Thank you to those who liked the review I wrote a long time ago. It's the night in Osaka and the night at the Imperial Hotel. For dinner, we visited Kamon on the 24th floor. The time is 7:00 PM. First, we ordered drinks. My mother loves draft beer (Asahi - 1,800 yen) and I ordered a cola (1,100 yen). Cheers! We ordered the Kobe beef steak course (100g - 30,000 yen) and the domestic live abalone (18,000 yen). I wanted to have foie gras sauté, but due to bird flu in France, foie gras imports have stopped. So, we opted for the healthier abalone instead. The dishes were as follows: Appetizers: Beef and frozen beef simmered in soy sauce. It was small, so the taste wasn't very noticeable. Domestic live abalone with Daikoku mushrooms. The abalone had a firm texture, and the Daikoku mushrooms were juicy and flavorful. The garlic basil sauce was a nice touch. We also had the abalone liver, which had a similar texture to foie gras. Salad combination: A salad with a choice of soy sauce-based dressing or French dressing. Grilled vegetables: Onions, potatoes, and lotus root. They were sweet and delicious on their own. Main course: Kobe beef sirloin cooked rare. It was beautifully pink and melted in the mouth. We enjoyed it with Himalayan rock salt and garlic chips. The best way to eat it was with salt and garlic chips. We also had the option to upgrade to garlic rice for an additional fee, and it was worth it. The garlic rice was delicious, especially with the crispy burnt bits. We enjoyed the interactive experience of teppanyaki cooking. The food was like a performance on stage, with the chef as the star. The crispy burnt rice was a bit bitter but added a nice crunch. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience at the Imperial Hotel in Osaka.

Imperial Hotel Osaka 24F Teppanyaki, using a 10,000 yen Osaka Welcome Coupon without actually staying there (^_^;) It's a nice day and you can see the Ikoma mountain range clearly. I had the cheapest option, the medium rare black wagyu sirloin, which was plain in taste but the sauce was delicious so no problem. Also, all staff members were not wearing masks on the same floor as Ginza Kyubei (lol)

I visited the restaurant for a family birthday celebration. The course included appetizers, fish dish, meat dish, and dessert. The fish was sautéed sea bream with butter. The meat was Kumamoto Wagyu sirloin. The cooking was done with great care. Both the sea bream and sirloin were in the best condition. The vegetables served with the meat were also delicious. Truly a prestigious hotel in Japan. Everything was well taken care of. Teppanyaki is expensive and luxurious. But there is a reason for that, to enjoy high-quality food in the best way possible. It was a day that reminded me of that.

This is a perfect high-end teppanyaki restaurant for special occasions or treats. The service is top-notch, with fresh ingredients - the prawns were still moving before being cooked. The chef was friendly, sharing interesting facts about the ingredients and engaging in enjoyable conversations.

I had a wonderful experience at this elegant and sophisticated restaurant. The staff's attentive service made me feel very welcome. Every dish I tried was delicious and I couldn't stop eating. It was my first time dining here, but I definitely want to come back. I recommend visiting this restaurant for a special occasion. Thank you for the great meal.

The restaurant only has a counter. It is a high-class hotel, so they provide the best view as hospitality. It was a bit disappointing that there were noisy group guests in the next room. The meat was delicious, cooked right in front of us, and all the dishes were tasty. As expected from a hotel, the dinner was expensive.

It was truly amazing, I was taken here for my birthday celebration. The fillet steak melts in your mouth. The lobster was also very fresh and firm. The garlic rice at the end was crispy and delicious with the burnt bits. The dessert at the new location was also very tasty.

First, I went up to the 24th floor and marveled at the night view from the window. Then, as I entered the restaurant, I was once again captivated by the night view from the counter. It's a teppanyaki restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and stunning night view. On this day, I ordered the special Kamon course. The first dish was like roast beef, followed by caviar and pancakes. The sweet and salty flavors spread in my mouth. Next came the spiny lobster and abalone. The spiny lobster was perfectly cooked and very delicious. The abalone had a good texture and richness, and the liver was incredibly tasty. The meat was rare Kobe beef fillet. It was delicious with salt, garlic chips, and garlic soy sauce. The garlic rice at the end was served with rice crackers. It had a good texture and flavor, and was very tasty with the miso soup with spiny lobster. I was taken to a separate area for dessert, which was also very delicious. I had a very satisfying meal. Thank you for the meal!

Near the Osaka Teikoku Hotel is the Osaka Mint Bureau where we entertained our business partners on the final day of the cherry blossom tunnel on April 19th! Our guests loved meat and teppanyaki, so we chose this restaurant to take them to! The cherry blossom tunnel at the Mint Bureau requires advance reservation and cannot be visited without it, but many people were there for the last viewing of the cherry blossoms this year. Kamon is located on the top floor of the hotel, and from the teppanyaki area, you can enjoy a great view while eating delicious Iwate beef and abalone, and drinking two bottles of red wine with four people. It was a great atmosphere for entertaining at a hotel like this! Thank you for reading until the end! If you could 'like,' 'save,' or 'follow,' it would be a great encouragement for me in the future, so thank you in advance!

The Christmas dinner course from 5pm to 8pm costs ¥29,000. The course menu includes: Fried shirako with tomato sauce and burnt butter, Foie gras, mushrooms, and consommé, Japanese abalone with winter cabbage and truffle combination salad, Select black wagyu beef fillet (100g) with grilled vegetables, garlic rice, miso soup, pickles, Strawberry tartlet with coconut sorbet, Christmas tea. The chef seemed a bit inexperienced but the food was delicious. Thank you for the feast.

On a special day, I had dinner at Kamon on the top floor of the Imperial Hotel. I enjoyed dishes like lobster, abalone, and Kobe beef in the Kamon course. The refined flavors were incredibly delicious. The Kobe beef had a smooth and mellow texture, truly living up to its reputation as the best in Japan. It's a bit pricey, so it may not be easy to visit often.

It's been a year and a half since I last visited Kamon-san for lunch. The appetizers included smoked salmon and pumpkin potage, which were both colorful and delicious. The steamed and grilled spiny lobster and foie gras were skillfully prepared on the iron plate. The spiny lobster was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The main dish today was a rare find - fillet of Akita black Wagyu beef, beautifully marbled. It was incredibly tender and melted in the mouth, with rich flavor and depth. It was fantastic! For dessert, we had vanilla ice cream with fruits. A hot coffee to finish off the meal, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. Thank you for the wonderful meal. (^o^)

Located an 8-10 minute walk from Sakuranomiya Station, Kamon is a teppanyaki restaurant known for its refined service and high-quality teppanyaki dishes. Situated on the 24th floor of the Imperial Hotel, this restaurant offers a great view and atmosphere. It was selected as one of the top 100 steak restaurants in 2021. While the prices are on the higher side, the experience and quality of the teppanyaki make it worth it, especially for special occasions. I ordered the popular Wagyu steak lunch, a fillet cut of 80g. The Wagyu steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, with a light amount of fat and a delicious flavor. The tender texture of the fillet meat was enjoyable, and dipping it in grated ponzu or soy sauce enhanced the aroma and taste of the beef. The balance with the warm rice and flavorful grilled vegetables was perfect. If you are looking to try a top-tier teppanyaki experience, I highly recommend visiting Kamon. Thank you for the meal!

I had a steak lunch at the Imperial Hotel Osaka Kamon. It was a celebration, so when I mentioned this, they prepared a celebration plate and even took a commemorative photo with flowers. The hospitality was excellent. I have a seafood allergy, so I opted for a course with only meat. The fillet was very tender and delicious. The garlic rice didn't turn out as well as they had hoped, with a slightly disappointing appearance, but the taste was excellent. Despite the generous amount of garlic, it had an elegant flavor and paired perfectly with the pickles and red miso soup. The view was also nice, despite the cloudy weather between the rainy season. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.

Teppanyaki restaurant located on the 27th floor of the Imperial Hotel Osaka. Ordered the Taste Sensation Lunch. Each group of customers is assigned a chef who cooks on the iron griddle. Started with a colorful appetizer platter, followed by a soup made with golden carrots, and then a fish dish. The chef skillfully grilled the sea bream on the iron griddle and served it with white sauce. The skin was crispy, while the meat was moist and filled with flavor when bitten into. Delicious. For the meat, chose the sirloin (60g) cooked to medium rare. The meat was juicy and flavorful, spreading throughout the mouth. As for the rice and miso soup, I opted to upgrade to garlic rice for an additional 1500 yen. The garlic rice, mixed with the meat juices, was undeniably delicious. For dessert, we were moved to another table where the chef surprised us with a cake and flowers for our family celebration lunch. The taste, view, and service were all exceptional.

Imperial Hotel Osaka 24th floor. The lobby on the 1st floor had ordinary decorations, but the 24th floor had decorations incorporating Demon Slayer, making the kids happy as they pointed at each mask. My husband and I nodded in agreement, impressed. We didn't know who the character on the far left was. Due to circumstances, it was just my husband and I going out for New Year's. We were supposed to go with my parents, brother's family, but... Dressing up and going out for a fancy outing at the hotel. It's quite refreshing. We were guided inside to a large central counter table with good social distancing measures. Despite the social distancing, the restaurant was full, and we had a lovely lunch. We had pre-ordered the Kamon Special Lunch. This time, we toasted with non-alcoholic beer. First, we had a colorful assorted appetizer with mushroom chawanmushi, simmered abalone, beef sukiyaki, and frozen abalone. The flavors were delicious and satisfying. We added the domestic live slipper lobster for an additional fee, which came with steamed spiny lobster and foie gras sauté. Both were delightful. We both had the special Japanese beef fillet. We enjoyed the steak with various dipping sauces. Grilled vegetables and garlic rice were also delicious. For dessert and tea, we moved to another table. It was a wonderful experience. My husband mentioned how important and enjoyable these moments are. It was our first time going out for a meal on New Year's since we usually stay home or dine with family. It was a great time spent together.

I came back for a repeat visit as soon as I had the chance! This time for dinner!! We are indulging ourselves..♡ The night view from the high floor is amazing!! Unlike during the day, all the customers seem elegant.. Although there is no dress code, everyone is dressed nicely! The main dish this time was abalone!! It's been a while since I've seen such a large abalone, and it really lifted my spirits! It's still alive and moving, a sign of freshness! With a generous amount of truffle on top of the abalone.. Both the abalone and truffle are rich, but for some reason it doesn't feel heavy! Why is that? The red meat has a good chewy texture while being tender!! Every bite releases juicy flavors, and I ended up feeling really full.. Thanks to that, I ordered the garlic rice in a smaller portion, but.. I regret not ordering the regular size later.. I wanted seconds haha. Once again, I had a very satisfying time! Sorry for the short review, but.. it was delicious!! Thank you for the meal!!!

Today I had a luxurious lunch♡ I had been here before and remembered the amazing service, so I wanted to experience it again! I couldn't take pictures of everything again.. but I was so focused on watching the chef cook on the teppan and chatting with him.. The chef's amazing teppanyaki skills and delicious dishes! The dashi broth with a hint of yuzu flavor and tender sea bream was so good! The skin was crispy with a nice salty taste! The garlic chips were so flavorful and crispy, you'll want more! The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked! The special sauce was tasty, but I prefer the meat's natural sweetness enhanced by the salt! The garlic rice at the end was so good, I could have eaten multiple servings.. Apparently, this crispy version is only available at the Osaka branch! The Tokyo branch has a regular (but still delicious) garlic rice! It seems that making this crispy version requires a lot of skill, and you need to be able to make it to become a teppanyaki chef in Osaka.. It was a strict process.. I had a great time listening to stories and enjoying delicious food! I will definitely come back for dinner next time♡ Thank you for the wonderful meal! It was delicious!!!

I went on a business trip from Tokyo to Osaka. At night, I had teppanyaki at the Imperial Hotel as part of entertaining clients. The location was excellent, but the taste was just average. I had the 39,000 yen course and also ordered caviar, foie gras, monkfish, and wagyu beef fillet a la carte. In terms of price, the course menu seemed like a better deal. The restaurant was okay overall. The teppanyaki staff were very friendly. I'm not sure if I would go back again. The fried egg I had at the end was delicious.

It had been a while since we went out to a hotel for teppanyaki with my sister and mother. We met up at the location. We also wanted to check out the hotel's boutique. We had a reservation for 11:30 am, and it was not crowded at all. No banquet or wedding reception at the hotel. It was a bit quiet and lacked liveliness. We parked in the underground parking lot and took a separate elevator to the 24th floor. We were guided to our table in a smart manner, with good social distancing. We started with non-alcoholic drinks. The meal included appetizers like steamed mushrooms, marinated white fish, and chilled wagyu beef. The cold pumpkin soup had a heart shape on it. The grilled fish included turban shells, saury, and bread. The rare wagyu steak was delicious. I changed my white rice to garlic rice, which was creatively presented. The dessert was lovely. The staff even made sure to confirm my mother's dislike for melons and included grapefruit in the dessert. The service was exceptional, with the chef and other staff members being very attentive. Unfortunately, we couldn't buy cakes or bread to take home as the facility was closed. My mother was in a good mood and even mentioned coming back for New Year's. Thank you, mom.

On August 3, 2020, I visited the teppanyaki restaurant "Kamon" at the Imperial Hotel Osaka. I have had the pleasure of dining at the Imperial Hotel Osaka about 4-5 times a year, and I was very excited for this visit. The seat was luxurious, overlooking Osaka through the window. Of course, there was a sizzling teppan in front of me (be careful not to burn yourself!). First, I started with a toast with a Sapporo beer, which was delicious. Then came the "Colorful Appetizer Assortment," which was beautifully presented and tasted exquisite. While enjoying the appetizer, the chef was carefully toasting bread for us. The soup, based on potatoes, was served cold and paired perfectly with the bread. Next, the chef started grilling the seafood for the day, which turned out to be sea bass. It was served with a creamy sauce and was delicious. I then decided to have a glass of "Rubaiyat Koshu" wine to accompany the meal. The vegetable salad was a luxurious treat, and the dressing was delicious. The highlight of the meal was the Wagyu steak, which was from Nasu. It was cooked rare and tasted amazing. The rice was fluffy and delicious, and the pickled vegetables added another layer of flavor. The miso soup was exquisite, and the garlic rice was prepared with great skill and care. The dessert, consisting of ice cream, cake, and fruits, was perfect. I also enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee. Lastly, I was presented with a beautiful flower as a parting gift. Overall, my experience at "Kamon" at the Imperial Hotel Osaka was wonderful. Thank you for always providing a lovely time.
