The shop is situated diagonally across from AER Iwamizawa in Machinaka, along National Route 6 (4th Street), about 200 meters from the intersection with Ekimae Street towards Bibai. It is about a 7-8 minute walk from JR Iwamizawa Station.Visited for the first time on May 9, 2022 at 12:00 PM. I will buy some dagashi while eating takoyaki at Takoirou. This makes it the fourth dagashiya in Iwamizawa City, including those not yet registered! I bought Homareyaki, which is a savory snack with shrimp flavor. It may lack actual shrimp, but it's priced like dagashi, so it's okay (laughs). The crispy texture makes you want to drink alcohol. The Salt Yokan was surprisingly salty (laughs). It's so salty, it's funny. It might be good as emergency food during cycling trips - a mix of salt and sugar.

In October 2015, this candy store is located inside Nakano Broadway. There is a large paid parking lot here, and if you shop inside Nakano Broadway, you will receive a 30-minute free parking ticket. The store is clean and tidy for a candy store, and although the candies on display are not particularly unique, there is a nostalgic and exciting feeling as if you have returned to your childhood. I bought several retro candies from the past. Even though I didn't like gummies since childhood, I was drawn to the packaging and ended up buying them. The dried squid is for my husband's snack. I had the fluffy grilled dumplings during my work break. The grilled rice cakes with mayonnaise and shichimi are the best snack. And the nostalgic kinako sticks, which used to come with a red mark and you would get another one if you found it, just like in the old days. As you go further back, it's a nostalgic candy world. Oh, the shopkeeper is a grandma, but she's a bit unexpected as a young lady. I looked for novelty items and my usual candy, it cost 350 yen. They have soy sauce soda and they're raising dinosaurs, it's so laid-back. The purchased candies look like this, among them, Galibori → a lump of Baby Star Ramen, Katsu Series → Miso Katsu and Ham Katsu, Yaki Kamaso-men → it was just regular Yaki Kama, but my usual favorite cheeseburger flavor was there, so I was happy.
