Saturday, September 23rd: Arrived at 1:30 pm. There was one group ahead of us. We waited for less than 5 minutes before placing our order. We purchased the Salted Caramel Matcha Kinako Shaved Ice for 1,300 yen (credit cards not accepted). The staff recommended the most popular flavor, which is Sweet Potato and Chestnut.

I arrived at the restaurant at 2:00 pm on the Sunday in the middle of the three-day weekend and there was no wait. The tables were all full inside, but there were about 3 empty seats at the counter so I was seated right away. I ordered a kiwi shaved ice. It arrived about 3 minutes after ordering. I was prepared to wait about 30 minutes, but it seemed like summer was over and there were fewer people and customers. The taste was rich with kiwi and the ice melted instantly in my mouth, it was delicious. However, the famous shaved ice I had elsewhere had sweeter ice and was even more delicious.

Desserts at "Oideyasu Dori" were not busy around 3 pm, but it was full after 4 pm! The total bill was 3,100 yen including tax for 3 people. We enjoyed the "Garuru Milk" for 800 yen, "Strawberry Fromage" for 1,100 yen, and "Coffee Shop Tiramisu" for 1,200 yen. They were fluffy and delicious!

I was writing a normal review, but when I saw X, I deleted it. It's nonsense for adults to say that the food at a children's cafeteria is bad. Similarly, it's probably not right for someone like me who has been eating shaved ice for a long time to criticize this style of shop. I saw a tweet saying "Good luck with your work, study hard," which is not something you see often. In terms of just shaving the ice, it was a surprising skill to consistently provide ice with this rounded shape almost completely automatically. However, it's still disgusting to see those self-proclaimed "gourmets" skimming off just the top layer of syrup and showing off, even though it has become a trend.

There is a hidden gem of a shop in a quiet shopping street walking towards Osaka Metro Nakazakicho Station from Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street. This shop offers a variety of shaved ice desserts, and this time I tried their coffee shop's tiramisu. It was a bit unusual for shaved ice, but it had a mysterious charm. I enjoyed the fluffy tiramisu-like taste along with the ice.

It's about a 4-minute walk from Nakazaki-cho Station, located in a shopping street. I arrived at 13:25 on a weekday and had to wait for one group ahead of me. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I was able to enter the shop. The owner, who used to run a cafe called "Galuru Coffee" in Suita City, opened this new shop with the concept of creating a shaved ice experience that no one has ever had before. I tried the Coffee Shop's Tiramisu Ver.2 for 1200 yen, which had a unique flavor with homemade coffee syrup bitterness and mascarpone cheese, giving it a tiramisu-like taste. The creamy taste of the top part was particularly delicious. There were many other interesting shaved ice flavors, so I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

I visited during snack time on a regular day. The place was already full, and some limited-time items were sold out. People kept coming in while I was eating. I ordered: - Golden Kiwi for 1600 yen - Coffee Shop Tiramisu for 1200 yen The order arrived in about 3 minutes. The Golden Kiwi had a refreshing acidity and the foam was smooth and delicious. The Tiramisu was a unique item here, made with coffee from their sister shop, Galu Coffee in Suita. I enjoyed every last bit of it with a straw! Thank you for the meal!!

I visited a sweets shop in Nakazakicho, Osaka for the first time! I arrived at 2:30 pm on Saturday and there were 16 people waiting outside. I was seated an hour later! The shop is small but bright and beautifully decorated. I ordered the Strawberry Fromage, which had moist and crunchy ice with sweet and sour strawberries - it was delicious!

We chose fig and sweet potato milk flavors. We shared the two flavors between two people, and despite being small portions, we finished them quickly. We arrived about 30 minutes before opening and waited in line for about an hour. We were torn between the classic tiramisu and the sweetened edamame, so we want to try them next time.

The sweet potato shaved ice at Annoimo was just the right size and delicious. The ice itself had flavor, and it was rich in sweetness, perfect for those who love intense sweetness! Towards the end, it got a bit cold so I should have ordered it with hot coffee. Towards the end, it turned into a cold sweet potato soup-like consistency, which was amusing. The atmosphere inside the store felt slightly like a pharmacy, I'm not sure if they are affiliated with one, but there was a faint pharmacy-like smell.

It's important to note that you have to pay when you order and clean up your own dishes. This shop was selected as one of the top 100 sweets shops for its shaved ice desserts. The interior was cute, with seating for 12 at the counter, a 4-person table, and a 2-person table. The customers were mostly women or couples. I ordered the "Golden Kiwi with Yogurt Foam on Top for 1600 yen." It was served in about 5 minutes. The finely shaved ice melted smoothly in my mouth. The kiwi fruit was flavorful, with a pleasant sweetness. The yogurt foam was smooth with a nice hint of acidity. Overall, it was well-balanced and not overly sweet. The combination of the smooth ice and the vibrant kiwi flavor left a lasting impression. I've had a lot of shaved ice this year, but this was definitely one of my favorites. Thank you for the meal!

The opening hours listed online and on Tabelog were different, so it may have been close to closing time. When ordering, even though I waited, no one came to take my order or explain, which was confusing. It felt like I had to go up to the counter to order. The menu was displayed on the wall inside, but it was limited. There were more menu items written outside near the entrance, but they were not communicated to me. Later, when I checked online reviews, I found out that there were more menu options on the wall! I wanted to try shaved ice, but it was sold out, so I settled for tiramisu flavor. However, the mascarpone topping on it didn't quite give it a tiramisu taste and didn't go well with the ice. Of course, it depends on personal preference. I was touring the top 100 shaved ice shops in Osaka after a long time, but it was disappointing in various ways. Thank you for the meal.

Nakazaki Machi "Garuru Ice" ◆ Atmosphere Located in Tenroku Nakazaki Shotengai in Nakazaki Machi. It's a popular shop, so there were a few groups waiting in line outside...! It was Sunday evening, but we were able to get in after waiting for about 10 minutes. There were about 8 seats at the counter in the front, 6 table seats in the back (2 groups), and 4 seats facing the wall in the back. Some menu items were already sold out. ◆ Menu - Strawberry Fromage ver2 1100 yen - Orange Yogurt Espuma 1600 yen We ordered the Strawberry Fromage and the Orange Yogurt Espuma. The Strawberry Fromage had cute ear-like decorations ❤️ It was a size that one person could easily eat. The ice was fluffy and easy to eat, melting quickly. The strawberry flavor was classic and tasted like condensed milk and strawberry syrup. It was quite sweet with lots of condensed milk. I like classic shaved ice, so I really enjoyed this one. The Orange Yogurt flavor had pieces of orange inside, and it was very refreshing! It was different from the strawberry one, with the fruitiness of the orange taking center stage. When it melted, it turned into something like orange juice, which was also delicious. The portion was just right, so it seems perfect for a quick and refreshing treat! ❗️

I went around 4:00 p.m. on Monday and was able to get in without waiting in line. Unfortunately, the peaches were sold out. I ordered the zunda milk and added whipped cream for 100 yen. The zunda wasn't very sweet, so the whipped cream was just right. However, I ended up feeling full.

After enjoying delicious sushi, my former colleague suggested wanting to eat shaved ice, so we visited Gari Gari Ice together. Unfortunately, when we arrived on Wednesday, many of the desired items on the menu were sold out. We ended up ordering the Orange Yogurt Espuma for my former colleague and the Strawberry Fromage for myself. The portion size of the Strawberry Fromage seemed a bit small at first, but the shaved ice was fluffy and had a fine texture. It was topped generously with strawberry puree, and the milk had a subtle cheese flavor, which made it delicious. However, I wished it had a bit more volume. Comparing it to shaved ice from Kyoto or Nara, I felt the cost performance was not the best. After finishing our shaved ice quickly, we stepped outside to find the line had gotten longer. It seems that shaved ice is a popular choice during such hot weather.

It is located in the Oidesu Shopping Street near Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street. I ordered tiramisu, while my companion ordered orange and yogurt espuma. The tiramisu tasted really good when mixed with cream, cocoa, and ice. The orange and yogurt espuma had a strong orange flavor that paired well with the espuma, making it really delicious. The ice was not too fluffy, just standard, and it also complemented the sauce. It seems like this shop sometimes gets featured in TV shows and magazines, as we saw them doing a magazine interview in the back seats when we visited. (We even saw a celebrity!)

In the late afternoon, despite the heat warning, I decided to go to "Garuru Ice" in Nakazaki-cho for some shaved ice. Even at that time, there was still a line in front of the store, but I was able to enter smoothly. My husband got the "Garuru Milk" and I got the "Salted Caramel Nut". The appearance may not be very different, but the Garuru Milk had a light milk flavor with a refreshing aftertaste. The Salted Caramel Nut had a good combination of nuts and saltiness that went well with the caramel flavor. Next time, I want to try the "Peach Ice" with peach chunks. It was a delicious meal.

Visited around 13:30 on a weekday and found about 4 seats at the counter and 4 tables. It wasn't full, but there was a constant flow of customers coming and going, indicating that it's a popular place. Ordered a caramel latte at the coffee shop. The size was not particularly large or small. Given the price, I felt that the value for money was not great. The taste was neither particularly delicious nor unpleasant, and for the price of 1600 yen, I thought it was a bit much. The service from the staff was very good.

My son loves shaved ice ❤️ We finally made it to Garuru Ice in Nakazakicho, which we couldn't visit often. Luckily, we were the first in line. Yay! The cute box with Konatsu design at the entrance caught my eye. They also had Konatsu's menu. The menu had a lot of options, so it was quite difficult to choose. I hesitated between Zunda and Sakura flavor until that day. Inside the store, there were a counter and two table seats. We chose a table seat and placed our order and paid at the end of the counter. My son requested Garuru Milk, which had a cute cracker stuck like ears. I chose the Black Tea and Caramel Milk Espuma with Raspberry after much consideration. It was delicious, with fluffy shaved ice and black tea. The raspberry inside was a nice accent and tasted great. It was amazing. The menu seems to change regularly, and it's understandable why it's popular. As the season changes, the line will probably get longer.

At 4:00 on a regular day, I visited this place during a long break between appointments in Osaka. Determined to try at least one shaved ice place, I ordered the Pistachio flavor for 1600 yen. The staff mentioned that during busy times, they might not be able to serve Pistachio, so I decided to get it while I could. The shaved ice was a good size and when I took the first bite, the flavor of pistachio spread throughout my mouth. It had a nice texture and rich taste. As I continued eating, whipped cream was added which made it even more delicious. I wanted to try another flavor, but I was feeling a bit full so I stopped at one. Although I had plans to try different shaved ice places while in Osaka, it seemed impossible due to time constraints. I'm glad I chose to have this delicious shaved ice at this place. It was a treat.
