It's been a while since my last visit, where I had the chicken paitan tsukemen. This time, I added a flavored egg for a total of 1,050 yen, making it a luxurious tsukemen experience. Luckily, there was no line as I arrived early. I noticed they accept PayPay, which was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the chicken paitan flavored egg tsukemen for 1,050 yen. The place seemed to have an equal mix of tsukemen and ramen lovers. The staff kindly warned me that the dish was hot. The noodles were shiny and looked delicious, with a great texture. The broth had a wonderful aroma, a combination of chicken and seafood flavors. It was delicious! I dipped the flavored egg and bamboo shoots in the broth, which was also tasty. Before I knew it, the noodles were disappearing quickly. I asked for a soup refill at the end and savored every last drop. When I left around noon, there was already a line forming. The staff, especially the female member, worked like a well-oiled machine. It was a joy to watch them in action. Thank you for the meal.

I visited during the early afternoon on a weekday and there was still a line. I bought the most popular Ajitama Ramen from the ticket machine. The soup had a good balance of fish, chicken, and pork flavors, and it was rich but not overpowering. The harmony of the smooth noodles and the soup is likely to appeal to everyone. Above all, the smiles of the staff made it a shop that makes you want to come back again.

I ordered the chicken, fish, and pork ramen. The soup contains extracts from all three meats - chicken, fish, and pork. It is made without any artificial seasonings, so you can enjoy the authentic flavors of the ingredients. Despite its rich appearance, it is actually easy to eat because it is light and not too heavy.

Delicious! The pork bone soup with a seafood twist and thin noodles is absolutely amazing! The firmness of the noodles is just to my liking, and I will definitely be coming back for more. I happened to visit Menya Takumi the day before, and I thought they were similar, but I was surprised to find out that this is actually an independent restaurant! Next time, I will try the tsukemen.

A ramen shop in Osaka Honmachi. The interior has a large counter and is clean and inviting. You decide on your order using the ticket machine a little further inside the entrance. I was surprised that you can pay with a QR code! This shop is also famous for its tsukemen, but this time I ordered the Chicken, Fish, and Pork Ramen with a flavored egg. The soup has a strong flavor of fish and chicken, but it's not heavy and easy to eat, and I finished it in no time. There were even two slices of pork, making it luxurious. The flavored egg was also deliciously creamy.

Order: Chicken Paitan Tsukemen, Seared Chashu Don. It seems that the restaurant was opened by someone who used to work at Menya Takao. I visited around 10:30 am on a weekday for breakfast. I love the tsukemen at Menya Takao, so I chose the tsukemen here too! It may be rude to compare, but the flavors are quite different, with this one being more subtle. The flat noodles have a great texture and are delicious. The chashu don is average in taste, but still tasty. My expectations were too high, so I wasn't completely satisfied, but it's consistently delicious so it's a good option when in the area.

There is a ramen shop near my home in Honcho that serves ramen without chemical seasonings. I usually order the chicken, fish, and pork ramen. Since it was hot outside, I decided to try the fish, pork, and vegetable mixed noodles instead of ramen. The thin noodles were mixed with fish, vegetables, sauce, chashu, plenty of green onions, and a seasoned egg. I added some kelp vinegar halfway through for a change in flavor. The portion of noodles was quite generous at 210g compared to the 140g in ramen. The taste was delicious and to my liking. Just be careful as there is a lot of garlic in it. It's a nice place to have nearby. Budget around 1,000 yen, no reservation needed.

This ramen shop I've been to more than 10 times in the past six months is my favorite. They focus on using no artificial seasonings in their soup, and I always finish both the tsukemen and ramen completely. The ramen has a triple soup made from chicken, pork, and fish, with thin noodles. The chashu topping is melt-in-your-mouth tender and goes perfectly with the rice. The rice here is also exceptional, better than any other ramen shop I've been to. For lunch, you can get pickled vegetable rice for only 50 yen, which is a great deal. The tsukemen has a strong chicken flavor, but it's refined and delicious. The noodles are flat and have a unique taste compared to the ramen. You'll be satisfied no matter which one you choose, but I recommend starting with the ramen.

I walked a little from Honcho and entered the restaurant sweating. The interior had only a counter, quite clean, and I was planning to have tsukemen, but I ordered the chicken, fish, and pork ramen for 890 yen from the top left of the ticket machine. It was thick and had fish powder, I think? The noodles and soup were delicious. The soup, as the menu name suggests, was well-balanced and coated the noodles well. I even drank up the soup. Of course, the chashu was delicious too. I'm curious about the tsukemen as well. Thank you for the meal!

Fish and pork flavored tsukemen (with extra rice). The thin noodles are well coated with a rich, oily sauce made from seafood and pork broth. It's on the rich side, and even the extra rice was delicious. The service was quick and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. I'm interested in trying out other menu items as well.

Located close to the office district, this ramen shop is easy to access. The soup has a thick texture and is packed with flavor, making it so delicious that you'll want to drink every last drop. The chashu bowl is also delicious, so be sure to give it a try! There are plenty of other menu options to choose from, so I wonder what I should try next time. Be aware that if you go around lunchtime on weekdays, you may need to go early to avoid lines. However, the turnover rate is incredibly fast, possibly due to the many office workers who frequent the shop!

Visit date and time: Weekday at 7:00 PM Waiting time: None Taste: The triple soup has a good level of richness without being too heavy, and the bonito broth adds a strong umami flavor. I have had it multiple times and it always has a consistent balance. The noodles are thin and straight, slightly firm. The chashu is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the flavored egg is perfectly runny. Other notes: It may be crowded during lunchtime, but evenings might be less busy.

The music in the store was pop and had a youthful atmosphere! I had the mixed noodles (with flavored egg) and the taste was rich, capturing the flavor of boiled fish and seafood ramen. It's perfect for those who like rich flavors. Adding vinegar for a flavor change made it easier to eat! Mixing it with rice and sprinkling seven spice on top created a delicious taste like a pork bowl! Definitely give it a try!!

● Would you like to go back to this restaurant or go there for a specific purpose? ● Order Chicken x Fish x Pork Ramen 890 yen ● Soup As soon as I tasted it, I thought, "I really like this soup!" It's a rich soup with a slight thickness, starting with sweetness and acidity, then the richness of chicken, followed by the sweet aroma and richness of pork, finishing with the lingering taste of bonito flakes. It's rich but not overwhelming, making you want to have a refill of the soup. Delicious! This balance can only be experienced at this restaurant. ● Noodles They are thin straight noodles with a firm texture. Since the soup is rich, the wheat aroma is subtle. The balance with the soup is good and it has a good throat feel. ● Toppings Two slices of melt-in-your-mouth chashu, menma, green onions, and bonito flakes on top ● Cost performance Very satisfying, so great cost performance ● Atmosphere The restaurant has a clean and beautiful wooden interior. There are also a few female customers. The service is polite.

"Chicken x Fish x Pork Ramen" for 890 yen. The soup is made from carefully selected seafood, chicken bones, and pork bones, simmered for a long time to bring out a well-balanced and delicious flavor. The noodles are default firmness, similar to other shops' extra firm, thin, low hydration, straight noodles. Personally, I love them, but they might be too firm for those who prefer softer noodles. Toppings include tender and juicy pork chashu, menma, and green onions. I had been wanting to visit this place for a while, and finally went for the first time. Even though it was almost full at around 2 pm, my ramen arrived quickly. The soup is incredibly tasty, a big hit for me. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal."

Chicken x Fish x Pork Triple Soup popular restaurant in Osaka Honmachi, Menya Yu. Came back non-stop from Toyota City to Osaka, washed the car as I had an important guest to pick up the next day. Had lunch while waiting for the car wash. Since it was late on a weekday, I was able to enter without waiting. Purchased a meal ticket at the ticket machine inside the restaurant. - Chicken x Fish x Fish Flavored Egg Ramen 990 yen - Pickled Vegetables Rice 100 yen The interior of the restaurant is very clean, and the service is lovely with smiles. The Triple Soup is rich but has a refreshing aftertaste. The bonito flakes also play a nice role. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles and are firm. The pork belly chashu comes with 2 slices, and the flavored egg is cut in half. The yolk's creaminess is just right.

Chicken, fish, and pork ramen with seared chashu. The soup has a nice balance of flavors from each type of meat. The thin noodles complement the soup well. The bonito adds a nice touch. The seared chashu bowl is delicious, with the flavorful chashu and green onions working well together. Overall, a well-balanced and tasty meal. Thank you for the meal.

I had always been curious about this restaurant but had never been there before. They have the usual soy sauce ramen, chicken-pork-fish ramen, and tsukemen that many people were eating. Personally, I prefer salt ramen, and that's what I ordered. However, it didn't really meet my expectations.

Today is Saturday, but I had some errands to run in Honmachi. I went to Menya Yu for lunch. There was a line, so I was debating whether to wait outside when the staff kindly told me, "You can buy your meal ticket while we find you a seat." So I went inside, bought my ticket, and was seated right away. I ordered the Chicken x Fish x Pork Ramen with a seasoned egg for 990 yen. The noodles were thin and firm. The soup had a nice balance of chicken, fish, and pork flavors, just as the name suggests. The noodles could have been cooked a bit longer for my preference, but I still enjoyed it. I didn't order any side dishes this time, but the rice dishes looked delicious too. Thank you for the meal.

Visited on a Saturday before 12 o'clock. It was almost full around 12 o'clock even on a Saturday. The soup has a good balance of flavor, not too strong. The taste of the broth is exquisite. The highball rice is recommended, but I personally think that if you choose highball rice, the taste of the highball will overpower the soup. It's delicious though! I want to fully enjoy the taste of the soup, so I chose white rice. The background music in the restaurant is still loud as usual.
