Title: MaruChoku - A Tenant with a Rich History As the title suggests, this tenant has a deep history. I used to love going to "Iwakawa Soba" and then "Ichizen" appeared. When I happened to pass by and noticed that Ichizen was no longer there, I decided to visit!! "MaruChoku" is a noodle factory direct sales center called MaruChoku. According to my research before visiting, they have an eat-in option, which got me really excited!! - Kake Soba: 330 yen - Gobo Tempura: 100 yen They have a wide variety of noodles, which is really interesting!! They offer fresh pasta, fresh ramen, soba, and udon!! Furthermore, they also sell bento boxes! They also sell tempura and side dishes for soba!! When you order kake soba, they serve it warm right away! It's smooth and affordable, which is great! Since it's a noodle factory, both the soba and the broth were delicious! I included a photo of the various fresh soba... I'm curious (*⁰▿⁰*)!

It seems that someone in the family heard about this place and decided to visit. The location is within walking distance from Sapporo Station North Exit. It's a store run by a noodle factory in Eniwa, where they sell noodles, side dishes, and bento boxes for general customers. You can also eat in the store. I visited before and was satisfied with the bento box I bought for 500 yen, which had a good volume and taste. I also tried their dipping noodles last time and found them delicious. This time, on a hot day, I wanted to buy some soba noodles. The store is fun to explore, with various types of ramen and soba noodles, as well as toppings for noodle dishes. I ended up buying not only soba noodles (made from Hokkaido buckwheat flour) but also ramen, dipping noodles, and abura soba. The noodles are firmer than those sold in stores. The soba noodles have a strong aroma, a slightly thicker texture, and a satisfying chewiness. They offer over 8 types of soba noodles, and I look forward to trying more in the future. I also plan to eat in the store next time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

My favorite "Kumakichi Ramen" and "Kumakichi Yakisoba" are made at the Ebetsu noodle factory Maruha Noodle Factory, which also has a factory direct sales store. I have been curious about it since it opened a year ago, but finally had the chance to visit! I originally planned to buy noodles to take home, but I couldn't resist the aroma of the soba broth and decided to eat inside instead. There is a standing counter and four simple chairs for seating. Luckily, a chair was available so I sat down. The "Kakesoba" (300 yen) had chewy soba noodles with a delicious broth, and the noodle soup was perfect! The saltiness was just right and it was so tasty! I also bought the "Okonomiyaki-style Soba" (380 yen) from the bento corner. It was like Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki but with soba noodles instead of yakisoba noodles, which felt a bit lower in calories and less guilty (laughs). I ended up getting full and forgot to buy noodles to take home. Next time, I won't forget and I'll buy things like tsukemen, fresh pasta, yakisoba, and soba. Thank you, Maruchoku!

Located just a few minutes' walk from Satsu Station, Maruchoku offers a variety of delicious dishes at affordable prices. This establishment is operated by Maruha Seimenjo, a noodle factory based in Eniwa. They sell fresh noodles, bento boxes, tempura, zangi, salads, and toppings for soba. I had the soba with chicken rice ball, macaroni salad, and sliced fried tofu as toppings for lunch. The soba noodles were soft and the broth was slightly sweet. The macaroni salad and chicken rice ball were particularly tasty. The quick service and good value make it a convenient spot for a casual lunch. I will definitely be back again. Thank you for the meal!

I became a lunch refugee and wandered around a couple of places before finding this one. I thought it was just a standing soba shop (which it is, of course), but they also sell bento boxes, side dishes, and all kinds of noodles. It's a fun place just to look around. They have chairs in the eat-in area, so you can sit down and eat. ・Kake soba 300 yen ・Duck pastrami 100 yen It's instant duck soba. It's great that you can get it for 400 yen! It's fun to try different combinations. This place is a good option for when you're in the mood for standing and eating. Thank you for the meal!

I was interested in the cost performance of this restaurant. They were open until the very end of the year! - Cup soba I was looking for cup soba for a while, but couldn't find it anywhere! But here they have cup soba (cold) available (and it even comes with tempura bits and green onions). The soba broth was not too salty, just right, and I thought I should come here whenever I feel like having cup soba. - Tempura, fried chicken The bento boxes are also cheap, and the side dishes have a good volume and are also cheap! Buying tempura or fried chicken at the end of the year can be expensive, so I thought it's better to buy soba and tempura here. It's a bit oily and has a lot of batter, but since it's cheap, I can't complain. I'm glad I was able to visit this time! Thank you, Wu-ta-san!

You should go to Maruchoku-chan as soon as possible. It is located near the central station in Sapporo and has a parking lot, which is convenient. They offer bento boxes, side dishes, noodles, and seasonings. The store is packed with products displayed neatly, creating a cozy atmosphere. They also have a simple eat-in space where you can enjoy the bento boxes or noodles you purchased. The soba noodles cost 300 yen, and the burdock tempura costs 100 yen. The noodles are made with Horokanai flour and are heated in a microwave before being served with broth. The broth is a light and easy-to-drink type, perfect for pairing with the bento boxes. The crispy burdock tempura complements the meal well. The total cost for a bento box and soba noodles is 680 yen, making it a great option for nearby office workers and students. I really like this place.

I felt like having station soba again, so I revisited. I first picked up the "chicken tempura (100 yen)" from the deli section and then ordered the "soba noodles (300 yen)" verbally. Unfortunately, the croquettes were already sold out this time. I'm sorry! I don't think the soba is particularly delicious, but for some reason, I like this crunchy station-soba style. I wouldn't want to eat it several times a week, but it's the kind of soba I crave occasionally. The chicken tempura was decent. Next time, I'll definitely try the "croquette soba."

In October 2022, along West 7th Street, there is a standing soba noodle shop with a parking lot in the city center. I had been wanting to visit this place and finally had the chance. Upon entering the shop, I noticed they were selling noodles made in-house and also had bento boxes available. I ordered the kake soba and purchased the burdock tempura. After paying, the soba noodles arrived promptly. The counter seats were at three different heights and had chairs. The burdock tempura had a crispy and firm batter, which I liked because I don't enjoy when the batter gets soggy. I ate it little by little and it stayed crispy, not getting soggy in the dipping sauce. The soba broth was sweet and the noodles were soft and quite delicious.

I had some business to take care of near the Hokkaido Government Office in the morning, and I was done by 10 o'clock. I was interested in visiting a certain place, but it didn't open until 11 o'clock. So, I decided to have the "Sausage and Egg W Set Meal" at a diner across from the Sapporo Grand Hotel and head back. In the evening, I felt a bit hungry, so I went out into town. I arrived a little after 3:30 PM, and there was already a customer, an older lady, chatting with the staff. I looked around the store, which seemed to have a lot of their own fresh noodles from a noodle-making company in Ebetsu. They also had bento boxes and tempura. I decided to order a plain soba with a soft-boiled egg on top. The service was a bit slow because the lady kept talking, but eventually, I got my order. The soba noodles were thin and soft, and the soy sauce broth was light and tasty. It was a simple and satisfying meal. After finishing, I couldn't find a place to return my empty dishes, so I ended up drinking all the leftover broth. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable dining experience.

[Completely Non-smoking] Maruha Seimenjo, founded in 1964 in Eniwa City, opened a new store near JR Sapporo Station in April 2022, selling noodles directly, standing soba, and bento boxes. The location of the store is in the Kitagawa area, a little north of Sapporo Station, towards the back of Yodobashi Camera, along Nishi 7-chome Street in the Nishi 6-chome block, in a building (possibly a condominium) on the 1st floor of Churis Sapporo 2. Visited for the first time at 4:00 PM on October 18, 2022, as I had some business in the area. Maruha Seimenjo has a factory in Eniwa, and I have passed by it several times while cycling, so I was looking forward to trying their kakesoba with nasu tempura. Surprisingly, there was a complimentary tenkasu, which was sufficient. The tempura was not professionally fried, a bit overcooked, and greasy, but still better than supermarket side dishes. Eating inside the store was a bit dull with the food served in plastic containers, which seemed like a waste of resources. Perhaps using bowls and washing them would be a better option in the long run? The noodles were not boiled or dipped in hot water but heated in the container, resulting in uneven warmth, which was disappointing. The broth lacked depth, and despite being cost-effective, the taste was average. However, the complimentary tenkasu was a nice touch and much appreciated. I also bought a chicken mayo bento, which was reasonably priced. The chicken was a bit tough, but the seasoning was surprisingly good, making it a good value for money. They didn't have it that day, but I noticed they offer croquette as a topping, which is rare in Hokkaido. I would like to try their croquette soba next time.

In 2022, Maruha Seimenjo, founded in 1964 in Ebetsu, is a noodle shop that I visited for the first time. They also have noodles at the vegetable direct sales store "1030954, Fresh Hiroba Kanona" next to Hanaroad Eniwa, a roadside station in Ebetsu. In April 2022, they opened a factory direct sales store and a standing soba shop in Sapporo. The standing soba shop uses their own noodles to meet the needs of the salarymen in the area. I bought "Botan Soba" for our family's holiday lunch. They have various types of soba such as "Ni-Hachi" and "Buckwheat". I tried the cold soba, and it was quite delicious. They also offer ramen, yakisoba, and even pasta. In addition to the long-established noodle shops in Sapporo, there are also new noodle factories with direct sales stores, making it a delight for customers to have a variety of choices.

I came to the area near Sapporo Station North Exit. The shop I was curious about is a noodle shop run by a company in Ebetsu City. Inside the shop, there are many types of noodles lined up. There are also side dishes and bento boxes. I picked up the "Yaki Pasta Napolitan" and "Nama Somen" that caught my eye, and also added the burdock tempura to my basket. The tempura is 100 yen. Since they have an eat-in option, I also ordered the kake soba for 300 yen. I decided to eat the kake soba in the dining area on the left. I was not expecting much for 300 yen, but personally, I was quite satisfied with the taste. The cost performance is excellent. The Napolitan and Nama Somen I bought were both delicious with chewy noodles. I would like to visit again.

Established in 1964, Maruha Seimenjo is located in Ebetsu City. It seems that the name of the shop is derived from its surroundings. I visited at 11:50 am on a weekday and there were already 2 customers ahead of me. By the time I left at 12:10, there were around 10 people waiting in line, mostly local workers. The shop has a sales corner and an eat-in area, offering a wide variety of noodles including Japanese, Western, and Chinese styles. They also sell daily bento boxes for 380 yen and various side dishes. I ordered the "kakesoba (300 yen)" verbally and picked up a "gobou ten (100 yen)" from the side dish section. I received my bowl and sat at the eat-in area. Self-service for water and cleaning. There are 4 seats available for standing. The soba in a plastic container was a bit chewy with a slightly sweet broth, typical of Hokkaido style. It reminded me of station soba, which I personally like. However, this type of soba can be a hit or miss for some people. The gobou ten for 100 yen is a great deal. Unfortunately, the croquettes were already sold out. I will definitely try them next time. Overall, it may seem like a cheap station soba, but I enjoyed it and will definitely come back for the croquette soba next time.

There are a lot of noodles being sold!! There was also pasta available. I decided to try the super-sized tsukemen. It took about 6 and a half minutes to boil. When I put it in a bowl, it was about the amount of 2 servings. I only added green onions to the dipping sauce. The portion was large, so I ended up changing the flavor halfway through by adding garlic, which made the seafood flavor less pronounced, but it was still delicious. I bought the dipping sauce together because it was nearby, but since it was already included, I ended up with extra. Thank you for the meal!笑

I arrived at a soba restaurant only to find it closed, but there was another soba restaurant open nearby. It was a standing-eating style restaurant, so I decided to stop by for a quick bite. Inside, they sold various types of noodles (soba, udon, fresh pasta). There was a standing-eating area on the left side of the restaurant with a simple menu offering only hot or cold soba. Toppings like tempura or grated yam were sold separately. Today, I grabbed some eggplant tempura and ordered a hot soba. The noodles were quickly cooked and served in a takeout container. There was tempura flakes available for toppings. The soba noodles were soft without much firmness, but I personally didn't mind the texture. The soba broth was light but flavorful, making the soba enjoyable. The eggplant tempura was freshly fried, hot, and delicious.

A shop located about 250m west of JR Sapporo Station North Exit. While it is a direct sales store for noodle manufacturers, they also serve soba for dining in. After exiting JR Sapporo Station North Exit, head left (west) and go past two traffic lights to find the shop on the first floor of an apartment building. There is parking space for two cars in front of the shop, but one space is always occupied by the shop's car. Various noodles are displayed on shelves, and on the right-hand wall inside, bento boxes and side dishes are lined up. The bento boxes are very affordable, tempting you to order, but at the back, you can choose toppings starting from 100 yen, so make your selection there and order the soba at the counter at the back. The soba is ready quickly. It seems like the noodles are put in the hot broth without being boiled. The container is for takeout, so perhaps it's to prevent the noodles from becoming too soft? As a result, there may be a slightly chewy texture at the beginning, but it becomes delicious after a while. This time, I topped with zangi! Tempura bits are free, so you can enjoy a satisfying soba for just 400 yen! There is a section of the shop partitioned off as an eat-in space with a refrigerator. You need to prepare your own water and shichimi at the entrance, but eating at this homemade counter gives a different experience! But really, how can they offer kakesoba for 300 yen? And there is a wide variety of noodles available, all with a rich noodle flavor! Also, the bento boxes are generous yet only 380 yen, such a bargain! The shop was always bustling with customers.

When it gets hot, my symptoms worsen, especially since I have a designated rare disease (specific illness) by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no medicine to cure my rare disease. Administering "blood products" for 5 consecutive days temporarily improves symptoms. Last year, I was hospitalized 5 times for rare disease treatment. On April 4th, I was admitted for the second time this year, but managed to be discharged 8 days ago. I couldn't like or comment during my hospitalization, but I plan to catch up on that soon. Your supportive comments have always been a source of encouragement for me during my hospital stays. I am truly grateful. Moving forward, I appreciate your continued support. In April 2022, I plan to mainly upload past reviews that have not been reviewed yet. I will limit new visits based on my health condition. This is my second review, so it will be brief. "Maruha Seimenjo" is a noodle factory with its main store in Eniwa City. They have a ramen shop in the popular "Sapporo Ramen Yokocho." The shop operates under the name "Sapporo Ramen Kumakichi - Ramen Yokocho Main Store," attracting many tourists. Their direct-operated store, "Maruha Seimenjo," is called "Maru Choku." I visited on the day of its grand opening on April 4, 2022. During my last visit, I bought some cheap noodles from their direct sale section after lunch. This time, I visited for lunch at the store and ordered the "Kakesoba for 300 yen." Since there were no customers, they freshly fried the "Gobou Ten for 100 yen" for me. The "Kakesoba" turned into a "Gobou Ten Soba for 400 yen" with the addition of the freshly fried tempura. - Kakesoba: Their own-made soba noodles served with a lightly flavored broth. Price: 300 yen (tax included) - Gobou Ten: Thick slices of fried burdock tempura, 5-6 pieces for 100 yen. Price: 100 yen (tax included) The "Kakesoba" benefited from the flavorful broth of the "Gobou Ten." The freshly fried tempura added an extra umami to the dish. The tempura also pairs well with Japanese sake. Next time, I might try the "Gobou Ten Soba for 400 yen" at the store again. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.

Just a stone's throw from Sapporo Station, there's a factory direct sales center for Maruha Seimenjo. They offer soba for 300 yen, yakisoba for 100 yen, 3 pieces of zangi for 100 yen, croquettes for 100 yen, and many other toppings at low prices. Everything is tax included. The soba is delicious and the cost performance is great, highly recommended. They even gave me some yam dumplings as a bonus.

I visited again because I was curious since my last visit (*^^*) What caught my attention was the barley rice. Is it just plain barley rice? Or seasoned? It turned out to be just plain barley rice (*´艸`)ウププ I was thinking of trying it with soba-style natto or grated yam, and then I saw a menu item called barley rice with grated yam for 300 yen. Yes, that's what I wanted to try♪ I also bought yakisoba for 100 yen and zangi for 100 yen from the deli corner. I love grated yam, so the barley rice with grated yam was perfect♪ I finished it in no time (*^^*) The yakisoba had more volume than I expected. One might be enough for a woman? If not, maybe another pack (*^^*) The zangi was also a good deal at 100 yen. I also got half-priced fresh pasta and yakisoba to go today. The tsukemen I bought last time was delicious, so I'm trying this one now w I'm thinking of trying cold soba with grated yam and natto at the standing-eating corner (*^^*)
