I made a reservation for 1:00 PM on the weekend at a single-family suburban restaurant. The course options were a Short Course for 2500 yen, including appetizer, main dish, dessert, rice, and soup, and a Full Course for 4400 yen, including appetizer, seasonal dish, fish dish, meat dish, dessert, rice, and soup. My companion upgraded to garlic rice for an additional 500 yen because they wanted to have meat. The meat dish for this visit was Hokkaido Ayame beef fillet, and the fish dish was sautéed sea bream. The soup was a delicious combination of scallops, nameko mushrooms, and seaweed. The dessert seemed to be citrus, banana, and chocolate mousse, which was refreshing. Although they offered herbal tea, it was a bit disappointing that they didn't have coffee. Everything was delicious, visually appealing, and the local vegetables were tasty too. The food is cooked and served by one person, so it may take some time. It's best for those looking to relax and enjoy a leisurely meal. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very nice and calming. The address on Google Maps is accurate, so you can easily find the place. They only accept cash payments.
