This time, I went to "Matsuzaka Beef Ramen Suitsuda Store," located a 9-minute walk from Hankyu Senri Line Yamada Station. I ordered the "Matsuzaka Beef Ramen for 1100 yen." The Matsuzaka beef served initially is raw, but when you pour the broth over it and mix it a bit, the meat cooks just right with the heat of the broth. The Matsuzaka beef topping on the noodles has a very good umami flavor, and it was tender and delicious. The broth was delicious, with a rich flavor of seafood and kelp. The noodles were straight and thin, with a firm texture and a good mouthfeel. The watercress and lemon toppings make it refreshing to eat. Adding yuzu pepper from the table enhances the flavor with the sharpness of pepper and the fragrance of yuzu.

Hankyu Yamada Station is the nearest station. There is no coin parking nearby, so be careful. This ramen is a unique dish where you pour hot broth over a bowl topped with Matsusaka beef and enjoy it as a shabu-shabu style meal. It's entertaining and delicious, so I used to go there often! I had some errands nearby, so I decided to visit after a long time. The restaurant only has a counter and there was one group waiting on a Saturday afternoon. After purchasing a meal ticket from the vending machine, I waited inside the restaurant. The "Matsusaka Beef Ramen" costs ¥1100. The garlic rice is also delicious. It's quite a lot for one person, so sharing is recommended. The eating instructions are detailed on the table. Pour all the broth over the meat and mix well. The hot broth is delicious and the meat is tender and flavorful. It's quite rich, so I recommend squeezing some lemon in the middle of the meal. Yuzu pepper also goes well with it. It's so delicious, I love it. Towards the end, the broth may cool down, so eat quickly. Thank you for the meal!

This place used to struggle with closing and reopening before it became this shop, due to its inconvenient location. It's a 10-minute walk from the nearest Yamada station, and there are no parking lots nearby. However, there tends to be a line during lunchtime on weekends. Today, I visited on foot from my home. I ordered the beef noodles. Although the rice dishes are also delicious, I opted for the noodles today. Following the recommended delicious way to eat, I poured all the broth first and enjoyed the meat as if having shabu-shabu. It's still delicious as always. Seasoning with the table's shichimi and yuzu pepper is also enjoyable. I think it goes particularly well with yuzu pepper. While I could have finished all the broth, I held back a bit. It was a very delicious meal. Thank you.

I bought a ticket at the vending machine and got the classic Matsusaka beef ramen. It was colorful with pink Matsusaka beef in the middle, Matsusaka beef slices, lemon, and mizuna. The hot soup, flavored with bonito flakes, was poured over the Matsusaka beef, creating a fragrant aroma that spread out. While Matsusaka beef was the main focus, I felt like the soup was the star of the ramen. I enjoyed changing the flavor by squeezing the lemon halfway through, adding a refreshing twist to the soup. It was delicious until the last bite.

Visited Matsuzaka Beef Ramen Suita store. Please note that there is no parking nearby. I visited around 1:30 pm and luckily there were no customers at that time. However, more people arrived later and there was a wait. I ordered Matsuzaka beef ramen and iron-grilled garlic rice. The ramen had Matsuzaka beef on top, and it's best to eat it when the meat's redness disappears after pouring hot broth over it. The noodles and broth were delicious, and the Matsuzaka beef was tender and melted in my mouth. The garlic rice was like stone-grilled bibimbap, with crispy rice at the bottom. It was also delicious! Thank you for the meal.

I came to play in Hiroshima from today. I tried Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki at Micchan. The article is a bit old, so it's actually Osaka! The location is Yamada Station on the Osaka Monorail. I got off at a station I've never been to before. I decided to go to a ramen shop that I've been curious about for a while. This shop was the number one on Tabelog around here. It's called "Matsuzaka Beef Noodle Suita Store." It's a mystery whether there are other stores besides the Suita store. The feature of this shop is that Matsuzaka beef is included in the ramen. In the affluent area of northern Osaka, they eat ramen with Matsuzaka beef. Quite impactful, right! I ordered the Matsuzaka Beef Noodles for 1100 yen. I also ordered the Matsuzaka Beef Rare Cut Roast Beef Bowl for 600 yen. I hesitated between that and the Matsuzaka Beef Garlic Rice... I like both, but the garlic rice seemed to have a better vibe, so I ordered it, which I later regretted. And after a while, the dishes arrived. I pour hot broth over the meat. Then the meat changes color like shabu-shabu. The broth is like soba soup and the noodles are also like soba, so it's more like soba than ramen. Although they probably don't use soba flour... The Matsuzaka beef is honestly delicious, but it feels like slightly higher quality meat you would buy at a supermarket. I added the extra topping, so there was quite a lot. However, I think the topping would go better with udon. The roast beef was indeed delicious. I didn't finish all the rice intentionally and instead put the remaining portion into the soup to make a kind of porridge. I enjoyed changing the taste by adding yuzu pepper to the soup. It's definitely a unique ramen, and it's rare, so it's worth trying it once. But as for repeating, I probably wouldn't go back. It was a high-end ramen in northern Osaka.

I repeat visiting this restaurant because it serves Matsusaka beef noodles, which are my favorite. It feels more like high-end soba than ramen. The broth is incredibly delicious. When you pour the exquisite broth into the bowl and eat the Matsusaka beef, which is slightly cooked, it is exquisite. The broth is so delicious that you'll end up drinking it all.

I was curious so I went in the evening. About half of the seats were taken. A dish with raw beef and watercress on top of noodles was served, and you pour the separate broth over it to mix. The broth is a Japanese-style broth, the noodles are like soba, and it's like a beef shabu-shabu noodle dish? It was a taste I had never tried before. I thought the oil residue was fried tofu or rice crackers at first, but it was also crispy and a new taste for me. It's delicious, but personally, it's not a taste that left a lasting impression on me, so I might not go back.

It's been a while since I had Matsusaka beef ramen. I arrived at the restaurant around 11:45 am on May 4th, and there were about 5-6 people waiting outside. Inside, there were also about 4-5 people waiting. The price for Matsusaka beef ramen is 1100 yen, and it seems they haven't raised the price. The broth is made with bonito and kelp, and it's really good. However, the beef didn't impress me as much as before. But the soup was still amazing, so I finished it all after adding some yuzu pepper. The staff at the restaurant were friendlier than before, and there was even a blonde woman working there. The lack of nearby parking hasn't changed, but I would definitely like to visit again.

I had been curious about this ramen shop that I had seen on Instagram and Tabelog for a while. So when I found myself driving around Suita, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to visit. I knew there was no parking at the shop, and there were no coin parking lots nearby, but I didn't expect it to be this difficult to find parking. After a long search, I finally found a small coin parking lot where I could park my car. It was still quite a walk to the shop, but closer than the nearest station, so I was relieved. When I arrived at the shop at 12:30, it was already full inside, with two groups waiting outside. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally got a seat. I debated whether to add extra meat to my ramen, but decided to go with the regular and order a rice dish instead. I ordered the "Matsusaka Beef Ramen," which came with thinly sliced Matsusaka beef, abura-kasu, mizuna, negi, shiraga negi, itogarashi, oboro kombu, and lemon. The noodles were whole wheat flour straight noodles, and the broth was a combination of bonito and kombu dashi. I poured the hot broth over the beef and mixed it in until the beef changed color and had a shabu-shabu-like texture. I also added a hot spring egg, which added richness to the already flavorful broth. As I ate, I squeezed lemon over the ramen, which added a refreshing twist to the rich flavors. I also ordered the "Matsusaka Beef Garlic Rice," which was served bibimbap style in a hot stone bowl. I mixed the beef, chopped negi, garlic chips, and egg yolk with the accompanying sauce, creating a delicious aroma. Mixing it well created a crispy texture on the bottom, adding another layer of flavor. Honestly, I found the garlic rice even more delicious than the ramen. Both dishes were satisfying, but getting to the shop was quite a hassle, especially in the summer. Additionally, the service at the shop was a bit disorganized, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the taste and value were reasonable, so I believe with some improvements in the shop's operations, it could be even better.

Matsusaka beef noodles for 1,100 yen, rice for 190 yen. This is not ramen, but a hot pot with Matsusaka beef, poured with hot broth for shabu-shabu, and eaten with crispy lettuce. After finishing the noodles, adding rice and turning it into a porridge with lemon for flavor change. Finished all the broth.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit. I went with a friend on a weekday afternoon and had to wait a little. It's more like soba than ramen. You pour the broth separately from the noodles. The aroma of the broth spreads gently, and the color of the meat changes quickly. It's fun to try different flavors like lemon and yuzu pepper.

It's more like soup than ramen or soba. I forgot to take a picture, but the garlic rice was amazing. When you add the ramen soup, it becomes explosively delicious. I want to come back and try various other items.

It is a counter-only shop, but the atmosphere is nice. It was a Saturday night but we were seated without waiting. The broth is light but has a rich flavor thanks to the good beef offal. Pour the separate soup over the whole dish to complete it. The soup is like beef offal udon, but the whole wheat noodles are delicious and have a satisfying texture between ramen and soba. I'm not sure if the meat is Matsusaka beef, but it is delicious. I feel like there is no need to be particular about Matsusaka beef, so I wish it was a little cheaper. The lemon adds a refreshing touch. This lemon is the key to the flavor. It's incredibly delicious. The downside is the cost performance and lack of parking.

I went there around 2 o'clock on Saturday afternoon and just managed to get a seat. I ordered the Matsusaka beef ramen for 1100 yen and asked for extra meat. It was a bit pricey at 1700 yen, but the taste was delicious! When I poured the hot broth over it, the color of the meat changed and it tasted amazing. The noodles were like Chinese noodles, very soft and incredibly delicious.

Last month, I visited on a Thursday. Huh, closed today? Oh well. Too bad. So, I was curious and visited again today. I arrived at the restaurant at the opening time of 11:30, but there was no one there. Another closed day? No, I was the first one there. Luckily. I entered first, bought the meal ticket for the "signature Matsusaka beef ramen," and was guided to the back seat by the staff. The ramen arrived in about 5 minutes. Hmm, it looks simple. First, the soup. Slurp slurp, hmm, it's rich. Next, the large portion of watercress and oil residue. Mmm, delicious. And the noodles? Light and tasty. Lastly, the meat. It looked substantial, but when I broke it apart, it was only about 3 thin slices. Well, that makes sense for 1,100 yen with Matsusaka beef. Sorry for expecting too much, manager. After all is said and done, I finished the soup and the meal. Thank you for the meal.

The charming exterior doesn't look like a ramen shop. I ordered the "Matsusaka Beef Ramen." The noodles were served quickly, indicating a short cooking time. The staff kindly explained how to eat it. When pouring all the broth, the red Matsusaka beef on top gets cooked. With the first bite, the gentle broth and whole wheat noodles felt too healthy to be ramen. But the satisfying taste and texture were definitely ramen-like. I ended up finishing all the broth, feeling guilty about the extra fat topping I ordered. I tell myself that the broth is innocent, but the fat topping makes me guilty. I look forward to visiting again after my release.

I had some business at Expo City and decided to stop by this place one station before on the monorail. I had heard about this place before but finally got the chance to visit. I purchased the basic Matsusaka beef ramen for 1,100 yen from the ticket machine. The beautifully arranged Matsusaka beef and toppings on top of the noodles, and the soup is served in a pod for you to pour over yourself. The base seems to be a Japanese-style dashi, but it might be a bit too light. I wish the broth had a stronger flavor. The shichimi for flavoring was decent. The yuzu pepper was a bit too unusual. The noodles are as others have described, similar to Japanese soba. They don't use buckwheat flour, so there's no need to worry about allergies, but they lack flavor. Also, the noodles seemed a bit clumped together, possibly due to how they were cooked. The Matsusaka beef was thinly sliced like sukiyaki meat, and there was a good amount of it, with about 5-6 chunks of fat. Mizuna and shredded kombu were included, which I didn't see the necessity for but was a nice touch. There was also a lemon provided. Overall, it felt more like a warm "wara soba" than traditional ramen, given the texture of the noodles and the soup. The price of 1,100 yen can be seen as subjective depending on individual preferences, but personally, I found it to be on the higher side. The restaurant is located in a refined setting in a residential area in the northern part of Osaka, and the service was excellent.

I happened to visit this restaurant near me, so I parked my car and went in. It was just before noon on Sunday. I had to wait outside as the third group, but I was able to enter the restaurant right away as they were switching customers. I ordered the Matsusaka beef noodles in large size. It took a little longer than usual, about 10 minutes, for the food to be served probably because I was the third group. The raw meat in the middle looks impressive. When you pour the broth over it, the color of the meat gradually changes, which is enjoyable to watch. The broth tasted really good with a Japanese flavor. The noodles were firm and delicious, but overall, it felt a bit greasy probably due to the influence of the meat. Eating it with the watercress around it was a nice touch. Towards the end, I tried squeezing some lemon over it, but the taste didn't change drastically, just a nice hint of lemon fragrance. I thought maybe I should have squeezed the lemon earlier. If I have the chance to visit the area again, I would like to come back to this restaurant.

This is a ramen shop where Shampoo Hat Tetsuji's old friend is being done. It's interesting to see the color of the meat change slightly with the temperature as hot broth is poured over Matsusaka beef. It's quite satisfying when eaten with a large amount of watercress!
