I visited this restaurant for the first time in two years and sat at the counter, starting with a bottle of beer to quench my thirst. I looked at the menu and searched for dishes I had never tried before, ordering "Gorgonzola Potato Salad" and "Carpaccio" in half portions. The "Gorgonzola Potato Salad" combines the deliciousness of potatoes with the rich acidity of Gorgonzola and the nutty flavor of walnuts. It is already very delicious on its own, but it becomes even tastier when eaten on a baguette. The "Carpaccio" has a smoky aroma of smoked bonito and the savory fragrance of fried garlic, mixed with the flavors of balsamic vinegar and mayonnaise, making it very delicious. I finished my beer and then ordered a "Makikore Wine", which has a good aroma, fruity and full-bodied taste, perfect for rich dishes. I also had a few highballs before leaving the restaurant. I visited alone this time, but I was grateful that they offered half portions of the dishes. All the dishes were at a level that can be called exquisite! It's a restaurant that I would want to visit every week if it were closer.

I used to go to this place a long time ago. Finally made it this weekend, it was early and not crowded, I sat at the counter. I saw on social media that they don't serve people who don't drink, so I ordered a bottle of wine. I had already been to another place earlier that day, so I just had a light snack of tartare and firefly squid. Both were delicious! The atmosphere was a bit like a grumpy old man, not very friendly, so be aware of that.笑

Located a 5-7 minute walk from Temmabashi Rokuchome Station, Italian seasonal bar Ricaricare offers a concept of enjoying wine and Italian cuisine at the same time, fitting the atmosphere of Tenma. While they do not turn away non-drinkers, the focus is primarily on alcohol consumption. The dishes are all small portions, with no pasta dishes available, and a variety of appetizers to pair with drinks. We tried the daily carpaccio, scallop and avocado tartare, rapeseed anchovy peperoncino, and pork spare rib spring cabbage prese style. The carpaccio using bonito was delicious with the accent of red peppercorns, enhancing the umami of the bonito, and the avocado-rich tartare was also excellent, especially with the bread. The seasonal dishes like the rapeseed anchovy peperoncino and the tender pork spare ribs with spring cabbage were perfect for the season and paired well with drinks. The shop is located a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Temma. They have a wide variety of beers and wines, and you can help yourself to beer from the refrigerator. The food in general is delicious, and I honestly want to go back. It seems that you can only order main dishes like pasta when everyone is present, which may be due to the owner's preference, but it can be a bit difficult when going with multiple people after work.

After leaving the izakaya Sumon Nishiya, we visited a few more bars without taking any photos. We were excited and asking each other what would be good for our last stop, and someone suggested Italian food. I didn't know any Italian restaurants, but then I remembered a place that my acquaintance often goes to. So, we went there. The atmosphere was lively with regular customers chatting with the owner at the counter. We ordered wine, Bagna Cauda, and Penne all'Arrabbiata. I really like the addictive taste of Bagna Cauda. The wine was also very good and went down smoothly. Penne all'Arrabbiata is a pasta dish that I have loved for a long time. It's surprisingly hard to find in restaurants, so I was really happy to see it on the menu. My companion was chatting with the staff about some kind of coffee liqueur, but I didn't catch the details. After that, for some reason, we ended up going to Sakai to have another drink. It turned into quite a big night out!

Today, I visited Rikari Care, a place I had been curious about for a while. The restaurant is located on the second floor, with a green sign as a landmark and a narrow staircase. The main feature is the counter, and the interior is beautifully designed with the use of wood. I decided to try a glass of wine, as I am not very knowledgeable about wine. Usually, wine gives me a headache, but the wine I had here was fine. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the delicious wine I had (sad face). The food was also delicious, with each dish being tasty. Personally, I couldn't get enough of the tender meat in the red wine stew! I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

After leaving Sakaraba, I arrived at Rikarikaremaster to give my end-of-year greetings. The sign on the door said, "Sorry, no excessive drinking." I haven't been drinking too much, but I have definitely been eating too much! When I told the master about it, he chuckled and said it's a regular occurrence for me to come in after eating too much. Despite the late hour, the restaurant was still full of customers, mostly from a year-end party for people in the food and beverage industry. I decided to order a glass of red wine first, then a glass of white. As for the food, I had some overflowing potatoes with truffle salt, which went well with both beer and wine. There was also a new gratin on the menu made with cod milt, but since I don't like milt, the master kindly changed it to a clam gratin for me. Both dishes and the wine were delicious. I really wanted to chat with the master, but he was too busy preparing dishes for the party. Well, I guess that's a good sign of a thriving business. The beautiful female server poured my wine, and the total bill came to 2900 yen. Despite being busy, the master and the server came to see me off at the door. I haven't visited this place yet this year, but I think I'll drop by soon to say hello.

I was curious so I visited, got a little lost on the way but found it at the top of the stairs in the building. It was truly like a hidden gem of a restaurant. There were so many appealing menu items that I had a hard time deciding what to order! The cod milt in garlic oil was excellent. The bonito carpaccio was also thick and delicious. The only downside was that the dishes took a bit long to come out.

I visited the restaurant around 7:00 PM on Wednesday. The interior was a bit small with only a counter and one table. There seemed to be only one menu item, so I took a photo for future reference. I ordered various dishes, and the somewhat unfriendly owner carefully prepared each one. For drinks, you can take any beer you like from the shelf behind the counter. Everything I tried was delicious! The smoked salmon was especially recommended - it was indescribably delicious with just the right smokiness and texture! The pasta dishes were also well-seasoned and fantastic, so you can't go wrong with any choice. It takes a bit of courage to go in alone, but it's a great place to enjoy amazing food! A hidden Italian restaurant located just off the Tenjinbashi shopping street. It's right in the middle of Temma Station and Tenjinbashi Rokuchome Station. It's a popular spot, so reservations are a must. The food tends to come out slowly, so it might be awkward to go with someone you're not close with. It's on the second floor, with an L-shaped counter and a few tables. They ask not to use it as a second stop, they want you to come for the food. The menu is extensive, so it's hard to choose. I ordered five dishes: lightly smoked bonito carpaccio (900 yen), chicken wing fritters (600 yen), desperate hamburger 200g (1100 yen), pasta with dried tomatoes and raw garlic (1000 yen), and red wine-braised black wagyu beef tendons (2100 yen). The smoked bonito carpaccio was surprisingly well-balanced and delicious. The chicken wing fritters were light and easy to eat. The desperate hamburger was meaty and juicy, with the option to add cheese for 100 yen. The red wine-braised black wagyu beef tendons were solid, with large pieces of meat. The highlight was the pasta with dried tomatoes and raw garlic, which was incredibly delicious. The balance of tomato acidity and garlic was perfect. It took about 2 to 2.5 hours for all five dishes to come out, even though the restaurant wasn't full. The pasta was so good that it's a must-try despite the slow service. Thank you for the meal!

Visited the second place and it was quite crowded! Sat at the usual counter seat and enjoyed a refreshing Baraden. "Baraden Super Bitter" had a rich flavor with a good finish, very tasty! For a side dish, ordered a mozzarella and peach prosciutto salad. The peach was perfectly ripe with a great texture and sweetness, combined with the salty prosciutto and creamy buffalo mozzarella, it was amazing! The peach had a wonderful fragrance and was very delicious. Ordered a "Messina" for the second drink, which was very light and easy to drink. Feeling a bit full, ordered the eel and foie gras grilled risotto that looked delicious on Instagram. For the third drink, had a "Moretti". Moretti had a smooth taste with a classic flavor. Fell in love with Italian beers I learned about here. The eel risotto arrived, with a crispy texture, topped with fatty eel and rich foie gras. The sweet and savory taste of the eel sauce, a fusion of Japanese and Western flavors. Each ingredient stood out but blended together perfectly, very delicious! It has become a very popular restaurant. Despite overcoming COVID-19 (although we are still in the midst of the pandemic), the cost performance has become extremely good! In the midst of a price increase rush...is everything okay? There are plenty of cheap menu options available here. I have various favorite dishes, but the pasta at the end is incredibly delicious. The original pasta that I asked to be made was also very tasty. I have a feeling that reservations will soon be required...There are many dishes that are not only delicious but also beautiful, so there is a high percentage of women. I will continue to occasionally enjoy drinking in a corner of this restaurant!

When I left the charcoal-grilled chicken beans behind, I visited this place after a long time, Rikari Care Remaster. Since I know the owner through Tabelog, the door was already closed with a sign hanging on it when I arrived. However, the owner came from the back and opened the door for me. He mentioned that they closed early today because they were not busy, but usually, they are fully booked on weekends. It's no wonder, as their Tabelog rating is currently above 3.67. The owner himself was surprised by this. Rikari Care has been open for almost 4 years now and has become quite a popular place. As this was my fifth visit, I didn't plan to order much, so I opted for the assorted appetizers. Although it's not on the menu anymore, the owner specially prepared it for me. The presentation was colorful and beautiful, and the dishes were delicious as well. The owner mentioned that they have added more items to the menu and encouraged me to try them next time. For drinks, the owner recommended Italian beers - Super Messina and Peroni. Among them, Messina had a taste similar to Japanese beer and was quite delicious. The cozy atmosphere allowed me to chat with the owner for about an hour and a half. I usually don't stay long at one place during my food and drink tours, but finding a place where I can relax like this feels like discovering a hidden gem. I want to clarify that I don't show favoritism to acquaintances when it comes to reviews. If the food or atmosphere at a place is not good, I would have stopped visiting a long time ago. My continuous visits over the past 4 years are a testament to the quality of this place. Moreover, the high visit rate of discerning food bloggers here adds to the credibility of their rating. I will reassess the rating after trying more dishes next time. Well, it seems like I mostly just drink when I come here, haha.

Italian restaurant on the second floor. I found it by searching for Italian restaurants, even though I've been walking around this area and never noticed it before. When you enter the shop, you can smell the scent of truffles and delicious aromas. The wine is around 4,000 yen for a bottle, which is quite cheap. After a long time, I revisited Ricarica. It was a rainy weekday, so I thought it would be quiet, but it was actually quite busy! I sat at the usual counter seat and saw the slightly plump master, confirming that it had been a while since I last visited. We started with a toast with a beer called "Baladin Isaac," an Italian beer with a refreshing taste of orange peel and coriander, perfect for women. For food, we had Gorgonzola potato salad, water eggplant carpaccio with Iberico salami, and curry with eggplant. The eggplant carpaccio was amazing, with a fresh and refreshing taste of eggplant and the salty flavor of salami. The sweetness of the eggplant was almost like fruit, truly delicious. The potato salad with Gorgonzola had a perfect balance of cheese flavor, and the texture of walnuts added a nice touch. The curry, which was chicken curry that day, was so delicious that I thought they should open a curry shop. It had chunks of chicken for a satisfying meal. We enjoyed these delicious dishes with "Baladin SUD," another easy-to-drink Italian beer with a citrusy flavor. Finally, we ended with a "shochu coffee highball" that had mysteriously appeared on the menu. The quality of the food has definitely improved since my last visit, and the prices are still so reasonable! The menu has expanded, offering a variety of options. I left fully satisfied. After leaving the delicious bar Genya, I finally arrived in Temma, and of course, I came to this place - RICA RICA LE! It seems like a holy place for food bloggers now, as it has even made it to the top 5000 rankings! We arrived with less than 30 minutes until closing time, but that didn't stop us from entering excitedly. We climbed the steep stairs to the 2nd floor and were warmly welcomed by the master. Surprisingly, we found Joa-san and her husband sitting at the counter. It's always a pleasure to meet this cheerful couple. I may visit various regions and restaurants as a reviewer, but I always end up here. Why? Well, the master kindly keeps the restaurant open late, allowing us to drink until the last train. Although they used to have draft beer (Master's Dream), now they only serve bottled beer. But that doesn't stop me from enjoying it. Despite being an Italian bar, it's now more like an izakaya. Of course, we also enjoyed some delicious dishes prepared by the master. The menu is extensive, but we left it to the master to choose for us. He prepared a fantastic assortment of dishes for us. Many food bloggers visit this place, making it easy for reviews to be posted. However, the current rating on Tabelog is an impressive 3.69. The charm of this place lies not only in the delicious food but also in the excellent service provided by the master and the cozy atmosphere. Despite the challenges faced by many restaurants during the pandemic, Rica Rica Le has celebrated its 4th anniversary. Keep up the good work, Master, and here's to many more years of success!

Once again, I realized how delicious pasta can be... I always leave it up to the chef's choice. This time, I will upload some photos from different visits. Located just a 2-minute walk south from Exit 1 of Osaka Metro's "Tenjinbashi Rokuchome" station, this restaurant has a great location. However, being on the second floor, it's a bit inconspicuous. It's like a hidden gem in the Temma/Tenroku area, with a small green sign as its landmark. There was a period of closure during the pandemic, and I was eagerly waiting for the reopening as one of the customers. The business format has changed a bit, and now they provide a selection of appetizers instead of a cover charge! What a great idea, right? A visually appealing and delicious assortment of appetizers is served for just 500 yen per person. I mean, you wouldn't get this kind of quality at a standing bar for 500 yen! It's a fantastic assortment. After enjoying this and a couple of other dishes, I can't help but be completely satisfied with the pasta as the finale! And the pasta is unbelievably delicious... It's not like I'm a regular, but I quietly visit this place quite often. And I'm sure I'll continue to do so in the future. I've also become friendly with the number one reviewer from Tokai whom I've met here a few times. It's truly a delightful restaurant. After leaving Keisuke, I headed further north to a certain shop, but once again, the sign saying "preparing" was up Σ('◉⌓◉’). As soon as I entered, I greeted the master, who wasn't surprised to see me as I often drop by unexpectedly (lol). There was one man and two women already there. I sat at the counter and checked if they had craft beer, but unfortunately, they didn't have it yet, so I settled for red wine. I left the food choice to the master and waited while sipping wine. The lineup included: Penne (Napolitan) + bread, Gorgonzola potato salad, and prosciutto & grissini. Later, I also ordered potato fritters. The two women left early, so I chatted with the master and the male customer. The man seemed to be knowledgeable about the restaurants in the area, so I asked him about some places I was curious about. I heard that the sushi place looks good but the quality of the fish isn't great, and that the Italian place has sloppy presentation compared to this one. I got various information from him. He mentioned that he's not a food blogger, so I didn't feel a sense of camaraderie like with fellow food bloggers. I met the master here through an offline meeting called "Ossan-kai," so I guess that's why I feel compelled to visit his shop (*≧∀≦*). Of course, the food itself is delicious too (*^▽^*). If I hadn't stopped by Rika Rika Re, I could have visited over 50 new restaurants by now (lol). The man was Joa from My Review, and the woman was someone I had met a few times at the shop. This was the first time I had seen these two drinking together, so at first, I thought they had just happened to meet at the shop and were drinking together. But as they were drinking, I started to think, "Hmm, could these two...?" It's not like they were being overly affectionate, but I'm sensitive to that kind of atmosphere. When the woman went to the restroom and left her seat, Joa said, "I'm going to get married to her." What?! It was a shocking confession. However, I am still single, but having the capacity to celebrate others... Hmm, it's like having a broad and generous heart, almost like a Buddha, right? After leaving the Tottsun Tenzan store, I arrived at Rika Rika Remaster. I met the owner through a food blogger and we talked about how they were selling bento boxes and had to close the shop due to the pandemic. I was hoping they would be able to overcome the challenges. When I visited the shop, I saw that the lights were on this time. I had visited before when they were still closed. I was worried that their skills might have declined during the closure, but a customer coming down from the second floor mentioned that the food was delicious, so it seemed like their skills were still intact (laughs). I went upstairs and entered the shop. I thought there wouldn't be any customers, but there was a couple there. I greeted the owner and sat at the counter by the window. Since I had already had several beers that day, I decided to have red wine for my health this time. The shop had reopened just a few days ago, so we toasted to celebrate the reopening. I treated the owner, even though I'm usually stingy (laughs). As a return gesture, I received a complimentary item (laughs). I asked for a pasta dish from the menu, and the owner made a pasta with flat noodles using a tomato-based sauce, knowing that I like tomato sauce pasta. I also tried the sparkling wine on tap that was listed on the entrance sign... My impression? I'm more of a beer person, so I can't really judge the taste of wine (laughs). It was good though, right? The owner mentioned that they might switch from draft beer to craft beer in the future. I'm fine with either as long as the beer is good (*≧∀≦*). I ended up drinking too much wine while chatting with the owner, so I left early this time. I hope to visit again soon (*\(^o^)/* PS: Due to not operating the shop during the pandemic, the owner had gained weight (laughs). I don't have a photo of his face in the magazine, but he's actually a handsome owner. It's a shame, so I hope he works hard, loses weight, and gets back in shape (laughs). By the way, I'm also trying to lose weight (laughs).
