It's located in Ebetsu and on the way there, we encountered a sudden heavy rainstorm, but we finally made it. I didn't know they had seating upstairs for dining in, so it was a lucky surprise. I ordered a custard parfait and a yogurt shake. Unfortunately, the donuts were already sold out when we arrived in the afternoon. The custard was lightly placed on the side with plenty of whipped cream on top, served in a cup with cornflakes at the bottom. The custard had a nice egg flavor which complemented the soft serve ice cream well. The soft serve itself was delicious, coming from a dairy farm. However, what impressed my partner the most was the yogurt shake. It had a rich, cheesy-like thickness and was incredibly tasty, something my partner had never experienced before. The spacious and open restaurant interior, along with the view of the cornfields from the window, truly encapsulated the Hokkaido vibe. By the time we finished eating, the rain had stopped and more customers started to arrive. It felt like we came at the perfect time. After taking a few photos around the premises to soak in the vastness of Hokkaido, we headed back home. It was a great dining experience.

At Hakkou Gakuen Farm Produce Direct Sales Store, we couldn't have soft serve ice cream, so my friend suggested this place. After braving a sudden heavy rain, when we finally arrived, the rain had stopped and a beautiful corn field spread out before us. It was a picturesque farm scene reminiscent of Hokkaido. My friend chose a menu with soft serve ice cream, so I opted for a yogurt shake. This shake was amazing!! It had a concentrated flavor of cheese and dairy products rather than yogurt. My friend's soft serve was delicious too, but this shake was so delicious that it outshone it. There was another flavor of shake available, and I thought about getting a refill, but I decided against it because my friend would probably say I'll get a stomachache (lol).

The farm is located in the Shinotsu area of Ebetsu City, along Route 275, just about 550 meters from the national highway.Visited around 10:30 on July 23, 2023, during a cycling trip to Tobetsu-cho, I stopped by this new dairy farm. The shop had a moderate crowd, with a short line at the register taking only a few minutes to get through. It took about 10 minutes from ordering to receiving the item. I ordered a hot milk for 216 yen, and surprisingly, no one else seemed to have ordered it based on the images. Hot milk is delicious and doesn't make my stomach feel heavy, which I like. I forgot to ask for it to be very hot, so it was a bit lukewarm, but it was fine since it was a hot day. The distinctive feature of Machimura Farm's milk is its stronger sweetness compared to other farms, and I felt like I discovered the secret behind it during this visit. I would like to visit again sometime soon.

On Sunday, I bought melon and vegetables at Sunotsubo Vegetables Station, and then visited Machimura Farm Milk Garden for the first time! I went on a drive with my wife towards Iwamizawa. We stopped at the Michi-no-Eki (roadside station) "Mikasa" and bought vegetables and tofu. The donuts with milk kneaded into the dough are moist and chewy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Especially the cheese donut! Then, on the second floor, I enjoyed my ice cream and took some photos while waiting. To my surprise, they brought out the cheese fondue a bit earlier than expected. The staff's service was amazing, making my heart and body feel warm. The camembert cheese fondue was delicious, no doubt about it. It was worth the price, and I left feeling satisfied.
