked appetizing. The only thing that bothered me was that the raw onions were cut into larger pieces rather than minced. I don't like raw onions (because of the aftertaste), so I could do without them. However, the size was easy to avoid while eating, so that was good. I think for those who like it, the large pieces of raw onions in the rich soup can be a refreshing accent. Even after finishing my meal, there were still people lining up outside, so I realized once again that this is a popular shop. I'm in a good mood after enjoying delicious ramen. Thank you for the meal.

Visited "Ichimaru Ramen" in Noda Hanshin, known for its popular chicken white broth ramen. Ordered the Ichimaru Nitamago Ramen for 950 yen. The chicken white broth soup here is thick and rich, not foamy. It has a combination of chicken umami and a slightly sweet soy sauce flavor, which is delicious. The chashu is tender and the noodles are thick straight noodles made from whole wheat flour. The noodles are hot, but the menma (bamboo shoots) are thick and lukewarm. However, being a popular restaurant, the overall balance of flavors is excellent and very tasty. What stood out more was the efficient movement of the owner. Even though he was making ramen for 9 seats by himself, when the restaurant was full, he took orders first, then proceeded with making the ramen, refilling water pitchers, and moving around efficiently. Not only that, he interacted well with the staff and greeted customers warmly. It was very satisfying to enjoy delicious ramen while witnessing the owner's attentive and efficient service. Visited on a Saturday at 12:30 PM. There were 9 people waiting outside, and we were able to be seated in about 15 minutes.

I discovered a ramen shop that I had been curious about because I was craving ramen! It's called "Ichimaru Ramen" located near Noda Station in Fukushima Ward. They have a variety of options, and I chose the rich chicken white broth Ichimaru Ramen. The Nigimaru Ramen has shiso leaves in it and is lighter in flavor. The seating area is spacious with partitions, and the wait for the food is about 5-10 minutes! The presentation is great, and the smell is incredibly delicious.
Ichimaru Ramen: When I took a sip of the soup, the rich flavor spread in my mouth. Mixing black pepper into the soup gave it a punch, almost like a carbonara flavor, and it was very tasty. The noodles were easy to eat with the soup coating them well, making it hard to stop eating.
Nigimaru Ramen: By adding shiso leaves, it has a light taste with thin noodles, recommended for those who prefer a lighter meal. The aroma of the shiso leaves is nice, so it's recommended for women!
Heta Mayo Don: The char siu with mayonnaise and green onions was incredibly delicious. Pouring the soup from the Ichimaru Ramen over it made it even tastier! It was my first time there, and it was so delicious that it was impressive! If you want to try rich ramen, be sure to visit this place!

I went to "Ichimaru Ramen" near Nodahanshin Station during the day for lunch. There is a ticket machine outside the shop. I bought a ticket for "Ichimaru Ramen" and "extra noodles" and went inside. It's a shop with only an L-shaped counter. After handing in my ticket, I waited for about 5 minutes and my bowl arrived! First, I took a sip of the soup. It's a rich and creamy chicken white broth soup. It's incredibly delicious. Next, I slurped the noodles. They are medium-thick straight noodles with whole wheat flour. They have a strong texture that doesn't lose to the soup. The toppings include chashu, onions, menma, green onions, shredded red chili, and black pepper. The chashu is seared in a frying pan before being placed on top. The onions are crispy and super good. The black pepper adds a nice accent. I quickly finished the meal and before I knew it, it was all gone. Thank you for the meal.

In June of the 4th year of Reiwa, during lunchtime (11:30-14:30), Ipponmaru Ramen is priced at 820 yen. The soup is made with a terrifying amount of chicken bones, cooked to bring out the deliciousness and flavor of the chicken without any unpleasant smell. It is rich but not overwhelming, with a smooth soup full of collagen. The noodles are medium-thick whole wheat noodles. The chashu is made from pork belly that has been simmered slowly for a long time, resulting in a tender and fluffy texture. It is then pan-fried individually to enhance its flavor. This ramen has a perfect balance of deliciousness.

I got off at Noda Station on the circular line and had a meal at Ichimaru Ramen. I was debating between Ichimaru or Nimaru at the ticket machine, but I ended up choosing Nimaru Ramen with its special rich soup. The soup was surprisingly light and delicious. The chashu, seasoned egg, and seaweed were all tasty and satisfying. Although I was initially hesitant about the rich soup, I enjoyed the balance of flavors. I chose Nimaru this time, but I would like to try Ichimaru next time.
