The taste is rich and excellent! The table is small, so -0.5. I almost always order the spicy cod roe rice, which is very delicious with authentic spicy cod roe. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick from ordering to serving, and I am very satisfied. I will definitely visit again.

In April of the 5th year of Reiwa, the night business hours (18:00-21:15) are from 300g of seafood soy sauce tsukemen for 900 yen. The homemade thick noodles have a good volume and are satisfying to eat, but personally, they were too chewy and not my favorite. The dipping sauce is rich and coats the noodles well, so with 300g, it's important to pace yourself as it may run out towards the end.

I visited for lunch♪ at Fu-To and ordered the chicken tsukemen with tamago flavor. The place was a bit crowded when I arrived at 12 pm. I ordered the large size, but maybe I should have gone for the regular size. I also tried the fish broth soy sauce tsukemen, which was mild and easy to eat with a slight thickness. The broth had a slightly salty taste. The noodles were thick and had a nice chewy texture. The toppings included bamboo shoots, green onions, seaweed, and tamago. The green onions were fresh and the bamboo shoots were satisfying to eat. The noodles were a bit cold, chewy, and had a good bite to them. The large size portion was indeed quite big. Next time, I'll go for the regular size. When I left, there was a line of about 5 groups waiting. It was a satisfying meal. Thank you! (*´ω`*)(2023/03/30 Update) 51 bowls [ラ:36 つ: 14 他: 01]

Takumen Osaka, located in Sayama City, is an amazing restaurant✨ I visited for the first time and it was already full within 5 minutes of opening, so I'm glad I arrived early (lol) I tried the seafood soy sauce dipping noodles in the upper left corner, which they recommended as a rich flavor. The noodles were free up to 300g, so I went for the 300g option for 900 yen, which is quite cheap. I chose cold noodles, so I had to wait a bit. The large slices of chashu were impressive, and the medium-thick straight noodles had a nice chewy texture. The richness of the dipping sauce was incredible - it was so thick that the noodles didn't sink in even when I dipped them. The noodles were coated beautifully and almost all the sauce was absorbed without needing to drink it separately. The chunks of meat at the bottom of the dipping sauce were enjoyable until the last bite. It was really delicious✨ Thank you for the meal.

Finally visited Takamen-Tei for the first time! Their tsukemen and maze-soba are popular, but I believe ramen is the only true ramen. I ordered the soy sauce ramen with seasoned egg topping. The tonkotsu broth was incredibly rich and delicious! The noodles were medium-thick and flat, with a great texture that soaked up the broth well. The seasoned egg wasn't perfectly runny, but the flavor was excellent. The chashu, bamboo shoots, and green onions were all incredibly tasty. There are delicious ramen shops even in Kawachinagano! I can't wait to go back with my family. Thank you for the delicious ramen experience! 🍜👨‍🍳Instagram hiroyasu1010

More than 10 years ago, I used to frequent this shop since my student days. Now it has moved to a more mainstream location, but the taste remains the same! I don't get to visit often since I've moved away from my hometown, so I couldn't try any new flavors. I had the chicken tsukemen because I was really hungry, but I realized that 250g would have been enough instead of the 300g I ordered. It was delicious, and I will definitely come back when I visit home again!

I visited the restaurant at 1:30 pm on a regular day, there was no wait. I ordered the seafood tsukemen with 250g of noodles, which costs 900 yen for up to 300g. Considering the recent price increases at many places, this is a good deal. The homemade noodles are delicious, but there is a lot of moisture left on the plate, which is a downside. The dipping sauce is tasty, but it has a somewhat starchy taste, which is a bit disappointing. However, overall, this is an exceptional restaurant in this area, so I will definitely visit again.

Around 1 pm on a weekday, I entered without waiting and ordered the 250g Garlic Sesame Noodles. The dish arrived promptly. Many places tend to make their sesame noodles too strong in flavor, but the ones here are just right. The sauce, a mix of seafood and meat, is exquisite. The homemade medium-thick noodles pair well with the sauce. The toppings of finely chopped chashu, menma, and seaweed blend nicely, and the garlic adds a punch. It was delicious. This sesame noodle dish is probably the best in southern Osaka.

Osaka Sayama City is located along National Route 310. Ramen "Take Men Tei" is situated in an area with many other tenants, and there is a large parking lot in front of the shop. Of course, the popular fish sauce dipping noodles can be ordered with a choice of 200 grams, 250 grams, or 300 grams of noodles. I was feeling hungry and opted for the full 300 grams. For those who want 400 grams, you can add 100 yen. The dipping noodles consist of noodles dipped in a thick fish sauce soup, which is delicious with a strong fish flavor. The perfectly timed half-boiled egg adds an excellent creamy texture. It's easy to understand why this place is popular in the area.

The noodles are thick, so you get surprisingly full! When the topic of ramen came up at work, I heard from a female staff member that her husband said this place is delicious, so I visited right away (о´∀`о) I arrived at around 7:30 pm, and it was almost full! I forgot to ask what was good, so I ordered the seafood soy sauce dipping noodles (820 yen) as the main dish! They asked if I wanted 200g, 250g, or 300g, but as I've been eating out a lot lately and getting indigestion, I chose 200g (lol) The soup was thicker than I expected, but it mixed well with the noodles. The noodles were chewy and delicious! Maybe 250g would have been better, haha.

After mixing, the photo of the mixed noodles. Ramen, tsukemen, mixed noodles, all delicious. The Chashu bowl is recommended, but the Chashu is rare so it's not very juicy. Some people may like it? Everyone eats tsukemen, but ramen is also recommended so please try it.

I went to a popular ramen restaurant called Takemen-Tei in Sayama City, Osaka, for a business trip lunch. It was my first visit, so I ordered the fish and pork bone tsukemen from the top left of the menu for 820 yen, and added a half-boiled egg for 100 yen. I chose the 300g noodle portion for the same price as 200g and 250g. The fish and soy sauce tsukemen that was served had two large slices of chashu and a thick dipping sauce. The noodles were medium thick and had a good chewy texture. When dipped in the sauce, they coated well and the sauce had a strong acidity with a refreshing taste. It seemed like there was starch in the sauce as the noodles didn't sink. The chashu was rare shoulder loin and the half-boiled egg was lightly seasoned. It was a delicious meal.

I went to Takenoodle Tei again♪(´ε` ) This time for the evening session, which was a first for me. I recommend the seafood soy sauce dipping noodles. When you order, you can choose the amount of noodles - 200g, 250g, or 300g. I chose 250g and it was just right. The broth was hot and thick with a tangy flavor, a mix of chicken and fish sauce. The noodles were thick and chewy, and I added toppings like green onions, seaweed, and a flavored egg. The chashu pork slices in the broth were delicious. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Garlic mixed noodles for 870 yen. The tsukemen is also quite rich and packs a punch, but the garlic-infused noodles are a hit for junk food lovers. The noodles are chewy and the chashu is delicious. If you like strong flavors, definitely give it a try.

I went to Ramen Tsukemen Chikamentei in Osaka Sayama City. The interior of the restaurant has spacious counter and table seating, creating a bright and open space. The menu includes seafood soy sauce tsukemen, chicken white broth tsukemen, chicken white broth ramen with soy sauce, chicken white broth ramen with salt, garlic mixed noodles, rich mixed noodles, and limited-time yuzu salt chicken tsukemen. The tsukemen and mixed noodles come in 200g, 250g, and 300g servings at the same price. I decided to try the salt ramen, which looked rich and flavorful. It came with two large slices of chashu pork, green onions, thinly sliced bamboo shoots, and seaweed, offering a satisfying amount of toppings. The soup was indeed thick with a good viscosity, but it was not overpowering and had a smooth sweetness and richness, complemented by the savory taste of chicken. The homemade medium-thin noodles had a strong aroma and flavor that matched well with the soup. The chashu pork had a firm texture, meaty taste, and a generous portion. The chicken white broth salt ramen was quite filling with the amount of noodles and toppings. I also ordered the chashu rice bowl, which had a rich appearance as well. The sweet sauce and gel on the chashu pork mixed perfectly with the rice, creating a delicious combination. This dish also had a generous portion. Overall, Ramen Tsukemen Chikamentei offered delicious food with satisfying portions. Thank you for the meal.

During the Bon holiday, I decided to go on a food adventure and chose a popular ramen shop called "Chikumentei" in Osaka Sayama City, which I found on the food review site. My wife had to work during the Bon period, so this time I visited the shop with my daughter. The shop is located along Route 310, diagonally across from "Honda Gakuen" road, which locals would recognize. It's a bit far from the nearest station, so having a car is convenient, but there is a large shared parking lot with a bookstore called Parunet, so it's safe to drive there. The interior of the shop is quite spacious with counter seats and table seats available, and they operate on a ticket system using a ticket machine. On this day, I was in the mood for "mix noodles," so I chose the "Garlic Mixed Noodles" with extra toppings of "Char Siu" and "Half-boiled Egg," and also added "rice." The noodles come in three portion sizes, and I decided to go for the largest size of 300g this time. The Garlic Mixed Noodles arrived after about 10 minutes, and it was piping hot. The homemade medium-thick noodles made from domestic wheat were chewy and went well with the rich garlic-flavored sauce, which was stronger than expected. The toppings like Char Siu, bamboo shoots, green onions, and seaweed were generously added and finely sliced for easy mixing. The Char Siu slices were rare and tender, but the extra Char Siu had some strings which were a bit disappointing. The half-boiled egg had a creamy yolk that complemented the flavorful noodles. The rice also paired nicely with the rich noodles. I also tried a bit of the Soy Sauce Ramen my daughter ordered, and it had a delicious chicken broth base with a good amount of umami. The noodles were chewy but less so than the mixed noodles. The Char Mayonnaise Bowl my daughter ordered had plenty of chopped Char Siu and mayonnaise, which turned out to be richer than expected. Towards the end, my daughter couldn't handle the strong flavors of both the mixed noodles and the Char Mayonnaise Bowl together, so I ended up finishing both dishes, feeling quite full. Despite the struggle, the taste was quite good, and it became a memorable summer eating experience. Thank you for the meal.

On my way to Takinoya Fudoson to offer my gratitude for a successful surgery, I stopped by "Take Men Tei" in Sugikogi, Osaka Sayama City along National Route 310. This place is known for its highly rated tsukemen, so I ordered the "Chicken Paitan Tsukemen" (820 yen) with an additional seasoned egg (100 yen). The interior of the restaurant is bright and doesn't have the typical ramen shop feel of the suburbs. As for the tsukemen soup, it's usually thick and solid, but here it was more of a liquid consistency, which I personally prefer. Since it's more liquid, there's no need for soup refills. I was initially worried if the soup would coat the noodles well without being thick, but my worries were unfounded. The noodles were nicely coated and delicious. It was lucky to discover such an unexpected gem in the suburbs. The only downside is that Route 310 is always congested on weekends, but I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

It's Friday around 11:50 am and there are still a few seats available. I couldn't forget the mixed noodles, so I came back again. It's mixed noodles with garlic, topped with a boiled egg on 250 grams of noodles. I enjoy the hot noodles while mixing them with the toppings. I used to eat it normally, but from next time, I will go for 200 grams. It's a taste that becomes addictive.

I had chicken paitan tsukemen and salt ramen (chicken paitan). I ordered hot noodles for the tsukemen, and it was indeed rich and delicious. The salt ramen was also rich and I slurped it all up (lol). The noodles were homemade, thick and had a nice texture. There were quite a few people buying ramen for takeout.

Lunch with Mr. S on Monday. He came to my place and then we went out for lunch. We decided to have ramen. The specialty is thick handmade noodles with dipping sauce, but this day I chose chicken dipping noodles. I don't have a strong impression of the taste. Maybe I've gotten used to cooking at home, because 300g was too much for me and I couldn't finish it. Thank you for the meal.
