I ordered the Jumbo Black Burg Steak for 2000 yen, Roast Beef for 2000 yen, a 300g Steak for 3860 yen, and a Beef Cutlet for 2500 yen, all of which were meat dishes. The restaurant's recommended Black Burg is a delicious blend of ground meat with a hint of black pepper flavor, and when cut, it oozes with just the right amount of meat juice. The Roast Beef was tender and had a good chewy texture. The Steak, made with domestic Miyazaki beef, was cooked to a medium doneness and the meat juice overflowed on the hot plate. The Beef Cutlet was rare and had a crispy coating that paired well with the demi-glace sauce. Although I only had meat dishes this time, every menu item was a clean hit with no misses. Next, the Black Burger Steak arrived, served in a deep dish with a garnish on top. It was flavorful and cooked perfectly, with a rich demi-glace sauce that complemented the dish. I think they lack consideration here, especially for this kind of place. The hamburger was soaked in a thin demi-glace sauce. It's a 200g serving, so the plate looks big, but the taste is quite good.
