I visited the bar at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka. The atmosphere was traditional and very calming, just like the hotel. The live piano music added to the ambiance and enhanced the space. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the charm of the place. In addition to the popular cocktails, they also had a good selection of original cocktails, so I had a great time.

I'm not sure how long they will continue, but for now, they are running a campaign with Rémy Cointreau. The Classic Laddie in the photo I received this time is a Scotch under Rémy's umbrella. It has a soft barley taste because it's non-peated. It's quite a good Scotch. What impressed me a little was that in the past, the campaign bottles on the menu would have the price separate from taxes and service charges, so if you're not used to it, you would think, "Oh, this is so expensive? (ToT)" But now, the price is shown including tax and service charges. This is a good improvement. On a different note, this bar is still affected by the coronavirus, so there are days when they are closed, so it's necessary to check in advance. Also, they have a piano but no singer yet. I can only hope that they will return to the way they were before soon.

When I went to the lounge on the 1st floor looking for cake, I was told, "Recently, we have received many reservations, and it is fully booked until evening." "However, the bar on the 5th floor also offers coffee service." I was able to enter smoothly without waiting. *On the 1st floor, you can listen to live flute and violin performances depending on the time, but you cannot listen to them at the bar on the 5th floor. The atmosphere is different, but the 5th floor was calm and I was able to enjoy my tea slowly. *The cake was very delicious, but it was quite small and left me feeling unsatisfied. *As expected of The Ritz-Carlton, it made me feel elegant... Thank you for the meal.

The atmosphere was nice with a sense of luxury, but the prices were on the high end like the Ritz. I think a cafe latte was around 1500 yen. The table seating was good, but even though there were open tables until we left, we were told we couldn't use them. The service was slow when we called for assistance, and overall, the customer service was not great. The tables were close together, and we were told not to move the dividers, making it hard to have a conversation and not very relaxing.

Today, I went on a Christmas tree hunt in Osaka to see beautiful Christmas trees and lovely illuminations. After wandering around, I finally arrived at The Bar on the 5th floor of The Ritz-Carlton. I ordered a half on the rocks of MACALLAN Double Cask, which was incredibly smooth and delicious. The piano performance was soothing! Due to the current pandemic situation, the Christmas tree was a bit understated, but this year's red tree at The Ritz was absolutely fantastic. I have visited other hotels as well, but I think The Ritz has the best tree this year. By the way, the Christmas tree at USJ was a bit disappointing.

This bar has also been struggling with pandemic prevention measures and emergency declarations, opening and closing through difficult times, but now it seems to be making a comeback. Initially, they only had a piano, without a singer, but it's been about 2 weeks since then, so I wonder how it is now? The St. Regis had a trio of piano, saxophone, and singer, which was really great. Here, I enjoyed a malt while listening to Misty on the piano. It was irresistible (^o^). Now, at the Ritz-Carlton, they are serving Macallan Double Cask 12 Years. When it comes to malts like this, there may be better ones, but the taste is more than enough. It's a smooth and flavorful malt with depth. This place used to mainly focus on Macallan malts, but now they have various campaign bottles available. By the way, they offer a service where all charges are free when you order a bottle, which used to be available in many hotels, but as far as I know, now it's only here. I hope the situation with COVID-19 continues to improve.

The Afternoon Tea at The Ritz-Carlton Bar is just amazing. The atmosphere is so elegant and special, even though it's quite pricey. I'm not a fan of sweet things, but these treats are so cute and the perfect size. The collaboration with Laura Ashley makes it even more adorable. I was completely enchanted by the whole experience!

The Ritz in Osaka is very attentive, bringing wine directly to the table. The service level is high. I enjoyed standard Dom Perignon along with other options like Montrachet, Margaux, Bowmore, and P2 by the glass. The total cost was 108,000 yen.

I wander around the country in search of delicious food every day. This time, I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Osaka and visited the main bar. The interior of the bar is inspired by the noble social venue "Jockey Club" and features accents of deep green, symbolizing England. I went to Max Mara's afternoon tea. Starting from November, you can get a limited edition teddy bear strap, so I went early to The Ritz-Carlton's Zabar. It had a luxurious feel, like being in a foreign country. The welcome was cute from the beginning! The first dish was, of course, by Max Mara. The afternoon tea is shown in the photos. There was only one type of tea, but I ordered through Ikyu so I could enjoy some sparkling wine - and it was delicious champagne. The Ritz-Carlton in Osaka is famous for its hospitality. I visited the bar on the 5th floor, where I ordered the Osaka Lagoon, a beautiful blue cocktail with a cute flower garnish. The staff member who took my order was from China and struggled a bit with Japanese, but was trying hard and had a lovely smile. The live piano music was performed by a foreign male pianist who engaged with the guests, asking them where they were from in English. The staff member who helped me find my way to the bar was very kind and helpful. I hope to stay at this hotel someday. Cover charge ¥1400, Osaka Lagoon ¥2300, Service charge 15% + tax.

This is a bar that I have been a regular at for a long time. It underwent a renovation this spring and looks even more beautiful now. The size of the chairs has become slightly smaller, but it's still comfortable enough for most people. It might be a concern for larger individuals though. The atmosphere here is always top-notch. The whiskies that used to have exorbitant prices have become more reasonable now. You can keep a bottle of delicious Scotch for around 30,000 to 40,000 yen. The initial investment is quite high, but once you have it, there are no additional costs, unlike spending 5,000 yen at a random drinking party. It's a matter of personal preference. When I drink malt whisky alone here, it makes me feel like my dreams from my younger days have come true, and I feel happy. It's enjoyable to come here with others, but relaxing alone is the best. The main bar at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is designed with the concept of a nobleman's mansion, reflected in the interior of the entire hotel. The attention to detail extends from the selection of decorations to the craftsmanship. I remember that this bar used a lot of natural wood with visible grains to create the atmosphere of a nobleman's mountain lodge. Soft jazz piano music fills the room, along with the elegant chatter of guests. Regular customers enter, chatting happily with the staff as they take their seats at the counter. It looks wonderful. Bloody Mary: After a satisfying meal, I wanted something refreshing, so I ordered a Bloody Mary. It had a crisp taste of gin, spiced up with pepper and Tabasco for a kick, emphasizing the flavors. The tomato juice was quite light. As I licked the salt on the rim of the glass while sipping, I began to appreciate the intention behind this unique drink. Charm: The elegant glassware adorned with The Ritz's emblem had a charming British touch to it. The delicious crunch of the roasted peanuts added to the sense of luxury, and I found myself getting intoxicated by the ambiance of this bar.

I don't smoke, but I sometimes enjoy a cigar at a bar. As expected of The Ritz-Carlton, the bar has a sophisticated and lovely atmosphere. While bars at Intercontinental, Conrad, and St. Regis in Osaka are also nice, this one is the best for a calm and relaxed time.

Go to the Ritz-Carlton bar! Tea time on the 5th floor bar. The gorgeous British-style interior gives an elegant vibe. The menu includes cake sets. Even though we didn't order nuts, they come with the set (just kidding). Rice crackers, olives, and a nut charm. We ordered the Ritz-Carlton chocolate cake (with ice cream) and shared it.
