When it comes to weight scales, you might think of Tanita, right? (*´艸`*) They also collaborate on sweets and you can find them at convenience stores sometimes. I end up buying and eating them, but depending on the amount and time I eat, it might end up being a plus in the end. Anyway, I sat down at the restaurant, and wow, the menu is full of options! I ordered the Japanese-style hamburger steak for 1100 yen. The colorful and relaxing atmosphere with an open layout is really nice. The menu is spread out on the table for about two groups' worth, so I wish they could somehow make it easier to navigate. My order arrived after my friend's omelette rice, and now it's time to dig in! The Japanese-style hamburger steak is served on a beautiful water-colored plate with lots of vegetables. First, I tried the various salads with ingredients like shredded carrots, dried daikon radish, burdock root, pumpkin, purple cabbage, and lettuce. Even for those who don't like vegetables, each salad is flavorful and enjoyable to eat. The textures are great, and it feels like you're chewing more, which seems good for your health! The salads are mostly vinegar-based, making them easy to eat. My favorite among them is the pumpkin and burdock root. Now, onto the main dish, the hamburger steak. It's not too juicy or large, just a simple and mild hamburger steak. It's similar to a certain chain restaurant's taste, I think. And the rice is mixed grain, which is very healthy, but it gets a bit mushy from the meat juices, vegetable water, and dressing. About half of it ended up wet. It's delicious to have everything on one plate, but there are also these kinds of issues to consider. I used a spoon to eat it cleanly. Thank you for the meal!
